Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalis metode pembelajaran yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran keaksaraan dasar di Rumah Belajar Desa Pergulaan Kecamatan Sei Rampah Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan pendidik rumah belajar dan observasi secara langsung di Desa Pergulaan. Wawancara yang dilakukan adalah wawancara tidak terstruktur. Setelah menganalisis pembelajaran di rumah belajar desa pergulaan maka peneliti mendapatkan hasil bahwa pada rumah belajar di desa pergulaan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Caper (Membaca Permulaan). Hasil yang didapatkan dengan metode ini yaitu anak–anak lebih tertarik dalam pembelajaran karena tidak merasa bosan dan dengan adanya metode caper ini dapat dilihat keefektifan dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu dari sekitar 12 orang warga belajar pada rumah belajar ini satu bulan setelah diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Caper( Membaca Permulaan) terdapat 5 orang warga belajar yang bisa membaca. Artinya dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran caper ini cukup efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca warga belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil evaluasi program pelatihan melalui model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) pada program pelatihan Fungsional Dasar bagi Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana di BKKBN Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mixed method yaitu menyatukan dua metode antara metode kualitatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan kuesioner yang dihitung melalui pengukuran skala likert. Untuk mendapatkan data yang kredibel peneliti menggunakan triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dilihat dari evaluasi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi diperoleh kategori nilai baik. Sedangkan untuk hasil kuesioner peserta diperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan persentase 88,16%. Hasil evaluasi aspek context, setelah di akumulasikan dari segi latar belakang dan ketersediaan dokumen dikategorikan baik. Hasil evaluasi aspek input, setelah di akumulasikan dilihat dari segi widyaiswara program, kurikulum program, sarana dan prasarana, peserta pelatihan, serta pendanaan program maka secara umum dapat dikategorikan cukup baik. Hasil evaluasi aspek process setelah di akumulasikan menunjukkan bahwa dilihat dari segi persiapan program, pengelolaan program, evaluasi program, dan kesesuaian perencanaan dengan hasil pelaksanaan maka secara umum termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Hasil evaluasi aspek product setelah di akumulasikan menunjukkan bahwa dari segi hasil pembelajaran dan tanggapan terhadap pelaksanaan program maka secara umum termasuk ke dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni, (1) mendeskripsikan proses implementasi program Bina Keluarga Remaja di kampung KB Candisari Kabupaten Purworejo, (2) mendeskrisikan peran remaja dalam mempertahankan ketahanan keluarga, dan (3) mendekripsikan faktor pendukung dan pengambat dalam mewujudkan ketahanan keluarga. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan(1) implementasi program dan penerapan program BKR kepada keluarga melalui kegiatan penyuluhan. Tahap implementasi terdiri dari tahap interpretasi yaitu tahap pengenalan program kepada masyarakat, tahap penggorganisasian yaitu tahap pembentukan pengurus BKR dan penentapan kader BKR, dan (3) tahap aplikasi yaitu kader melaksanakan penyuluhan, kunjungan rumah, pencatatan dan pelaporan, dan kemitraan kelompok. (2) peran remaja dalam mempertahankan ketahanan keluarga melalui 8 fungsi keluarga dan membangun komunikasi yang efektif antaa orang tua dan remaja. (3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang menjadi faktor pendukung adalah kader yang aktif mengikuti kegiatan, sasaran yang aktif, sarana dan prasarana yang memdai, dan dukungan dari pemerintah setempat, sedangkan yang menjadi faktor penghambat adalah kurang nya pendanaan, masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang paham mengenai program BKR. Saran dari peneliti agar lebih diperhatikan dalam pendanaan, meningkatkan keterampilan kader dan masyarakat untuk lebih aktif dalam mengikuti kegiatan.

Abstract

Education plays an important role in national development where through good education human beings will be born who are able to compete in the era of globalization with high competition in all aspects. In this era of high globalization, everyone must be able to have life skills attached to them, because life skills are an educational effort to increase the capacity and capability of every citizen. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the life skills of the community members learning PKBM Kusuma Bangsa. The research approach used is qualitative and case studies obtained from the results of interviews and observations. Sources of research data were obtained from PKBM heads, tutors and learning residents. The results of the study show that there is a skills program provided to residents learning through handicrafts from bamboo and rattan, which is currently running well and is successful as evidenced by the increase in new skills and knowledge for residents learning package C where graduates have also been able to get jobs and businesses alone.

