Abstract

Indonesian people have known and used herbal medicine since ancient times as a cultural heritage. PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) is a pharmaceutical company that produces herbal medicines, food and beverages, and pharmaceutical products, focusing on innovation and quality. This research aims to analyze the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of PT Sido Muncul in the areas of marketing, finance, production, and human resources using descriptive qualitative methods with secondary data from financial statements. The results showed that by 2023, PT Sido Muncul's net sales decreased by 7.77% to Rp. 3.56 trillion and gross profit decreased by 12.95% to Rp. 2.08 trillion, due to the El-Nino phenomenon. The conclusion confirms Sido Muncul's commitment to quality human resource management and product innovation to sustain growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services on community satisfaction in Klapanunggal Village, Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, and by providing a systematic and accurate description of the perceptions, the community about the quality of public services provided by Klapanunggal Village, Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency. The results of the analysis with the Service Quality (SQ) method show that there is a gap in all elements of public services, which means that the community is not satisfied with the quality of public services provided by Klapanunggal Village. While the level of community satisfaction calculated using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method shows a result of 76.2%, meaning that it is included in the category of people feeling quite satisfied with the quality of public services in Klapanunggal Village, but not yet very satisfied. Furthermore, based on the results of the analysis with the Cartesian diagram of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, it is known that the service indicators included in the top priority (Quadrant A) to be improved in order to increase community satisfaction in the future are indicators P6 (competence / ability of officers), P8 (handling complaints) and P9 (quality of facilities and infrastructure).

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the Effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Aneka Tambang, Tbk on financial statements in 2017-2022 and become one of the references regarding research on the analysis of financial statements in company. This research uses quantitative methods with classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test in IBM SPSS 22 statistical applications. The results in the classical assumption test, this study was found to have normal distribution values, did not experience heterochedascity, was not exposed to multico problems, and there was no autocorrelation. The linear regression test shows that the Current Ratio has an inversely proportional influence on the Return on Assets because it shows a positif value 0.010 while the Net Profit Margin has a direct influence on the Return on Assets because it shows a positive coefficient value 0,469. The results of the test concluded that the Current Ratio partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the Return on Assets, and the Net Profit Margin partially had a positive and significant effect on the Return on Assets. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets with a value of 73,1%.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the services provided to BPJS patients in Cihampelas District, West Bandung Regency. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the healthcare services provided at Klinik Pratama and Apotek Mulia Medika for BPJS participants are quite good. Patients are satisfied with the quality of services provided, including administration, medication services, and the comfort of the waiting room. However, there are still some challenges related to participants' understanding of BPJS facilities and accessibility barriers. This study offers valuable insights into the quality of BPJS services at primary healthcare facilities and can serve as an evaluation tool for service improvement in the future.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the pharmaceutical services available at the Pratama Clinic and Mulia Medika Pharmacy. The method used in this research is the Qualitative Method. The data collection technique for this research uses interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis in this research uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions from respondents. The results of this research show that the pharmaceutical services provided at the Pratama Clinic and Mulia Medika Pharmacy have provided good service to patients.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Liquidity, Profitability, and Activity on Company Value in the textile and garment sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2023. This study is a quantitative research. The population used consisted of 22 companies in the textile and garment sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was selected using purposive sampling method, resulting in 6 companies being chosen as the research objects. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) do not affect the Company Value of textile and garment sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2023. Meanwhile, Activity (TATO) has a positive and significant effect on the Company Value of textile and garment sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2023. Simultaneously Liquidity (CR), Profitability (ROA), and Activity (TATO) have a significant effect on the Company Value of textile and garment sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2023 with a significance level of 0.001<0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the extent to which palm oil exports contribute to national economic growth during the period 2014-2023 and to identify the factors influencing this relationship. The data used is sourced from the In the analysis, the author employs a simple regression method to examine the relationship between palm oil exports and economic growth. The testing includes both partial and simultaneous influence analyses. The entire data processing procedure is conducted using SPSS version 25 software, ensuring the accuracy and validity of the research results. It is found that the variable of palm oil exports on economic growth has an F-value of 5.485, an F-table value of 0.188, and a significance value of 0.047 < 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence between palm oil exports and economic growth. In the t-test results, the calculated t-value (2.342) is greater than the t-table value (1.85955), with a significance of 0.034 < 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Palm oil exports have a positive and significant influence; when palm oil exports increase, economic growth also experiences an increase.

Abstract

Each company has a need to have a system that can support its business processes, such as The Public Assessor Services (KJPP) that play an important role in determining the economic value of a property. The assessment process carried out by the company KJPP has arried out by hand at less efficient value. The creation of web-based applications for the quality control system is aimed at making it easier in the assessment process and meeting the current standard rules obligations. The prototype aims to design and implement applications for the quality control system of the company in order to make the assessment process more effective. The prototype generated applications for the quality control system on the KJPP using the System Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using the double diamond method. In the double diamond, there are four major stages: discover, define develop, deliver. The results of the prototype to the evaluation point out that the application of this quality control system is very effective for improving the operation of the KJPP is shown by the evaluation using a col 4 point scale with a 3.8 value of satisfaction from 4 (94%).

Abstract

The current boom in laundry businesses requires laundry entrepreneurs to always look for strategies to survive. Not only the number of competitors, but also internal problems such as operational problems cause many laundries to only survive for one year. In an effort to improve the efficiency, accuracy and quality of laundry services, many laundry businesses have begun to adopt Point of Sales (POS) technology as a solution to overcome operational problems. This study is to analyze the difference in income before and after the implementation of the Point of Sales (POS) system in the laundry. The sampling method uses purpose sampling techniques with certain criteria, where the only laundry that meets the criteria is Akucuci Laundry. Data collection is carried out through primary and secondary data, while data analysis uses normality tests and paired sample t-tests. The results of the study showed a significant increase in income after the implementation of POS at Akucuci Laundry. The practical implication is that the implementation of technology such as POS can improve operational efficiency and profitability of laundry businesses. In conclusion, the use of POS has a positive impact on Akucuci Laundry's revenue, which provides an incentive for laundry entrepreneurs to consider integrating technology into their operations.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT Bank Mega, Tbk in the 2017-2021 period. This research uses two methods of financial report analysis, namely vertical analysis and horizontal analysis on the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT Bank Mega, Tbk. Vertical analysis is analysis carried out on only one financial reporting period. Meanwhile, horizontal analysis is analysis carried out by comparing financial reports for several periods. The research results show that the financial report performance of PT Bank Mega, Tbk is optimal. Total assets owned have increased during the research period, besides that the total current assets owned are greater than the total liabilities. Total income increased during the research period, although in 2018 it decreased but it was not significant. So the current year's profit continues to increase during the research period.
