Abstract

This study aims to examine the marketing strategy carried out by Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Buana Mas Arcawinangun. The type in this research is field research with a qualitative approach, while the data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. For data analysis, descriptive qualitative by describing various reports encountered during the research process. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by BMT Buana Mas Arcawinangun has four strategies, namely the strategy of picking up the ball, targeting Funding Officers, holding a Healthy Walk Event Once a Month (Distributing Brochures), and visiting the Majlis Taklim Association or Recitation. While the application of marketing for murabahah financing products generally adheres to the 4P marketing mix theory, the marketing mix consists of 4Ps, namely: production (product components can be in the form of variety, quality, design, packaging, and form of service), price (price components can be in the form of price quotes, discounts, payment terms, and credit terms), location (location components can be distribution channels), location, inventory, transportation, and logistics) and promotions (promotion components can include advertising, personnel sales, public relations, direct selling, and promotions).

Abstract

The development of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia over the last three decades has shown encouraging developments, this is indicated by the increasing number of sharia-based financial institutions. The purpose of the community service activities that have been carried out is to provide comprehensive understanding and insight about the importance of Islamic financial literacy, provide motivational encouragement, and an understanding of the importance of managing school finances that can be managed using sharia principles.The method used in this activity is the holding of Islamic financial literacy socialization which is directed at school financial management by providing material on contract theory, sharia business contracts, and Islamic financial institutions. Meanwhile, the participants in this activity were delegated teachers from Muhammadiyah schools in Banyumas Regency. The results of this activity show that school financial management is carried out differently according to school policies. The form of the policy is adjusted to the cooperation of schools with financial institutions, both BTM, BMT and commercial banks (Islamic banks and conventional banks). The delivery of material in this activity uses a participatory-dialogical method, where participants can convey their ideas and views, while the presenters only become facilitators by providing a review of participant responses. The form of practice in which the participants were directed by the implementing team was to get to know the various sharia contracts, while the participants' responses to the implementation process were mostly very good and good, and hoped that they would be implemented continuously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Thai Islamic Religious Council in the Process of Giving Halal Certificates to Food and Beverage Products and the obstacles faced in the process of granting halal certificates. This research is a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained are in the form of primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data collected will be analyzed qualitatively using a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the role of the Thai Islamic Religious Council in the Process of Giving Halal Certificates to Food and Beverage Products, had complied with the provisions of the Thai Islamic Religious Council or MAIT. MAIT is an institution in fostering the participation of Muslims in Thailand. The Thai Islamic Religious Council in determining the standardization of halal food products by checking the company's location, logo and halal certificate in Thailand, making stamps on halal food products in Thailand.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the remuneration system at Salon Salma Spa Muslimah Purwokerto and the view of Islamic law at Salon Salma Spa Muslimah Purwokerto. The method used in this research is a qualitative method. This type of research is included in the type of field research and the nature of the research is descriptive. The data collection technique is direct interviews with business owners or owners and employees at the Salma Spa Muslimah Purwokerto salon with researchers, then the results are analyzed by editing and systematic. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the salary system for employees at Salma Spa Muslimah Purwokerto uses a percentage or income, and can be called a wholesale system. Based on the opinion of the four schools of thought, the salary system at the Salma Spa Muslimah Purwokerto salon is in accordance with Islamic law. Fulfill the pillars and conditions of ijarah and the principles of wages. Because at Salon Salma Spa Muslimah Purwokerto, it is very important to prioritize the sharia system, open to each other, transparently, fairly, and properly. However, in terms of salary/wages, Salma Spa Muslimah Purwokerto is still below the UMP/UMK.

