Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of managing soft skills learning at UPT BLK Rembang Regency, and to describe the results of soft skills learning management at UPT BLK Rembang Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The technique of checking the validity of the data is using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of research on the management of soft skills learning at UPT BLK Rembang Regency include the process of managing soft skills learning and the results of managing soft skills learning at UPT BLK Rembang Regency. There are three stages in the learning management process, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, and 3) Evaluation. The results of the management of soft skills learning can support the skills of students from the results of computer vocational training learning with soft skills learning which is a separate added point in improving students' skills for use in the world of work. The future sustainability of the results of the management of soft skills learning can minimize unemployment and open new jobs that have a big impact on the world of work. The existence of soft skills learning can support the learning outcomes of computer materials that affect the knowledge of students' skills. The holding of soft skills learning to increase work productivity as a supporter of competency test certificates owned by graduates.

Abstract

The product development model for literacy education will be used by tutors who are religious leaders to students to reduce illiteracy in West Sulawesi, especially Mamasa Regency based on the Education and Culture Statistics Data Center (2018), West Sulawesi Province is included as six provinces with the highest percentage of illiterates or in the red zone. Illiteracy at the age of 15-59 years in West Sulawesi Province, which reached 36,124 people or 4.360%. While the highest regency, namely Majene Regency, amounted to 9.30%. Followed by the second highest Pasangkayu Regency, 7.43%, and the third highest Mamasa Regency, 6.37%. While the lowest regency, namely Polman Regency, 1.57%, the second lowest Mamuju Regency, 2.68%, and the third lowest Central Mamuju Regency, for this model it is very important to use. The development of this model contains the results of the implementation of research and model development, starting from the preliminary study activities, validation of the conceptual model by experts, experts and practitioners and the results of the trial of the conceptual model and the results of the trial of the operational model. The implementation of basic literacy programs in Mamasa Regency is not much different from other regions, where most of the programs are implemented by PKBM and SKB with funding sources using BOP from the Directorate of Literacy and Equality Education Development (Dit. Bindiktara). While financial support for the implementation of basic literacy programs from local governments (APBD) is very rare. Based on Education Basic Data (2019) the number of PKBM in Mamasa Regency reached 30 units and 1 SKB. A number of these institutions should be able to reduce the high illiteracy rate, because one of the main programs is basic literacy. In addition, BOP assistance was provided from the government, but the implementation of the basic literacy program has not yet achieved the expected results. Keywords: KD Model, Religious Figure.

Abstract

This qualitative research discusses character building in schools and madrasas. This literature study focuses on three things, namely the application of character building; the role of the teacher, as well as supporting and inhibiting character formation. This research resulted in the following things. First, the application of character building can be done by using eighteen cultural values ??and national character formulated by Indonesian national education and others. Second, the role of teachers in character building, including: evaluators, motivators, counselors, mentors, and mediators for the formation of the character of students to the fullest. Third, supporting factors for character building, including: pre-school experience, level of intelligence, creativity, learning motivation, attitudes and study habits, and a positive school environment. Fourth, the inhibiting factors for character building include: the strong influence of behaviorism in the education system, the low capacity of human resources for educators, the demands of an increasingly pragmatic era, attitudes and stances that are less favorable for the establishment of democratization of education, and several other things. Abstract

Dalam kegiatan Bank Sampah perlu adanya perbaikan dengan melakukan evaluasi dalam pengelolaan programnya sehingga adanya keputusan yang dihasilkan untuk kemajuan program tersebut. Evaluasi program dilakukan di Bank Sampah Kembang Hurip Kelurahan Sukanagara Kecamatan Purbaratu Kota Tasikmalaya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui evaluasi program pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengelolaan program Bank Sampah Kembang Hurip, diukur dari komponen konteks, input, proses dan produk. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah pengurus dan nasabah bank sampah kembang hurip dan objek penelitian adalah program bank sampah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode Studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara secara langsung dilapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan program bank sampah Kembang Hurip Kelurahan Sukanagara cukup baik masih adanya kekurangan yang harus diperbaiki dan masih kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai serta belum maksimal dalam sosialisasi kepada nasabah. Evaluasi program bank sampah dapat memberikan informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan dan menjadi acuan untuk mengembangan dalam kegiatan program.   Kata kunci : Evaluasi, Model CIPP, Bank Sampah

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan peran PKBM Cemerlang Wonosobo yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan perempuan menuju kemandirian berwirausaha, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program – program pemberdayaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Lokasi penelitian di PKBM Cemerlang Wonosobo. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 1 Pemimpin PKBM, 2 Penglola Program, 2 Instruktur , dan 5 Peserta Pelatihan Pemberdayaan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran PKBM Cemerlang Wonosobo dalam memberdayakan perempuan menuju kemandirian berwirausaha adalah sebagai berikut : membuat dan melaksanakan dua program yang terdiri dari program pelatihan pendidikan kecakapan wirausaha dan program pelatihan pemberdayaan dalam unit usaha. Faktor pendukung program yaitu kualitas pengelola yang bagus, strategi perencanaan program yang matang, intruktur yang berpengalaman, sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung, partisipasi peserta pelatihan, mitra kerja yang baik, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah , terbatasnya kuota peserta, kurangnya kepercaya dirian peserta pelatihan , ketergantungan peserta pelatihan, prasangka buruk, terbatasnya waktu , ekpektasi yang terlalu tinggi.

