Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of the implementation of E-Filling, Tax Examination and Sanctions on Taxpayer Compliance with Fiscal Service Quality as a Moderating Variable. The data for this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed to trading and industrial companies in Sidoarjo Regency. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) and reliability test. The results of the tests carried out show that the application of E-Filling does not effectively affect taxpayer compliance with the quality of tax service services as a moderating variable. Tax audits and sanctions have an effective effect on taxpayer compliance with the quality of tax services as a moderating variable.

Abstract

Skincare is becoming a major necessity for women. With so many products circulating in Indonesia, it makes it difficult for women to choose according to their needs The purpose of this research was to determined The Effect of Product Quality, Price and Promotion on Purchase Decision of Emina Skincare Product in Sidoarjo. This research is a descriptive study using quantiative methods. The population in this research is woman who had used and buy Emina Skincare. Sampling using Non Probablity Sampling technique. The number of samples used is 80 respondents. The Data collected using quisionnaire method and the data analysis used is multple linier regression analysis using the SPSS Statistics version 22.The results of the study show and prove the influence of Product quality, price and promotion on the decision to purchase emina skincare in Sidoarjo partially and simultaneosly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to out wheter several factors such as Trading Volume, Dividend Pyout Ratio, and Firm Size to Stock Price Volatility. The sample in this study is companies listed on the LQ45 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017 – 2021 totaling 19 compinies that have passed with the criteria for researchers. In this study using multiple regression analysis techniques or panel data and tested the hypothesis with a partial t test, a simultaneous F test with a significant level of 0,05 (5%) and a Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of the study explain partially if the variable Trading Volume has a Positive and insignificant effect on Stock Price Volatility. The Variable Dividend Payout Ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on Stock Price Volatility. Firm Size variables have a negative and significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. Meanwhile, if simultaneously the Trading Volume, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Firm Size affect the Volatility of the Stock Price. The value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) in this study was 0.621061 which means that the ability of free variables in explaining variations in bound variables was 62.1% while the remaining 37.1% was explained by other free variables outside the model.

Abstract

The following research is to describe and analyze more deeply the influence of Work Ability, Work Spirit, and Work Environment Variables on an Employee Performance at UD. Suwarlandono Art Tanggulangin. In this research method using a quantitative method, for data collection by using questionnaires. In the sample using a saturated sample, where there are 170 respondents at UD. Suwarlandono Art Tanggulangin. There is an analysis that includes the first classical assumption, the second multiple linear regression analysis, and finally the simultaneous test and also the partial test with the help of a software, namely SPSS version at 22. Then the primary data is obtained through a questionnaire on the measurement, namely by using a scale interval to be tested on the validity and reliability of a data declared valid and reliable. From the results of this study, it proves that work ability, worrk enthusiasm, and worrk environment have a partial and simultaneous influence on emploeyee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Dividend Policy, Liquidity, and Company Growth on Firm Value. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was 6 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 so that the data processed were 30 data with a sampling method using purposive sampling. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis used is Eviews version 9. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Dividend Policy, Liquidity, and Company Growth on Firm Value. While partially dividend policy has no effect on firm value, while liquidity has an effect on firm value and firm growth has a negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of profitability, liquidity, and earnings per share on stock prices. This study uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data. The data used in this study is secondary time data from Profitability, Liquidity and Earning Per Share and Stock Prices for the 2016-2020 period. Sampling of this research using purposive sampling method. Annual data for each variable for 5 years and 10 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. This study uses multiple linear analysis techniques with the application of eviews 9. The results of this study indicate that partially the profitability variable has a negative and significant influence on stock prices, the Liquidity variable has a positive and significant influence on stock prices, and the Earning Per Share variable has a positive influence. significant to stock prices. And simultaneously Profitability, Liquidity, and Earning Per Share affect the stock price of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of firm growth, firm size, and investment decisions on firm value. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 72 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Analysis of the data used in this study is Eviews version 10 with the aim of testing Company Growth (X1), Company Size (X2), and Investment Decisions (X3) Against Firm Value (Y). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between company growth, company size, and investment decisions on firm value. While partially, the variables of firm growth and firm size have no significant effect on firm value, while the investment decision variable has a significant positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the forms of teacher-student relationships in children with speech delays. The method used in this research is a qualitative case study method using two research subjects, namely people who work teacher with special needs students who are experienced in assisting and educating children with special needs. The characteristics of the accompanying teacher in this study are the teachers who accompanied children with speech delays, female, experienced in assisting children with speech delays, have a special educational background, have attended training on special education, have competence in dealing with children with specia needsl, have a high sense of empathy. The subject in this study using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used interviews. The results of the study indicate that teacher student relationship have unique characteristics. It happens on three aspects, which are conflict, closeness, and dependence. A good student-teacher relationship occurs when the teacher is caring, has more attention, patiently accompanies, and wants to give the best for late-talking children. The impact of the teacher's relationship with children who encounter speech delays is that the child feels comfortable with the accompanying teacher and becomes more diligent in studying. So, as the teacher with special needs students have good relationships with children with speech delays, they feel more grateful, empathize and care for children with special needs. It also happens reciprocally.

Abstract

This research was conducted because there were problems related to the level of sense of community in members of nature lovers student organizations (mapala) in Sidoarjo regency. These problems are like members who are lazy in activities, do not want to help other members, feel that the organization does not live up to its expectations finally decide to leave the organization, there is seniority and juniority in the organization. Those are some of the problems found in members of nature lover students (mapala) in Sidoarjo regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of the level of sense of community in members of nature lovers student organizations (mapala) in Sidoarjo regency. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The sample in this study was all members of nature lovers student organizations in Sidoarjo regency as many as 103 people. Data retrieval techniques use a sense of community scale arranged with the Likert scale. This research data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical techniques. The results of this study showed that 57 out of 103 people had a sense of community with a high category (55.3%), 16 out of 103 people had a sense of community with a low category (15.5%), 9 out of 103 people had a sense of community with a medium category (8.7%).
