Abstract

This research has the objective to see the effect of Capital Structure, Working Capital Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Accounts Receivable Turnover and Asset Growth on Profitability. This population was carried out in all various industrial sector companies, the sample was selected through purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 12 sample companies. The method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that working capital turnover, capital structure and inventory turnover had an effect on profitability. Meanwhile, Asset Growth and Accounts Receivable Turnover have no effect on Profitability. And Capital Structure, Accounts Receivable Turnover, Working Capital Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Asset Growth have no stimulant effect on profitability. The amount of determination is 42.2% while the remaining 57.8% of profitability is explained by other variables which are not discussed in this study. So it can be concluded that only the Capital Structure, Inventory Turnover, and Working Capital Turnover have an effect on Profitability in manufacturing companies

Abstract

Performance has a very important role because performance is a form of the end result of an employee's process in completing his duties. Employees who can complete their duties properly and correctly will have high performance. Therefore Punctuality, Technical Knowledge Regarding Work, Communication between Employees, and the Ability to Manage Work are believed to be able to influence the performance of an employee. To further accelerate the measurement of performance, a method is needed to measure it. The thought set method is a solution for measuring an employee's performance in several steps, namely: Decision System, Equivalence Class, Discernibilty Matric, Reduction, and Rules. This study measures the performance of employees using the Rough Set method on employees of the Qiana Padang Wholesale Store with a sample of 10 employees, so the results of this study are based on 10 samples of employees of the Qiana Padang Store which were carried out by testing using the Rough Set application. The employees of Toko Qiana Padang showed good results as many as 4 employees and there were as many as 6 employees who had excellent performance

Abstract

In carving crafts, there are a lot of motifs or regional characteristics from which the carvings originated, making a carving work requires special skills, patience, thoroughness, and full concentration so that there are no mistakes in carving. Abstract

Innovation serves as capital in the face of business competition, and innovation must be realized in the form of real action, namely in the form of innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior plays a major role in increasing productivity and profit for a company or organization because of its originality. This article discusses innovative work behavior, dimensions and stages of innovative work behavior, and factors that influence innovative work behavior. The method used is literature review from 33 journals on innovative work behavior. The findings are that innovative work behavior is the behavior of creating new things for the benefit of the organization which consists of exploration, generation, fighting for and implementing ideas that are influenced by internal factors of employees and external factors in the form of environment and work situations.

Abstract

This study aims to explore domestic tourist emotions and their crisis behavioral intention during the stage of new normal phase associated to COVID-19 Pandemic. Using a purposive sampling, this study adopts quantitative exploratory with online survey technique in 34 provinces in Indonesia. A descriptive analysis was employed to explore tourist emotions underpinned by Russel’s emotion classification scheme and travel intention during the new normal a part of prodromal phase of COVID-19 crises lifecycle. About 3650 Indonesian “quarantined” resident- a former of active traveller before COVID-19 pandemic- participated in this study. This study found that being alerted, bored, exhausted as the top three main negative emotions developed during the new normal phase associated to COVID-19 pandemic. The result also showed most of tourist felt lack of tourist confidence to travel during the new normal phase. This study limited by single stage of prodromal phase in COVID-19 limited to Indonesian context. This study is one of the first that deeply explored tourist behavior centered on psychological factor in new normal phase- a transition phase between semi lockdown to normal era with COVID-19 health protocol in Tourism Disaster and Crisis Management discipline.

Abstract

This observation is useful in examining how the impact of company size, CR, TATO, DER on profitability in the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period. The data used in the form of financial information each year is published from the company on the IDX website. Examples in this observation consist of 31 companies and 124 data. These observations require multiple linear regression analysis models, T test, F test, least squares equation. The results of these observations can be obtainedR2a number of 0.197 means the profitability variable that can be explained in the company size variable, CR, TATO, DER of 19.7%, then the rest is influenced by other variables. The results of the discussion state that partially company size, TATO, DER have a significant impact even though CR does not have a significant impact on profitability. And simultaneously company sizes, CR, TATO, DER have a significant impact on profitability

Abstract

Performance is a behavior that every person has as a work performance that is produced by employees in accordance with their role in the company. Timeliness, Effectiveness, Work Commitment and Independence are believed to be able to influence employee performance in achieving predetermined goals. Data mining has grown rapidly and adds value to information stored in databases. One of the fairly simple data mining algorithms is the Rough Set. Abstract

Employees are one of the values ​​of human resources in the Company that must be maintained for the development of the company. Employee performance in the Company has an important role in achieving the goals of the company. Employees must be experts in their fields and employees must also be able to work optimally. A good person's performance can be influenced by Speed ​​in Completing Work, Quality of Work, Teamwork and Service. This research was conducted using the Rought set method which aims to analyze the performance of employees at CV. Vando Jaya Group. The research method used is the rought set with a sample of 10 employees selected based on performance. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, questionnaires. Based on the research results show thatBased on the number of 10 samples of CV.Vando Jaya Group employees who have been tested using the Rought set application, it can be seen that the results are that the performance appraisal of 10 employees of CV. Vando Jaya Group shows the results of 2 employees are good and there are 8 employees who have excellent performance. with the number of appearances of the employee name attribute 10 (ten) times, the KMP value attribute 4 (four) times, the KP value attribute 5 times, the KT value attribute 9 times and P did not appear in the test results. So it can be seen that the most influential attribute in decision achievement is the KT attribute (TEAM Cooperation) because it has the highest number of appearances

Abstract

The occurrence of the Covid 19 pandemic around the world has changed all human physical activities in all lines of life, including activities in carrying out the teaching and learning process in educational institutions. This study seeks to analyze and evaluate the quality of online learning in the Covid 19 era. Measuring the quality of online learning is carried out using the rough set method, where the aspects or attributes used to consist of learning motivation, cognitive and self-efficacy. This research was conducted on students of the Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang during the Covid 19 pandemic. By using the rough set algorithm technique, it is expected that the pattern or combination between attributes can produce knowledge or information in predicting the quality of online learning in the Covid 19 era. Abstract

Progress in improving communication and information, as well as the increasingly rapid development of the banking world, requires a customer service system capable of providing satisfying services to customers. One of the problems that often arise in banking customer service systems is customer queuing services which cause customers to wait too long to get service. Information alone is not enough if it cannot be managed to be the best alternative, therefore a simulation system for scheduling bank customer queues is used. The design of the queue simulation model is expected to provide Mega Padang bank management information and better service to customers, so that every input, process and output that occurs during model development and simulation can be seen. Therefore, the simulation is carried out using the discrete event method. The customer service system of Bank Mega Padang which produces services explains the effect and behavior of the observed system, in this case it provides information about the average customer waiting time, the average customer waiting time and the length of time that tellers are unemployed for a certain period. time. The results of the system design process from time to time can increase teller unemployment by as many as 65 Bank Mega Padang customers. This study maximizes service time to customers based on the duration of service provided by the teller so that there are no unemployed or unserved terllers. The research that was achieved for the management of Bank Mega Padang was that management did not need a teller due to a lot of time. idle cashier