Abstract

This article aims to describe how the practice of buying and selling with the Jizaf System and how the fiqh muamalah reviews the practice of buying and selling cabbage with the Jizaf System in Gombong Village, Belik District, Pemalang Regency.The type of research in this article is case study research whose data sources are obtained from facts that occur in the community. The research subjects were religious leaders, community leaders, the Head of Gombong Village, and farmers and vegetable traders in Gombong Village. While the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation, where the data collected will be analyzed qualitatively using descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the buying and selling of cabbage that occurs can be calculated mathematically to find out the overall price. Transactions that occur between the seller and the buyer are carried out mutually pleased when the contract is carried out at the beginning. Buying and selling with the Jizaf System is seen from the opinions of the Imam Madzhab scholars and the Sharia Economic Law Compilation has fulfilled both in terms of the pillars and conditions. So that buying and selling cabbage using the jizaf system in Gombong Village is allowed.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To determine the level of understanding of students about earthquakes and anticipatory steps, (2) To test the effectiveness of earthquake process simulation in order to increase mitigation literacy. This research method uses survey and simulation methods. The population in this study was taken by students of class VII D as a sample representing the population of SMP N 2 Banjarnegara. Class VII D has several students who live in disaster-prone areas. The results of this study indicate that the simulation uses disaster aids or Disaster Aid, increases the understanding of VII D students about earthquakes and anticipatory steps, and optimizes the level of understanding of students in class VII D about disaster mitigation literacy, and it is hoped that this research will be useful in providing an understanding of school residents. about the urgency of human behavior to save themselves when there is a disaster.

Abstract

In Klinting village, Somagede district, Banyumas regency, people who practice the faith of Hindu religion consists of about 6,9% of the village population. Before taking in the Hindu religion, they were practicing a Kejawen branch faith called Wayah Kaki. They practice their faith in Pura Pedaleman Giri Kendeng which is also located at Klinting village. After some development, today Pura Pedaleman Giri Kendeng has become the center of activity for people who practice the Hindu religion in Banyumas. The spatial design which consists of: spatial elements, spatial organizations, circulation, orientation, and the hierarchy of space from this temple located in Banyumas regency, Central Java, become the basis for the curiosity of the researchers to discover it. For that, the research methodology used is the qualitative method, with observation and documentation as the data collection technique. The research results are: 1) Pura Pedaleman Giri Kendeng apply the concept of Tri Mandala and the concept of Desa Kala Patra in its spatial plan, 2) Spatial element of the temple comprised of: Candi Bentar, Balai Wantilan, Kori Agung, Aling-Aling, Balai Piyasan, Panglurah, Padmasana, Candi Gedung, and Taman Sari, 3) The orientation of the temple is facing to the east, 4) The highest hierarchy is the building in Utama Mandala area.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 4 Cilacap is located in a coastal area, with most of the population living as fishermen. The majority of students at SMP Negeri 4 Cilacap live in Rusunnawa and also in residential areas. The limited land they have makes them vulnerable to the basic food needs of students' families. This food scarcity can lead to serious problems that have an impact on food disasters. For this reason, in social studies subjects, teachers can raise the issue of this food disaster in classroom learning. The research objective of optimizing social studies learning with learning media based on hydroponic agricultural technology to form a disaster-resilient generation is to foster a disaster-resilient attitude towards food scarcity in the future and to create food security in students' families and society in general. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data obtained based on observations, interviews and literature review. The analysis technique used is not in the form of numbers and is subjective. The results of this study are expected to increase resilience towards food disasters in the future and can create food security for students' families and society in general.

Abstract

The prospect of the tourism industry in Indonesia is very large and promising considering that Indonesia has abundant natural resources, one of which is in the coastal sector. By empowering the community, people can increase their knowledge and ability to be able to identify problems, plan, and implement solutions by utilizing local potential and existing facilities, such as disaster management. This study aims to determine the efforts made for community empowerment and tourism in disaster management on the Widarapayung beach. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research are the widarapayung beach manager, the widarapayung village apparatus, the widarapayung community and related institutions. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, literature review and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the results of research with SWOT analysis, in community empowerment and tourism at Widarapayung Beach, it is necessary to apply eight strategies in disaster management, namely planning, organizing, leadership, coordinating, controlling, monitoring, budgeting and finance.
