Mekanisme Corporate Governance Dan Nilai Perusahaan Nia Yuniarsih

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of corporate governance mechanism, namely managerial ownership, institutional ownership, to firm value. This study takes sample from 32 companies in the manufacturing sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which were published in financial report from 2012-2013. The method of analysis of this research used multi regression and single regression. The results of this study show that (1) managerial ownership had positive significant influence to firm value, (2) institutional ownership had not significant influence to firm value, (3) simultaneously of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, had significant influence to firm value.

This study examines the influence of organizational culture, labor relations, work environment, leadership and compensation to employees satisfaction John Gabriel Foundation at Kornit, Rembang. The hypothesis in this study are the organizational culture influence on employee job satisfaction, labor relations influence on employee job satisfaction, work environment influence on employee job satisfaction, leadership influence on employee job satisfaction and compensation effect on employee job satisfaction John Gabriel in Kornit, Rembang. Based on the analysis of data it can be seen that the organizational culture, labor relations, work environment and leadership had no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. While compensation significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Conceptually, there are three methods that can be used to calculate the Value Added Tax payable: the invoice credit method, subtraction method and addition method. Of the three methods is the most widely used by countries in the world that uses a System of Value Added Tax is the invoice credit method. Law on Value Added Tax in Indonesia is not explicitly stated using a certain method in calculating the Value Added Tax payable. However, when examined Law of Value Added Tax and its implementing regulations, the calculation of the Value Added Tax payable in Indonesia uses the three methods mentioned above. Implementation of the invoice credit method reflected from the use crediting Input Tax using tax invoice to Output Tax. The application of subtraction method can be seen from the use of method for crediting Input Tax calculation and use of other values. Then the application of addition method can be seen from the imposition of Value Added Tax to build their own activities.

One of the most critical objectives in all institutions of higher learning is attaining student satisfaction because student satisfaction has become an increasingly important component of institutional reports as a means of accountability to educational stakeholders. The aims of this study is to determine the influence of guest lecturer competence of PPh OP toward students’ satisfaction at Prodi Perpajakan Politeknik Ubaya. The finding shows that the competence of guest lecturer is significantly relates to student satisfaction positively.

Gender issues are included in this category, generally women have a more diverse perception of the definition of poverty than men. Women's perceptions of poverty is not only related to access to income, assets, quality of education and health, food and opportunities, but also covers all aspects of life. In this study used qualitative methods in which there is no hypothesis testing, some of the elements used to describe the facts and circumstances that occurred in Women Traders Wholesale Markets in Karangploso Traditional Market, in this study, data was collected using questionnaires, interviews and observation. The use of purposive sampling method in this study aims to obtain information accurately and accordancely with the objectives of this study in which each sampling adjusted to predetermined criteria. The conclusion is the woman trader in Traditional Market of Karangploso need protection and guidance from various sides both cultures, leadership and entrepreneurship in which the presence of local cultural elements that limit the participation in the economy improve living standards.It could be concluded that the need for a companion program for perpetrators Women traders in the market environment Karangploso Kab. Malang both by the government, the private sector or the relevant parties.

The study about adoption in internet banking by banking customer has already done by researches in Indonesia and abroad. This scientific articles is to analyse factors influence the behavior of banking customer in adopting internet banking service. The research method used was library analysis by observing research for the last five years regarding adoption of internet banking. The result of research indicated that seven variables was considered and influenced the decision of banking customer in adopting the internet banking, i.e: marketing communication, risk, security, benefit, user friendly website, trust, and banking customer experience.

The purpose of this research is to test empirically the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Sales Growth, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Equity to Stock Return in Consumer Goods Companies listed in BEI on 2010-2112. The formulation of the problem is hypothesized mainly on the basis of references and empirical study. The hypothesis are then examined by using the Multiple Linear Regression. T test and F test is used to test the influence significances of independent variables partially and simultaneously to stock return. The total population of this study is 36 companies. After doing the purposive sampling, there are 22 companies which is representative as the sample research. The finding of the research shows that Debt to Equiy Ratio, Sales Growth, Total Asset Turnover, and Return On Equity impact significantly to stock return, while the result of partial test shows that Sales Growth and Return On Equity impact positively and significant. Debt to Equity Ratio impacts positively and unsignificant and Total Asset Turnover impact negatively unsignificant to stock return.

Bank in organizing the internet banking service need to pay attention about customer perceptions to perform banking transactions through the website, such as customer perceptions regarding the safety, comfort, and communication. This study is aimed to analyze the customer perceptions on security, convenience, and communication aspects in the transactions use features which available in the banking website. As many as of 56 respondents who use Internet banking have filled out the questionnaire. The Results of study on bank customers responded by 4 bank staffs who understand internet banking. Qualitative analysis of the data has been obtained that the implementation of internet banking services which is reviewed by the safety, comfort, and communications aspects related to 5 main factors: the ability of technology, the ability of human resources bank, communication, internet banking procedures, and customer involvement.

Most countries that use the Value Added Tax system are generally exclude financial intermediation services of imposition of Value Added Tax. This exception in addition to reduce the country revenue from tax sector in significant numbers, also gives rise to distortions in terms of both legal and economical. But after the financial crisis in 2008, many countries have began to rethink to impose value added tax on financial intermediation services. There are several alternative methods are expected to be implemented to overcome the difficulties the imposition of VAT on financial intermediation services. Indonesia as one of the countries that use the Value Added Tax system also excludes the imposition of VAT on financial intermediation services. In order to increase country revenuefrom the tax sector, the Indonesia should consider eliminating VAT exemption for financial intermediation services.

The education process is basically the transfer of information. The rapid development of information technology have an impact on human life, especially education. Its positive impact is closely linked to improved quality of life. Information facing ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) is so easily obtained either through the mass media, electronics, as well as through a network of internet technology. The Internet is a network of information, communication, and various sources are not infinite number of which can be used to help users produce a final project, thesis, thesis, dissertation, project work, and so on. Internet as a tool for achieving information on a global scale. Users can now obtain more information than what is contained in the textbooks by searching and accessing all websites around the world. Especially for the students, with the internet which is easily accessible anywhere, using either WIFI or a particular provider, making it easier for students to obtain data or news from domestic and foreign news. Students may also work on assignments, tests, and develop materials that have been received in the lecture. Thus, more extensive knowledge of students.
