Abstract

Livestock is one of the aspects that play a role in increasing state revenues. One of the animals are very much in breeding cows are animals. Because the cow has the benefit that pretty much started from the skin, meat and milk. In maintaining the cattle, the disease is one of the risks that must be faced. Just as a cow is suffering from certain diseases that can damage the quality of cow milk production. There is also a disease that can lead to miscarriage and even death in cattle, especially infectious disease. Cow disease was not a little, there is caused by bacteria, parasites and fungi. Of course this can not be allowed because it can be very detrimental to cattle owners. For it is necessary to act quickly and appropriately to the sick cow. Solutions to overcome the above problems is to use an expert system application in determining the type of the disease in cattle. By using the expert system application we can know the type of the disease quickly through existing symptoms in cattle and provide appropriate measures to mitigate them. Thus another disease affecting cattle can be controlled and not to spread and cause death in cattle. Keyword: System Administration, patient service, drug stocks

Abstract

PT Matra Unikatama (MU) is a private company engaged in oil drilling contractor. Located in the city of Sidoarjo, PT MU has 88 office staff and 301 laborers. At present, the presence has been using the presence of fingerprint, the current process employee salary calculation that each day the personnel to retrieve data on the presence of employees previously recorded in the fingerprint machine. The presence of data taken using a flash and the data is read using software presensi fingerprint machine. Presence data is then printed to be checked one by one in order to know the employees who are late and not come to work. After the recording process is done daily presence, the personnel presence to match your data with a doctor's note or a special permit approved by the head of the employee. The problem it self is the calculation error (1), calculation of salaries with long time (2), and fraud (3). Based on the problems that occur in the process of calculating the salaries of employees of PT MU, the authors provide a solution for build employee payroll application.

Abstract

PT Bina Megah Indoowood (BMI) is a private companies operating income wood manufacture with the main product wood flooring and wood decking. PT BMI have a vision of “become industrial manufacturing wood that supplies quality products all over the world with superiority wood Indonesia”. Business process now done by implementing reservations raw materials , and in the production by taking into account the quality and demand customers after finished last products sent to customers. Problem that happens in PT BMI today is a system companies are not integrated and the absence of data management and evaluation the company only in financial .This has resulted in of business process has been blocked , the data uncontrolled and the absence of evaluation of the company long term. Abstract

Surabaya City Department of Education is the government agencies engaged in the field of education. Field workforce is part of the Department of Education Surabaya handling and placement needs of educators and non-educators to all public schools in the city of Surabaya. The main constraints faced by the Surabaya City Department of Education today is the process of placing an uneven educators based on the subjects required by each school.These constraints lead to uneven educators, resulting in accumulation of educators in some schools. To overcome these obstacles, the required application of Decision Support System Design Placement Educator Profile Matching Method Using. Selection of profile matching method because the method has been shown to result in recommendations for placement in Biereun PTT.Based on the testing that has been done, the application can generate recommendations that will occupy school teacher placement options based on matching of perangkingan owned by each teacher. This application can help Surabaya City Department of Education, particularly the field of workforce to meet the needs of compulsory teaching required and equalization competent educators in each school according to need

Abstract

Surabaya Zoo is one of the garden cultivation and propagation of flora and fauna which is located in the center of Surabaya. Surabaya Zoo commonly abbreviated KBS has many types of flora and fauna in it, so the KBS to be one of Surabaya citizens in tourist visits during the holiday weekend. The zoo is located at No. Setail road. 1 Surabaya is one of the famous zoos in Indonesia. Different types of animals and plants bred and cultivated in the zoo, so that people can watch with a very complete collection of wildlife and plants that exist. Many also a collection of rare animals are also available on Surabaya zoo's beloved residents, Given the extent and the large number of collections of animals at Surabaya Zoo needed a tour guide based android application to become a personal tour guide for visitors to these attractions. Abstract

UIN Sunan Ampel was established in 1950 with the name of Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Sunan Ampel. IAIN Sunan Ampel was built on the idea of Muslim society in East Java area who want to establish college under Ministry of Religius Affairs. In the 2013 IAIN Sunan Ampel transform into Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sunan Ampel. On the business process, UIN Sunan Ampel is supported by some divisions. Self Access Centre (SAC) division is one of divisions which helps business process at UIN Sunan Ampel. The principal task of SAC is to educate and to train students to master foreign languages (Arabic and English). One of the programs in SAC is Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Prediction. There are some problems found in the TOEFL Prediction, such as; test scoring processs that takes a long time,throud in the scoring proccess, and the random system of TOEFL Prediction. From those problems, it is needed the application which helps in the test administration proccess and the implementation of the test. The steps on making the application start with communication, planning, modelling, construction, and operation. After being tested, TOEFL prediction application can handle the proccess of registration, buying ticket examination, making exercise package, inputing exercise examination, uploading file listening test, test assessment, test scoring , and printing certificate.