Abstract

This research has a background problem, namely the lack of skills in the community, the large number of unemployed in Indonesia, and the large number of requests from the public to hold life skills training. The purpose of this study is to find out the process and results of screen printing training by residents studying at the Ciamis Regency SKB. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification and drawing conclusions. The data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The research results obtained in the life skill training process research to make screen printing in increasing the independence of citizens learning at the Ciamis Learning Activity Center (SKB), namely screen printing training has infrastructure such as classrooms, tools and materials for screen printing. In carrying out tutoring, namely providing material and practical methods so that learning residents can easily understand. The purpose of the screen printing training program is to increase and develop the life skills of learning citizens through screen printing training so that they have independence in their lives and have skills for their lives in the future. The results of the life skills training in making screen printing, residents learn to gain knowledge about how to make screen printing and have skills in making screen printing and learning residents can also open businesses or get better jobs. In conclusion, after participating in training activities, learning residents can get a job or can adjust to a better job and can open a business in the field of screen printing. Obtain sufficient income, have self-actualization and develop skills for a better life. Conculusions can improve the life skills and independence of learning citizens

Abstract

Training and courses play a vital role in training qualified human resources, yet many adult education programs still overlook learning quality. Based on this, interactive learning in accordance with adult education principles is required. The purpose of this study is to discover: (1) the implementation of self-concept in fashion training; (2) the implementation of learning experiences in fashion training; (3) the implementation of learning readiness in fashion training; and (4) the implementation of adult learning orientation in clothing design training. This study is a descriptive qualitative study that collected data by monitoring the execution of Clothing Design training activities, conducting interviews regarding learning activities with a number of LCS heads, two instructors, and five training students. Modules, lesson plans, and training implementation reports are all necessary documents. The validity of the data is determined through source triangulation (interviews, documents, and observations), and data analysis techniques are used to acquire data, reduce data, present data, and make conclusions. This study's findings include: (1) Self-concept implementation: trainees are not directly involved in the learning planning process, but they do participate in agreements during the learning process and at the evaluation stage. (2) Learning experience implementation: project-based learning is applied in the Ungaran SKB. (3) Learning readiness implementation: adult learning at SKB Ungaran is relevant to trainees' vocations and lives. (4) Learning orientation implementation: trainees receive adequate encouragement from the teacher when they encounter difficulties in learning. This study concluded that adult learning implementation must apply adult principles by incorporating students in learning, designing learning that emphasizes experimental principles, adapting learning that can be directly applied, and having a learning orientation. The benefit of this research is knowing how to apply learning in accordance with adult learning principles.

Abstract

Courses and training are needed with the aim of increasing the competency skills of an individual or community group in non-formal education. One of the abilities needed in this era is the ability to have computer skills with Microsoft Office programs. The GOLEVAT Institute as a forum for organizing community competency capacity building that focuses on the field of digital computer technology. The implementation of a program requires a structured and planned management to achieve the goals that have been set. This study aims to describe the management of the Microsoft Office computer course training program at the GOLEVAT course in Semarang City which includes planning, implementation, and evaluation as well as describing the supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. The design used in this study is to use a type of qualitative research. Research informants included five people consisting of one Founder, two teaching instructors, and two program participants. The founder here is the main informant in this study and the other informants are supporting informants. The data validation technique used in this research is source triangulation and technical triangulation, this triangulation starts from analyzing the data using data collection, reduction, presentation and conclusion methods. The results of the study show that in the management of Microsoft Office computer course training programs, there are three main functions of management, namely planning which includes the formulation of background objectives, determining teacher coordination, setting location and time targets related to program costs, using Microsoft standard material modules, selecting media , determination of delivery methods, preparation of facilities and infrastructure. Implementation includes activities using media, modules, and methods that have been planned, motivating participants to be able to take part in the course. Program evaluation through practice questions to get a competency certificate. Evaluation of teachers, modules and media facilities through the Google form link which is filled in directly by participants after the program is finished which is used as a reference for the leadership to evaluate and improve institutions and programs. The supporting factors for the Microsoft Office computer training course program are the interest of the participants, competent instructors, and supporting media facilities. The inhibiting factor for the participants was forgetting the formula, for the teacher it was the increase in vehicle fuel rates. The advice that can be given by researchers is that there should be official recruitment of teachers and evaluations carried out in a structured and scheduled manner, then the material is always updated in accordance with increasingly advanced technological developments.

