Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and commitment on employee performance. The population in this study are all staff and superiors at PT. Multi-Infrastructure Facilities totaling 326 people, using the slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 77 people. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires. This type of research is Quantitative Causality. Data analysis uses SPSS version 23 program to test: Validity test, reliability test, normality, multiple regression, and t test and f test. The results of the study show that: (1) there is an effect of the satisfaction variable on performance, (2) that there is an influence of the commitment variable on performance, (3) the variable that has the most dominant influence on performance is the commitment variable, (4) there is a simultaneous influence ( together) and significant variables between satisfaction and commitment to performance, (5) the test of determination showed that the contribution of the variables of satisfaction and commitment to performance was 32%. From this value, it means that satisfaction and commitment variables affect performance quite moderately, namely 32%, while the remaining 68% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT Garuda Metalindo Tbk for the period 2016 to 2019 which was analyzed by using the Economic Value added (EVA) method or value economic added as a whole results in a negative value that means that the company's financial performance is in an unhealthy state. In accordance with what has been determined if EVA < 0, performance The company's finances can be said to be not good because the company failed to increase economic value added. Financial performance at PT. Garuda Metalindo Tbk produced in 2016 until 2019 can be said to be negative (Eva < 0), because it shows that there is no economic value added process (NITAMI) for the company. The negative EVA value condition (EVA < 0 ), the company's financial performance is said to be unhealthy because the company cannot provide added value. In this case employees cannot get bonuses, only permanent creditors earn interest and share owners do not get a return commensurate with what was planted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, location, and product quality on purchasing decisions at Warung Makan Pecel Lele Pakde Kumis Alfalah Cibinong. This type of research is quantitative causality. The sample in this study was 100 customers who visited and bought at Warung Makan Pecel Lele Pakde Kumis Alfalah Cibinong. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the F test shows that the price, location, and product quality simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the t-test (partial) that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the location variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the product quality variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the adjusted R-square value, it can be seen that the variable price, location, and product quality have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions of 0.339 or 33.9% while the remaining 66.1% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied by the researcher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the health level of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk using the Risk-based Bank Rating method in accordance with POJK Number 8/POJK.03/2014 concerning the Assessment of the Soundness Level of Islamic Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units. This assessment covers 4 aspects, namely: Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital or commonly called RGEC. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The data studied are quantitative data sourced from the annual financial statements and GCG reports of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk for the period 2016 – 2020. The data collection technique in this study uses the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique with the Risk-based Bank Rating or RGEC method consisting of Risk Profile (NPF and FDR), Good Corporate Governance (bank self-assessment), Earnings (ROA, ROE, and BOPO), and Capital (CAR). The results of this study indicate that during 2016 - 2020 the health level of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk is in the position of Composite Rank 4 (PK 4) which is categorized as "unhealthy".

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product (product), price (price), promotion (promotion), place (place) partially and simultaneously and to find out what variables had the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions for prepaid XL cellular products in Bogor Regency. The sample used in this study was determined by the Rao Purba formula with a margin of error of 10% because the population is unknown. From the results of the t-test, it is known that on XL prepaid cellular products in Bogor district, it is known that there are no products and prices have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while in promotions and places there is no significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. According to the results of simultaneous testing (F test) shows that there is a joint influence between product, price, promotion, and place on purchasing decisions and according to the results of regression tests, product variables are the variables that have the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction using GrabBike transportation services in Bojonggede Village. In this study, the population is customers who use Grabbike online motorcycle taxi transportation services in Bojonggede Village because the number of population to be studied is not identified (unidentified), so in this paper the authors took a sample of 100 people/respondent. The results of the study show: (1) Service Quality and Price Variables have an effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) The results of the F test or simultaneous obtained the value of Fcount = 15,468, greater than Ftable (2,385). So it can be concluded that the service quality and price variables together have an effect on GrabBike Customer Satisfaction in Bojonggede Village. (3) The most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction is the service quality variable with the largest coefficient value of 0.323. (4) the result of the determination test is 0.226, which means that the contribution of the service quality and price variables to customer satisfaction is 22.6%. From this value, it means that the variables of Service Quality and Price affect customer satisfaction. While the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is, what is the impact felt by street vendors in the city of Jombang, especially street vendors in the square who have been relocated to Jalan Dr. Soetomo and Jalan Kusuma Bangsa, especially in terms of income. The purpose of this study was to find out how the impact of relocation for street vendors on income before and after relocation. The type used in this study is a qualitative method, the data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The research sample is the street vendors on Dr. Street. Soetomo and Jalan Kusuma Bangsa, as many as 85 respondents. The results of this study indicate, the street vendors are all traders who were previously in the City Square. They have been selling for almost 10-20 years. After the relocation the traders began to adjust to the new place. There is a significant increase with the relocation of new places. There was an increase in sales followed by a nearly 40% increase in revenue from the previous year. The new selling place feels comfortable but cramped so that buyers can't stay longer when buying. Public MCK facilities are not provided and there are several other facilities that have not been considered by the Jombang City government.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the finances of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk using the vertical method and horizontal method. Results of vertical analysis of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk for the 2018-2022 period in the financial report shows that its financial performance fluctuates every year and shows quite good results seen from the value of liabilities being smaller than equity. Meanwhile, vertical analysis in the 2018-2019 profit and loss report shows a significant increase. from the profit percentage each year, but in 2020-2022 there was a decline due to the start of the coronavirus pandemic until the end of the pandemic period which caused limited business movements in various industries. Results of horizontal analysis of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk for the 2018-2022 period in the financial report show that the financial performance for 2018-2021 is quite good, judging by the percentage of total liabilities which always decreases, and total assets are greater than total liabilities, but in 2022 the results show less well, judging by the percentage increase in liabilities. short-term. Meanwhile, the horizontal analysis of the 2018-2019 profit and loss report shows quite good results assessed by the percentage of revenue that has increased, but in 2020-2022 the results are less good assessed from the percentage of revenue and profit for the current year that has decreased.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products among customers in Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative methods and a type of causality research using data in the form of numbers and analyzed using statistical analysis, to determine the influence of variables (X), namely product quality, brand image, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening products as variable (Y). The population of this study are consumer who have used at least on purchase of Scarlett Whitening products in Bogor Regency, with sample size of 100 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire, while for data analysis using SPSS version 22 to test, namely the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple analysis T test (Partial Test), and F test (Simultaneous test). The results of this research show that the variables product quality, brand image, price, and promotion simultaneously influence the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening product. Meanwhile, in the T test, product quality has no influence on the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitenin product. Brand image, price, and promotion influence the decision to purchase Scarlett Whitening product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion and Price on Purchase Decisions of PIXY Cosmetic Products in Bogor City. The research method used is Quantitative Causality research. The type of data studied is Quantitative data, which is primary data. Based on the results of the partial significance test (t-test), it was obtained that the values of the Product Quality and promotion variables had a significant partial effect on the purchase decision of PIXY cosmetic products in Bogor City, while the Brand Image and price variables had no effect. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous significance test (F-test) obtained results together the variables of Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion and Price have an influence on the purchase decision. The results of the determination coefficient test are known that the value of the determination coefficient (adjusted R Square) obtained is 0.496, which means that 49.6% of purchase decisions are influenced by Product Quality, Brand Image, Promotion, and Price, while the remaining 50.4% of purchase decisions are influenced by other variables that are not studied in this study.