Abstract

The registration of new students at SDN Wadungasri, Waru Sidoarjo East Java today is still done manually, which means in the registration of new students are still using systems that are not computerized, which allows the student data errors and takes a long time. In consideration of safety, convenience and storage new student data required making of a new information system that will facilitate the processing of student data in an application of registration of new students as a means of data processing, data storage quickly and precisely.This information system will facilitate and provide convenience for both students and staff of the school of Administration in processing data quickly and prospective students with fewer errors, and transparatif (open) as needed and reliable. The methodology used in the making of this application in the form of observation, interviews and the use of literature. The software used as a tool is database SQL Server 2008 R2 Management Studio and Microsoft Visual Basic .NET 2010. Average required hardware consists of client computers for students and a computer server for the user / division of Administration.The results of the registration application provides convenience in the process of registration of new students and can be done quickly, precisely with minimal errors and cost-effective, ie it only takes 2-3 minutes per person begin enrollment until the class division of the need to manually for 11-15 minutes per person. Also be saving paper use only 2-3 pieces of manually use as much as 8-9 sheets

Abstract

The purpose of LPB-YDBA Astra Waru is to help SMEs to be "independent”, develop, and empower the local economy through entrepreneurial efforts, and aims to assist the implementation of the 5 pillars formed by PT Astra International, Tbk namely UMKM/IGA (International Grade Astra) program.Corporate performance appraisal basically is a crucial factor in order to develop an effective and efficient organization, its purpose is to provide an assessment as the basis for a reward, making a decision, and is used as a basis for evaluating achievement. At this performance appraisal, every SMEs is given the opportunity to get a reward from PT Astra International, Tbk and is facilitated the access to get capital borrowing at PT Astra International, Tbk companies such as Bank Permata and United Tractors (UT). SMEs will be assessed by a questionnaire that based on five pillars and collect some of the required financial statements to calculate the financial ratios.There are obstacles in the performance assessment carried out, because in the performance appraisal there is a process for assessing the financial ratios calculation of financial terms, while there is no system that helps in calculating the financial value. As a result, the grade-level in the performance appraisal report does not appear to be true and results in the performance appraisal is invalid.From the implementation of information systems implemented in LPB-YBDA Astra, it can be concluded that the system created can accelerate the process of performance appraisal of SMEs. Information systems of SMEs performance appraisal can be used to help the LPB-YDBA Astra in evaluating the performance appraisal of SMEs that took place on LPB-YDBA Astra.

Abstract

The expansion of marketing areas is the mission that needs to be done by all companies, including by PT. DAPI (DuPont Products Agriculturan Indonesia). One cause of the difficulty of PT DAPI to expand the marketing area is the lack of information on potential land in Indonesia. Not to mention the vast area of Indonesia with a few islands and some areas are still a wilderness that is difficult to reach. DuPont currently do not have a system that can analyze potentially useful area to be a reference to conduct target marketing area expansion. Potential area is the area of the earth's surface that has the potential to grow something crops. The condition can be a potential area of forest and fallow areas by plants. Image Processing is the process of processing data in the form of images, where the process will process map which is also an image. Image processing method used to determine potential areas for planting a crop with the selection of a particular color on the surface of the earth. The results of the surface of the earth will diggabungan with the results of analysis of the potential growth of plants by altitude. According to climate Junghuhn associated with plants that grow and produce in accordance with the temperature optimum habitat. Conclusions drawn from the manufacture of this system is Geographic Information Systems Land Potential Determination Using Image Processing has been successfully designed, is built and implemented so as to produce the analysis of potential areas located in Indonesia by applying image processing to analyze the height map and map the Earth's surface. Results of analysis of Geographic Information Systems can also be used by other GIS applications for Geographic Information System is dead save into a format commonly used by GIS applications. Results of analysis of Geographic Information Systems can be used as a reference PT DAPI to help determine the areas of marketing expansion.

Abstract

Stikom Surabaya has several websites and one of them is a Website Perwalian. Website Perwalian is used by faculty and students to plan a schedule each semester. Website Perwalian as a media source of information about class,schedule,courses deemed to meet the information needs of students and guardian lecturers. This study was conducted to evaluate website quality of its website based on the end user satisfaction with the website’s services that is measured using Webqual 4.0 and identify important factors of performance which should be improved to meet the satisfaction of end user of Website Perwalian. Based on a sample calculation of this study and the obtained sample result is 94 respondents that will be distributed questionnaires. Multiple linear regression is used to examine the association of each dimension of Webqual 4.0 with user satisfaction. The most significant impact is on the quality of interaction for satisfaction that is equal to 28 %. This shows that the user satisfied if design Website Perwalian in accordance with the need of users. Lowest influence is on variable Usability Quality for User Satisfaction that is equal to 24.7%. It means that the web developer should pay a great attention and improvement especially in the use of navigation on Website Perwalian.Keyword: Webqual, User Satisfaction, Usability Quality, Linear Regression, Webqual