Abstract

The age of 0-6 years is a golden period for growth and development cognitive development, language, social emotional, physical motor, religious values ??and morals and art. The growth and development of early childhood occurs very rapidly. Stimulation in children of this age group is very important because it is the foundation for the development of Human Capital because children are healthy and socially optimally grown will grow into productive adults economy. Growth is a change in the size, number, size of the body or members body, which can be measured physically through weighing, measuring height, head circumference measurement, arm circumference measurement and others etc. Growth is limited to structural and physiological changes (physical) (Kemendikbud, 2020). To measure the growth of early childhood parents or PAUD teachers can Measuring weight, height and head circumference is done every month. If you don't gain weight / lose weight / gain weight excessively a period of 2 consecutive months and the child's height does not match his age, immediately consult with PUSKESMAS or pediatrician. Development is an increase in ability or skill in more complex structures and functions of the body in regular patterns and can be predicted as a result of experience and the maturation process. Development is also related to the ability to move, intellectual, social and emotional (Kemendikbud, 2020). Growth and development in early childhood are mutually exclusive related. Many parents assume, children will grow and develop automatically. Even though this assumption is not correct. Early childhood should can grow and develop according to age. If at a certain age, children have not been able to achieve growth and development, then people parents need to be aware of this. To overcome partner problems related to awareness of the importance early childhood development and development, then we are from the community service team provide a solution in the form of Strengthening the Parenting Program in ImprovingĀ  Public Awareness About the Importance of Child Development. this activity carried out in the form of counseling to mothers who have babies and toddlers as well as posyandu cadres in Dusun Sumber, Lingkungan Banjarjo, Kelurahan Kanigoro, Kecamatan Kanigoro, Kabupaten Blitar. In this parenting program strengthening activity, the method we use are lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. Stages in this service activity includes: 1) Making observations, 2) Coordinating with partners, 3) Carry out strengthening parenting programs in the form of counseling, 4) Follow up Further implementation is carried out by posyandu cadres in coordination with the puskesmas local.

Abstract

Learning in AUD must be able to develop various basic abilities of children to create generations that are communicative, collaborative, think critically, creatively and innovatively. The STEAM approach is seen as an approach that can prepare the 21st century generation which aims to stimulate creativity, prepare children for a world of work full of innovations and inventions or good quality human resources. Some research shows that the application of the STEAM approach has a very positive relationship between STEAM learning experiences at an early age and school and career success in a child's future. The purpose of implementing this community service is to find out the application of learning with STEAM learning to increase the creativity of early childhood in Rejotangan District, Tulungagung Regency. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method. Data collection was done by way of interviews and observation. The STEAM approach process is expected to be able to stimulate children's abilities to face the 21st century. One of the ways that teachers can do this is by changing the learning process in an innovative and creative way.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kader dalam pencegahan kasus stunting di Kelurahan Ngijo, dan mendeskripsikan mengenai hambatan dan solusi dalam pencegahan kasus stunting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian terdapat beberapa peran kader posyandu berkaitan dengan cara pencegahan kasus stunting di Kelurahan Ngijo. Terdapat empat peran kader posyandu dalam mencegah kasus stunting, yaitu: 1) pelayan kesehatan, 2) penyuluh kesehatan, 3) penggerak dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan 4) pemantauan kesehatan. Dalam menjalankan tugas dan peran, kader posyandu didampingi oleh petugas lapangan atau petugas kesehatan dari Puskesmas Sekaran. Kader posyandu diharapkan dapat menjadi ujungtombak dalam pencegahan kasus stunting. Kader posyandu merupakan orang yang dianggap dekat dengan masyarakat, sehingga diharapkan mampu menyampaikan informasi-informasi yang berkaitan dengan stunting. Selain itu, terdapat juga beberapa hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pencegahan kasus stunting, diantaranya adalah kurangnya motivasi kader, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, dan pendanaan.