Abstract

Preliminary studies conducted obtained information that the problems often faced by fish processing business groups are knowledge of processed fish production, design and management in terms of variations in fish food processing, such as: salted fish, pindang fish, otak-otak fish. The results of direct observation (January 20, 2020), This fish processing business has been occupied for generations from the family where the sales have decreased from year to year due to climate change and the absence of technology that supports food variety. Therefore, knowledge of processed fish production, design, and entrepreneurial management is needed, so that fish processing can be maximized. The approach and method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The collection of data and information was carried out through observation and interviews with 10 respondents who were parents. The results of this study indicate that there is still a lack of skills and understanding of the Teluk Village community in managing fish in a variety of processed foods, so that there is a need for follow-up to be given to improve the understanding and skills of the village community.

Abstract

Parents in the village of KB Sukapala Gunung Gede Village Kawalu Kota Tasikmalaya with the existence of Online learning activities some parents take pains to support or complete learning needs in the Covid-19 pandemic. The school such as teachers or teachers are not only able to provide materials but can understand and understand social, environmental and economic conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out the role of parents in supporting Online learning activities in the Covid-19 pandemic. This method of research uses qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study uses miles and huberman models with several flows, namely data reduction(data reduction), data display (presentation of data) and conclustion drawing (village). Based on the results of research obtained that parents act as educators such as teachers at home and encourage children with motivation and become facilitators to meet learning needs and parents also guide with full direction.

Abstract

The research in this thesis is backed by the phenomenon of many new entrepreneurship community education students but the business does not last long because it experiences various problems and eventually goes bankrupt. In general, students who are new entrepreneurship do not have qualified entrepreneurial skills because they only follow trends and friends so they can not know the right strategies and steps in making business decisions. They are only able to survive the business for a maximum of 5 months after that they change businesses and even go bankrupt. In the midst of the crisis of experience and expertise of entrepreneurship students there are 7 community education students who managed to open a business even able to develop their business and open new jobs.Based on the above, researchers are interested in conducting research on 7 students who succeeded in their efforts. The title of this study is the Profile of Entrepreneurship Community Education Students. The formulation of the problem in this study is How to Profile Entrepreneurship Community Education Students.This study uses qualitative methods by selecting 7 sources who have and manage the business for more than one year and are considered successful in their entrepreneurship. Data collected using instruments in the form of Observation and Documentation and In-depth interviews with informants. The data is qualitatively analyzed.The results of this study showed that the Profile of Entrepreneurship Community Education Students is influenced by family, education, environment, motivation and work history. So as to produce a profile of students who are resilient, creative, innovative, confident, visionary, open to new things and Optimistic. This characteristic is what supports the success of 7 community education students in entrepreneurship.The conclusion of this study is that students decide to become entrepreneurs because of the influence of internal and external factors. On the external factors, there is the influence of the educational environment, family, friends, opportunities and work history. External factors affect internal factors, and vice versa. These two factors influence each other.

Abstract

Adult education is education given to adults in accordance with the time adults have in order to foster an interest in learning on an ongoing basis throughout their lives. Empowerment of farming communities is the provision of power to the weak or powerless, especially the farming community to have knowledge, skills and competencies in agriculture, so that farmers are able to overcome the problems they face. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of adult education to empowering farming communities in the Setiawargi village. The method used in this study is a phenomenological method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results show that the application of adult education has four assumptions for adult learning, including self-concept, the findings are independent and confident, experience has two components, namely personal experience and the experience of others, readiness to learn, namely material relevant to real life, orientation towards learning activities that are centered and citizen-centered learning, the need for ability, namely adults learn because they have reasons and goals, and motivation, namely internal and eksternal motivation. In practice, adult education plays an important role in shaping the personality of farmers according to their circumstances as adults. The process of empowering farming communities uses empowerment steps, namely the possibility in which there is potential development, strengthening namely knowledge and ability, protection in which there is group formation and cooperation, support, namely mentoring and support and maintenance in which there is monitoring and evaluation. The result of empowering farming communities is the creation of farmers who have the knowledge and abilities that are qualified to empower themselves and also the potential of nature. The result of the application of adult education in empowering farming communities is that farming communities learn to use adult learning assumptions to carry out the steps of the process of empowering farming communities because it is in accordance with their situation and conditions. In conclusion, with the application of adult education in empowering farming communities, farmers' productivity will increase, be able to develop their own potential and regional potential, have agricultural innovations and increase farmers' knowledge and abilities.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the problem of poverty that is still a lot in the community and the lack of optimization of yard land where there are still many people who are not aware of the benefits of yard land in addition to making the yard beautiful it also has the potential to provide food, and reduce household spending. The purpose of this study is to help increase the income in the family. The problems that exist in the community are related to poverty and poorly functioning yards, it is necessary to form a Kenanga farmer women's group in Nyanggahurip Village, Cibereum District, Tasikmalaya City to help increase family income through the use of yard land. The method used in this study is a research method with a descriptive qualitative type of research. Researchers use data sources, data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results obtained in this study the formation of a group cannot be separated from proximity, interaction, balance, continuity and exchange. By joining the women's farmer group, women are able to develop the potential that exists within themselves through the use of yard land. The existence of support from the Department of Food Security and Fisheries of the City of Tasikmalaya has made the kenanga women farmer group run well. The success of the kenanga women farmer group is also seen from the results obtained by the members of the kenanga women farmer group.
