Abstract

UD. Adi Jaya Makmur a trading company which sale of tools and building materials. UD. Adi Jaya Makmur established in 2003 with the owner is Mr. Boedy Purwanto S.E. At 2010, that company has new a strong legal entities with obtaining IMB (Building Permit) and a Business License (Business License Trade) with number 510/22032/404.6.2/2012. During the running of the enterprise business their found variety of problems, there are many customers who late to pay the installments, amount of uncollectible, have difficulty to know the payment deadline of customer and less detailed financial reports to the company owner. From the existing problem, then created a desktop-based sales application with title “Design Build Credit Application Feasibility Analysis On Sales Information Systems at UD. Adi Jaya Makmur” wich able to give the maximum contribute to the progress of the company. Application made can also give information, corporate customers information policy, credit provision and the sale to the owner of the company.In helping companies analyzes feasibility credit provision to prospective customers using methods 5c.5c consisting of character, capacity, capital, collateral and condition of economy .To appraisement creditworthiness to prospective customers 5c, by using the method the company gave priority weights and character based on condition, appraisement vidual purposes, and the needs of companies. Based on the trial test and evaluation, note that Design Build Credit Application Feasibility Analysis On Sales Information Systems at UD. Adi Jaya Makmur with desktop-based can be a platform for business owners to advance their business. Can develop of cash and credit sales system better and easier on monitoring. And can reduce the company's losses due to the many doubtful receivables.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah 2  Senior High School Sidoarjo is one of the schools who need computerized information systems to be able to simplify the process of managing the students values. Problem in implementing the assessment process is entering data of students values. Sometimes have errors that makes teachers or the academic must change those values manually and then replace it with new data.The process of making this system starting from analyzing the current system. The results of the analysis is converted into 'document flow' which is divided based on based on the processes of existing transactions. From these 'document flow' improved be a new system which written into the ' flow system '.The implementation of these application to report cards of students values at  Muhammadiyah 2 Senior high school Sidoarjo, it is expected to reduce recording errors recording that may occur in the management students values in Muhammadiyah 2 Senior high school Sidoarjo. This system is also expected to further accelerate the reporting process that can be used by the decision-makers to further improve the performance and service there.

Abstract

Lembaga Bahasa LIA Surabaya is an English course that has main activity such as: class scheduling, promotion test scoring, and student attendance. At this time, class is scheduled by Head of Academic Operation Division manually. Promotion test is scored by teacher of each class one by one so there will be possibility of inaccurate score. Student attendance is recorded on paper so there will be probability of paper loss. Paper loss can cause a failure information. LB LIA requires academic information system that can cover class scheduling, promotion test scoring, and student attendance as solution for the problems. So that LB LIA can provide accurate information for students, LB LIA staffs, and parents of student.

Abstract

Hello Work is a website owned by The Labor Office of Kabupaten Pasuruan (Disnaker) that has been developed for the labors from Pasuruan. By using Hello Work, the job seekers could find some companies or firms which opening the job vacancy that fit for job seeker’s criteria. But the survey’s result has proven still so many job seekers has problems at using Hello Work, especially on user interface for sign up process and less user friendly for mobile phone. As the described problem, the solution is to create a user interface by using Lean UX methode which composed by four stages, that are Declaring Assumption, Create an MVP, Run an Experiment, and Feedback and Research. And the result is a website prototype for desktop and mobile phone with seven improvement, that are a new dashboard layout, new login process, news column, user friendly sign-up process, new labor’s dashboard, and mobile version of Hello Work with improvement of the mean score from 3.016 for existing website to 3.54 for website prototype.

Abstract

Information system development conducted at this time by the Marketing Division of Culture and Tourism of East Java is still based on the current needs and the absence of information systems planning for the future to support the business needs of the Marketing Division. The problems that appear a result it is the development of information systems becomes unfocused, not integrated of data management and impact on the big budget expenditures and continuing.To be able overcome the constraint, it is required System and Information Technology Planning can be give opinions on the needs for information systems in the future by the Marketing Division to support in achieving the vision and mission of the business. It is necessary so investing for Systems and Information Technology accordance with requirements and provide benefits can be measured by achievement of goals and objectives of the organization. Result of the research produces a document of strategic planning systems and information technology. Abstract

In a goverment instation, the procurement of goods and services is a very important activity. The problem faced in this era is the procurement of goods or services process done manually. Refers to the procedure which must done to do the Keputusan Presiden No. 54 Tahun 2010 (Presidential Decree No. 54, 2010), its process will take much time and cost. The solution to handle the problem is by making an e-procurement application which help the procurement of goods or services. With e-procurement then some supplying process steps can be done by internet, there are the announcement of the project was auctioned, registration of candidate partner, the tender document, arranging partner list, announcement of winners, and so on. Depends on the implementation result and testing which done by researcher with qualification method so the e-procurement can help the solution of procurement of goods or services that is as long as this is done manually. Abstract

SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya merupakan lembaga pendidikan formal yang bertujuan untuk membentuk pengetahuan siswa tentang ilmu pengetahuan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pendidikan di sekolah ini diberikan kepada siswa dengan mata pelajaran yang harus dikuasainya seperti matematika, bahasa Indonesia, bahasa Inggris, dan lain-lain. Selain dapat materi dari pengajar di kelas, para siswa juga dapat menambah wawasannya dengan membaca buku-buku di perpustakaan.Pada saat ini, perpustakaan di SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya masih mengalami beberapa masalah. Siswa mencari buku yang ingin dipinjam di rak buku secara manual, setelah buku ditemukan siswa membawa buku tersebut ke petugas perpustakaan untuk pencatatan peminjaman ke dalam buku besar. Hal ini membutuhkan waktu yang lumayan lama mulai dari pencarian buku sampai ke proses pencatatan peminjaman ke dalam buku besar. Misalnya proses pencatatan peminjaman ke dalam buku besar memerlukan waktu 5 menit, jika a da 12 siswa yang meminjam buku saat itu juga maka 1 jam sudah terbuang sia -sia hanya untuk pencatatan peminjaman buku perpustakaan ke dalam buku besar.Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan aplikasi perpustakaan yang akan menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi perpustakaan ini diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada sehingga proses kegiatan perpustakaan menjadi lebih efisien, mudah, dan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama.

Abstract

Access Point is a program of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia in the field of improving the acceleration and expansion of Indonesia's economy, and also aims to catch up with technological development in Indonesia with other countries. Pengelolaann process inventory at Telkom access point that often occurs deficiencies and therefore can not serve the replacement of the access point that is damaged.To solve problems related to inventory access point then made the inventory information system access point. The system uses a method Reorder Point (ROP) to overcome supply shortage access point. The system includes recording made damaged access point, the access point ROP calculation and booking access point.Results of testing the inventory information system created access point can help facilitate Telkom Regional Division V to manage access point. With this system can connect Telkom Regional Division V and Witel, with this access point management processes that previously have run out will be resolved by this system. In addition to the online system then management can access the system through some gadgets, such as the monitoring of the status of the access point, the calculation of ROP, and booking access point.

Abstract

Rajasa Vocational High School (SMK) is one of the private schools in the city of Surabaya. SMK Rajasa is located at Jalan Genteng Kali no. 27 Surabaya. The results of the interview with the school found that performance appraisal was important to determine whether the teacher was successful or not in working during a predetermined working period which was useful as an objective consideration in teacher guidance. Performance appraisals are also used for bonuses and teacher salaries at SMK Rajasa Surabaya. At this time, several problems were found, namely teacher performance appraisal takes a long time, namely one month. This makes the process of reporting the performance appraisal to the Principal late. Another problem is the calculation of performance appraisal is still done manually by the assessment team so that sometimes mistakes occur. This led the assessment team to recalculate the performance appraisal. The next problem is that the teacher has not been able to see the results of the performance appraisal in the previous period. Therefore, in this study conducted to design and build teacher performance appraisal applications with a checklist method based on guidelines for implementing teacher performance appraisals. The resulting applications include master management, teacher assessment history, teacher performance appraisal, teacher performance appraisal reports, uploading documents to the system at SMK Rajasa Surabaya. Based on the results of testing with the black box contained in the implementation and evaluation chapter of the system, it was found that all functions were running well.

Abstract

Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Disperdagin) Kota Surabaya memiliki permasalahan dalam proses pengolahan data persebaran bidang usaha perdagangan karena aplikasi Surabaya Single Windows (SSW) hanya bisa dipergunakan untuk melakukan pendaftaran Surat Ijin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP) baru, perpanjangan SIUP, dan perubahan SIUP serta masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel untuk melakukan proses pengolahan data. Selain itu, belum adanya sistem yang menginformasikan jumlah masing-masing jenis bidang usaha perdagangan, perkembangan jumlah modal usaha, serta belum tersedianya data persebaran bidang usaha perdagangan di tiap-tiap wilayah Kota Surabaya secara terperinci.Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi persebaran dan potensi bidang usaha perdagangan pada Disperdagin Kota Surabaya,  agar persebaran bidang usaha perdagangan dan laporan mengenai bidang usaha perdagangan di Kota Surabaya lebih mudah terpantau, serta dapat membantu proses analisis potensi dan evaluasi bidang usaha perdagangan di Kota Surabaya.Dari hasil uji coba penelitian ini sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pada Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kota Surabaya dalam proses pendaftaran, penerbitan, perpanjangan, perubahan, pemantauan posisi dokumen pemohon, proses persetujuan pemohon SIUP, persebaran bidang usaha perdagangan, dan pembuatan laporan bidang usaha perdagangan yang berguna sebagai bahan analisis potensi bidang usaha perdagangan.
