Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence between attractiveness and word of mouth on the decision to visit Watu Ulo Beach in Jember Regency. The purpose of this study is explanatory (explanatory research) and predictions where explanatory research is a type of research that explains the causal relationship between one variable with other variables through hypothesis testing. The research population is tourists visiting Watu Ulo Beach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis used in this study is a multivariate analysis, namely, multiple linear regression analysis consisting entirely of 3 (three) variables. The number of samples in this study was 60 sample members. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness and word of mouth influence partially and simultaneously on the decision to visit Watu Ulo Beach. The results of the multiple determination coefficient (R2) of 0.558, this means that 55.8% of the visiting decision changes are influenced by the attractiveness and word of mouth variables while the remaining 44.2% is caused by other factors of promotion, service quality, an image of tourist attraction, and others not included in the regression equation created.

Abstract

This article analyze the individual characteristics and police work discipline on the performance of traffic police. Lumajang. This article used a quantitative approach and the testing of hypotheses, a population that is used is the police of traffic police, Lumajangthe sample collection and use of census. The method of analysis of the data used in the article it is multiple regression analysis. The result showed that significant individual characteristics have a positive impact on the performance of traffic police precinct Lumajang. Work discipline have a positive impact on the performance of traffic police precinctLumajang.

Abstract

The study aims to form a bankruptcy prediction model of rural bank in Indonesia at a time variation of 1 quarter (MP1), 2 quarters (MP2), 4 quarters (MP4), and 8 quarters (MP8) before bankruptcy. The quality of productive assets as a predictor variable consist of CEA, CEAEA, and NPL. The condition of rural bank bankrupt and non bankrupt as a dependent variable. The analytical method used is logistic regression followed by testing the model accuration. The population of this study is rural bank in Indonesia. The sample used was 241 rural banks that consist of 41 bankrupt rural banks and 200 non bankrupt rural banks. The data used are the quarterly financial statements of 2006 to 2019. The study result showed that of the four prediction models that successfully built, the 1 quarter (MP1) is the most feasible and accurate used as bankruptcy prediction model of rural banks in Indonesia that formed by CEAEA and NPL ratio. The MP1 has a classification accuracy of 93,8% at the level of modelling with cut off point of 0,29 and it has a classification accuracy of 83,93% at the level of validation with cut off point of 0,12. Based on those advantage, the MP1 was chosen as a model that able to predict the bankruptcy of rural bank in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this study to determine the effect of waste treatment standards, the company's internal environment, and the company's external environment on Green Supply Chain Management at timber companies in Lumajang Regency. This type of research is quantitative by looking for causal relationships. The object of this research is a timber company in Lumajang Regency. The sampling technique used was Non Probability Sampling and the technique chosen was purposive sampling with a total of 70 respondents. As The independent variable consists of waste treatment standards, the company's internal environment and the company's external environment. The dependent variable is Green Supply Chain Management. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the waste treatment standards and the company's internal environment have a significant effect on Green Supply Chain Management, while the company's external environment partially has no significant effect on Green Supply Chain Management. Simultaneously, waste processing standards, company internal environment, company external environment have a significant effect on the Green Supply Chain Management of timber companies in the district.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research which aims to examine musharaka as an alternative financing solution during the Covid 19 pandemic and focus on the calculation of profit sharing and its suitability according to Fatwa DSN No. 08 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000. Primary data in this study are the results of interviews and secondary data are in the form of profit sharing reports of BPRS Rinjani secondary data is in the form of BPRS Rinjani profit sharing reports. The profit calculation sharing of the financing on the musharaka contract at BPRS Bumi Rinjani Probolinggo is in accordance with the Fatwa of the National Syari'ah Council of the Indonesian Ulama Council, Number: 08 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000. The calculation of profit sharing based on profits and no amount is determined in advance. With the uncertainty of the income of bank partners (customers) during the current pandemic, the concept of musharaka financing can be used as an alternative solution in financing for both banks and partners.

Abstract

This research is based on the influence of consumer repurchase interest in certain products. The case study in this research is the culinary product of Kober Mie Setan in the city of Jember. The research objective to be achieved is to test whether interest in repurchase interest is influenced by customization and consumer satisfaction with Kober Mie Setan products in Jember. This research uses quantitative methods. The number of samples used in this study were 77 people with a purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire. The analysis used includes instrument test data, multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that the adjustment of mass and customer satisfaction both simultaneously and partially has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the projected impact of Covid-19 in the second quarter of 2020. By using qualitative literature data sourced from secondary data. Situbondo's economic growth projection may not be more than one percent. In general, the agricultural category will grow in the range of minus 3-4 percent. However, it is different with the information and communication category as well as the health service category, the two groups of these categories will enjoy growth above 10 percent.

Abstract

The survival and growth of a company are not only determined by the strength of capital or money, but also determined by its success in managing human resources. The productivity of human resources is influenced by several factors. This study aims to examine the effect of empowerment, work environment and fatigue which are partially and simultaneously significant on the productivity of silver craftsmen. Respondents in this study consisted of 40 silver craftsmen in Pulo Village, Lumajang Regency. By using the analysis of multiple linear regression, the results obtained that empowerement does not have a significant effect, while the work environment and fatigue have a significant effect on productivity. The limitation of this study is limited to respondent which is only examines silver craftsmen in Pulo Village, Lumajang Regency. Hopefully, the limitation of this study can be examined in the further studies.

Abstract

A strong Tourism Experience dimension gives tourism satisfaction which in the end creates tourists loyalty. The Tourism Experience can be reflected in sense, feel and think on tourist attraction felt by tourists. The objective of this research is to test the effect of Tourism Experience dimensions consists of significant sense, feel and think partially and simultaneously on tourism satisfaction and tourists loyalty. Test the effect of satisfaction on loyalty and test the satisfaction as a mediator of sense, feel and think on tourists loyalty. The respondents in this study were 200 B29 tourists. The path analysis and single-test testing showed that sense, feel and think had a significant effect simultaneously on satisfaction and loyalty. Partially, only sense and satisfaction had a significant effect on loyalty, meanwhile feel and think had no significant effect on tourists loyalty partially. The satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of think on loyalty, but it is not proven to mediate the effect of sense and feel on tourists loyalty.

Abstract

This research is about the shopping behavior of woman in traditional market. The result of the study that there are motivations shopping in traditional market in Surabaya. This research uses qualitative approach. This sample of study was 20 people, with the criteria ten women were working woman and ten others were housewives by using snowball sampling technique. There are 12 themes emerge in this study namely shopping motivations are Many sellers, Cheaper price, Many choices, Good quality products, The price can be negotiable, More Economized, If consumer want the need in high quantity, If there aren’t goods in vegetable mobile seller either in modern market, If consumer has no time to buy the need in mobile vegetable seller, completeness, the product can be sold in small quantity, If the vegetable mobile sellers do not sell. The most motivated motivation by consumers shopping in traditional market is they can get cheaper price The government should make a fair regulation among traditional market and modern retail.
