This study aims to determine the efforts of Islamic Financial Institutions in empowering SMEs, strategies and important roles carried out by LKS in order to empower SMEs through the provision of capital to be managed in business. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method, a method that only describes various forms of paradigms about empowerment strategies for SMEs, the most important data sources in this study are related to the search for library data, relevant books, and scientific papers. others relevant to the object of study. The results of this study indicate that there has been much power and effort carried out by the Islamic Finance Agency in order to empower SMEs, this can be proven by the existence of several programs, products, and financing aimed directly at SMEs. The strategy used is; provide complete information as well as promotion to SMEs, provide financing for their business development, provide financing in accordance with the type of business that SMEs are involved in with the concept of sharia principles. The implication of this research is to continue to provide services professionally and provide the best so that they are truly able to provide community welfare, more selective in providing financing so as to minimize the losses that will occur, increase technological resources so that SMEs can easily access information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh risiko pembiayaan syariah, dalam hal ini adalah risiko pembiayaan murabahah dan risiko pembiayaan mudharabah, dan good corporate governance (GCG) terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan return on assets (ROA) sebagai indikator profitabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder, yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan bank umum syariah periode 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bank umum syariah yang terdaftar di Statistik Perbankan Syariah (2020) dengan sampel sebanyak 6 (enam) bank umum syariah yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel risiko pembiayaan murabahah dan risiko pembiayaan mudharabah secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan variabel GCG tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Adapun secara simultan, risiko pembiayaan murabahah, risiko pembiayaan mudharabah, dan GCG berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas bank umum syariah. Pengaruh ketiga variabel independen tersebut terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 84,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 15,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model.

Abstract

Plantungan District is one of the sub-districts in Kendal Regency which has a lot of diverse tourism potential. However, the potential in Plantungan District has not been fully managed optimally. Supported by phenomena in the field which show that the level of community welfare is still low with a total of 4,102 residents (BPS, 2019). This study aims to determine the potential and management of tourism in Plantungan District, analyze conditions and provide recommendations for improving community welfare through community-based tourism that supports sustainable development so that tourism impacts can be obtained in the long term. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the help of SOAR analysis to think and formulate the right strategy according to the conditions that exist in the research location. The results of SOAR analysis resulted in several formulations of development strategies: 1) approach the government/private sector to provide financial support and human resource development; 2) conduct internal socialization of the potential of the region and the urgency of the tourism sector in the economy to increase public awareness; 3) Adding tourist attraction by utilizing local wisdom; 4) Education for local communities related to tourism; 5) Implementation of tourism area marketing strategies through social media/digital marketing; 6) Empowering the community to create a tourism value chain so as to encourage the community and regional economy; 7) improve access to tourist sites; 8) Overcoming barriers to tourism development; 8) Maintain facilities and add to the completeness of other tourism aspects (something to see, something to buy, something to do). The development strategy was then integrated with the establishment of a community-based sustainable tourism management organization in Plantungan District, Kendal Regency.

Abstract

Abstract, The success of waqf management lies in the existence of nadzir in maximizing the role of waqf, therefore the existence and quality of nadzir must receive more attention, from both individual, organizational and legal institutions. In Indonesia, the majority of waqf is managed by individual nadzir (66%) and are traditional, so the waqf cannot be managed professionally, the professionalism of nadzir in addition to waqf management to improve the social and economic welfare of the community as well as a means to maintain the trust of the wakif, the trust of the waqf wakif is influenced by the professionalism of the nadzir in managing waqf, professionals in managing waqf assets are required to refer to modern management principles, in waqf, waqf managers or nazir need management in carrying out their duties, among nadzir professionalism in managing waqf is waqf management with transparency and accountability, so that the wakif participate in monitoring the development of waqf, either from reports or others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and influence of labor, capital, technology and local wisdom variables on the income of fisherman in Jaring Halus Village, Langkat Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative, namely correlation test and multiple linear regression. The results of this study are the labor correlation value of 0.081 indicating no relationship, the capital correlation value of 0.521 indicating a moderat relationship, the technology correlation value of 0.483 indicating a moderate relationship, and the local wisdom correlation value of -0.198 meaning that there is no relationship. One of the factors causing the low income of fisherman in Jaring Halus Village is the low liquidity of fisherman and fishing gear that still use traditional tools. That the independent variables jointly affect the dependent variable.

Abstract

Keberadaan pasar mempunyai fungsi yang sangat penting. Bagi konsumen, adanya pasar akan mempermudah memperoleh barang dan jasa kebutuhan sehari-hari. Adapun bagi produsen, pasar menjadi tempat untuk mempermudah proses penyaluran barang hasil produksi. Secara umum, pasar mempunyai tiga fungsi utama yaitu sebagai sarana distribusi, pembentukan harga, dan sebagai tempat promosi. Salah satu fungsi yaitu sebagai distribusi atau pengalokasian sumberdaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatan yuridis normati, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan sifat penelitian bersifat deskriptif analisis yang ditandai dengan mengkaji, menginterpretasikan teori-teori dengan fakta yang ada di lapangan. Pasar memiliki peran penting dalam pengalokasian sumber daya secara efisien. Adapun beberpa cara agar pasar dapat mengalokasikan sumber daya secara efisien. Tentunya pelaksanaan alokasi sumber daya yang dilakukan oleh pasar harus sesuai dengan prinsip dan koridoe syari’at Islam. Hal ini dapat dilakukan agar pasar tidak mengalami kegagalan.
