This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and tourist facilities on tourist interest and its impact ontourist loyalty in the tourist area of Mandeh. The sample in this study were tourists who visited the Mandehtourist area. This study uses quantitative methods with Structrul Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square(PLS) analysis tools. The results in this study indicate a positive and significant effect of promotion and tourismfacilities on tourist interest. Promotion and tourism facilities have no significant effect on tourist loyalty. Thereis also a positive and significant influence of tourist interest on tourist loyalty. Meanwhile, there is a positiveand significant influence of promotion and loyalty through tourist interest. And there is a positive and significantinfluence on tourism facilities and loyalty through tourist interest

In this study, the subjects of tourism are untouchables The Regency is one of the areas with high-value tourism potential. In this study, the competitiveness of the tourism industry can be measured Use four indicators to measure competitiveness World Tourism Organization (WTO), namely Human Tourism Index (HTI), Infrastructure Development Index (IDI), Environmental Index (EI), Open Index (OI)). Secondary school data. The analytical method used in this study is tourism competitiveness index. Analysis shows that the 8th tourism industry competitiveness Indicator variable IDI (Infrastructure Development Index) environmental indicators (EI) indicates that this value is highly competitive, while other indicators have .low Competitiveness.

The success of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is very low, namely 35%, so that it requires an active role from all levels of society (Retnani, 2016). One of the cause of decreased breastfeeding is the lack of production of the hormones oxytocin and prolactin. Hypnotherapy and back exercise can increase the production of the hormones oxytocin and prolactin. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of hypnotherapy and back exercise to smooth breastfeeding. The research method was carried out using observational method. This study uses a quasi-experiment (Quasi-Experiment) with pre and post test with Non Control Design, a research design that aims to examine the causal relationship. By comparing the two evaluation results, namely the pretest and post test. The population in this study were postpartum mothers at the hospital Pekanbaru Medical Center. The result showed the effectiveness of the implementation of hypnotherapy and back exercise on the smooth production of ASI at Post Partum at PMC Hospital. And based on the T test Independent T-test obtained pvalue = 0.04 < 0.05 with a mean value in the experimental group of 8.44. With this research, it is hoped that health workers will be able to provide breast care to every postpartum mother at PMC Hospital.

West Sumatra is one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. It is not only related to its history, but also holds anumber of tourism potentials from its alluring natural scenery, shopping tours, to culinary tours. West Sumatraoriginal souvenirs and souvenirs are an inseparable part of the experience while traveling. However, tourists stillfind it difficult to find a good outlet or shop, close to tourist sites, and find information related to souvenirs andsouvenirs in West Sumatra. For this reason, a GIS-based gift and souvenir travel application was built.Geographical Information System for souvenirs and souvenir tours was built in several stages, namely thesystem analysis stage, the system design stage, the implementation stage and the testing phase. The map designin the system uses the Google Maps API and the software used in building this application is the programminglanguage HP (Pear Hypertext Prepocessor), JavaScript, jQuery, XAMPP database and Adobe Dreamweaver.Presentation of information on the web includes information on tourism objects, culinary gifts and souvenirs orsouvenirs.

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on employee engagement. The participants were active employees of 57 men and 49 women between age 22-42 years old representing each department. The instrument used is the employee engagement scale, transformational leadership scale, and organizational climate scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 21.0 for windows. This study indicates that transformational leadership and organizational climate simultaneously and significantly affect employee engagement (p = 0.000; p < 0,01). Furthermore, transformational leadership has a positive influence on employee engagement (p = 0.005; p < 0,01) and organizational climate has a positive influence on employee engagement (p = 0.016; p < 0,05). This study shows that transformational leadership and organizational climate play a role in shaping employee engagement among employees. Employees have a greater chance of achieving engagement when they provide positive support, thus creating a conducive work environment. This study aims to show the results of an innovation in the development of non-cash payment systems as a form of technological development, so that it can be said that this newness is better than the previous system. The results showed that the existence of an e-money payment method in market retribution was considered very profitable. This innovation was launched by the Banyuwangi Regency Industry, Trade and Mining Service in collaboration with regional banks in Banyuwangi Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, receivable turnover, inventory turnover, working capital turnover and fixed assets turnover on liquidity in textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. Liquidity is measured using the current ratio. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with certain criteria and obtained 17 companies with 4 years observation. And used multiple linear regression. The result of this study showed that the simultaneous test of cash turnover, receivable turnover, inventory turnover, working capital turnover, and fixed assets turnover have a significant effect on towards liquidity. Partially individual cash turnover has a positive and insignificant effect, while receivable turnover and fixed assets turnover have a negative and insignificant effect on liquidity. The variable inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect and capital turnover has a negative and significant effect on liquidity in textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019.
