This study aims to determine the efforts of Islamic Financial Institutions in empowering SMEs, strategies and important roles carried out by LKS in order to empower SMEs through the provision of capital to be managed in business. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, a method that only describes various forms of paradigms about empowerment strategies for SMEs, the most important data sources in this study are related to the search for library data, relevant books, and scientific papers. others relevant to the object of study. The results of this study indicate that there has been much power and effort carried out by the Islamic Finance Agency in order to empower SMEs, this can be proven by the existence of several programs, products, and financing aimed directly at SMEs. The strategy used is; provide complete information as well as promotion to SMEs, provide financing for their business development, provide financing in accordance with the type of business that SMEs are involved in with the concept of sharia principles. The implication of this research is to continue to provide services professionally and provide the best so that they are truly able to provide community welfare, more selective in providing financing so as to minimize the losses that will occur, increase technological resources so that SMEs can easily access information.

Abstract

This study aims to expand on the theoretical notions of sharia economics, economic democracy, and Indonesian development. Economic identity is influenced by religion, culture, and other valuable components of life, including the state's ideology. Religious ideals, cultural constructions, governmental ideology, and/or a synthesis of these values should all be protected from development. This is Auda's considerable offer, which connects maqasid al-shariah with systems theory to bolster Islamic studies' intellectual integrity. The Shariah economy, social system, and state ideology should be united to attain economic welfare. As a result, the maqashid shariah system approach provides a methodological framework for examining the existence of shariah microfinance institutions, economic democracy, and development in their entirety

Abstract

Pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) pada penggalian batu pecah memberikan manfaat besar bagi perekonomian, sosial, dan lingkungan masyarakat di Kamang Mudiak Jorong Pauah Sei Dareh. Pemanfaatan penggalian batu pecah oleh msayarakat tersebut perlu ditelusuri lebih dalam lagi terutama masalah etika, karena Islam memberikan seperangkat nilai dan etis dalam memanfaatkan Sumber Daya Alam. Oleh karena itu, penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis etika pemanfaatan Sumber Daya Alam penggalian batu pecah di Kamang Mudiak Jorong Pauah Sei Dareh ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian bersumber dari data primer, dengan alat analisis data menggunakan metode Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa pemanfaatan penggalian batu pecah memberikan manfaat pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi, mengurangi pengangguran dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Namun pemanfaatan penggalian batu pecah juga terdapat sisi negatif yang merusak lingkungan sehingga tidak sejalan dengan aturan etika secara ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Rasulullah SAW was a successful businessman in his time. He applies key success factors that make his business grow rapidly and get blessings on the side of Allah SWT, and avoid danger and cheating which is prohibited in Islam. As a Muslim business actor, you should be able to carry out the rules of buying and selling in accordance with Islamic law like the Prophet SAW. This study aims to identify the effect of applying Islamic marketing ethics on customer satisfaction for Chiztikk Surabaya products by using simple linear regression. This method is used to test the effect of variables with quantitative analysis. Questionnaires were distributed via google forms to respondents who were selected using a purposive sampling technique by determining the number of samples using the cochran formula. Respondents' answers were measured using a Likert scale. This study shows that Islamic marketing ethics as an independent variable has an influence on customer satisfaction as the dependent variable of 59.5% (R2). This study provides managerial implications for producers or sellers, where the application of Islamic marketing ethics is very important to achieve customer satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the Service Fee System at BRILink Agents in Air Dikit District, Mukomuko Regency, from an Islamic Economic Perspective. This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the BRILink Agent Service Fee System, Air Dikit District, Mukomuko Regency is a profit sharing system or service fee between BRI and BRILink agents with a fee percentage of 50%:50%. 50% for agents and 50% for BRI. The determination of the BRILink agent service rate, Air Dikit District, Mukomuko Regency, there is no provision for the nominal administrative fee from BRI charged to customers, it's just that BRI provides standard rates with BRILink agents while the additional administrative fees in full are left to each BRILink agent, so BRILink agents can achieve the target of at least 200 transactions / month according to BRI provisions. Analysis of Islamic Economic Perspectives on BRILink Agent Service Fees, Air Dikit District, Mukomuko Regency, is in accordance with the principles of Islamic Economics, namely the principle of help, the principle of appropriateness/appropriateness, the principle/clear, and the principle of benefit. Abstract

Sidoarjo district have an embryo maritime tourism destinations that can be a tourist destination for nautical Sidoarjo district. But, the maritime tourism still has not been exposed or promoted with maximum, so that there are many local communities, global and foreign that have not located a maritime tourism and the beauty of tourism destinations that are owned by sidoarjo. So necessary right to marketing and measurable tourist destination program. The purpose of this study is to find and testing whether integrated marketing communication influences attractiviness the embryo tourism destination, Whether integrated marketing communication impact on brand building tourism destination, and do brand building an influence on thr attractiveness of the embryo tourism destination. This research of quantitative research using a Partial Least Square ( PLS ). Population in this research is all visitors tourism in Sidoarjo district. A sample in the research used design probability sampling by choosing 80 visitors maritime tourism in the sample Technique analysis in research that is descriptive and statistic analysis inferential with the methods Partial Least Square (PLS). The research result explain that integrated marketing communication influences attraction, integrated marketing communication influences brand building , and brand building influences attraction.
