Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality of work life on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediation of work engagement at PT. Dija Jaya Perkasa Mataram City. Research using quantitative methods with the entire population of 65 respondents. The sampling technique uses a total of all employees. Sources of data were collected from distributing questionnaires (primary data). The analysis tool uses a range of scales and path analysis. The results of the scale range on quality of work life are said to be good, organizational citizenship behavior is said to be high, and work engagement is said to be high. The results showed that the quality of work life had a negative and insignificant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on work engagement; work engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior; work engagement is able to mediate the relationship between quality of work life variables and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on the job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Tugu Tirta Malang City. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The intended respondents were employees of Perumda Air Tugu Tirta Malang City, totaling 76 respondents who were obtained from distributing questionnaires as primary data. Data analysis techniques used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the SPSS version 26 computer program. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work environment and work motivation together have a significant influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and job satisfaction on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency partially and simultaneously. The research conducted is research using quantitative methods. The research population was 75 employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency. Sample determination using the saturated sample method so that the entire population was used as a research sample of 75 respondents. The data collection technique used by researchers is questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the study proved that workload has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on outsourced employee performance. The results of the study simultaneously (together) proved that workload and job satisfaction had a significant effect on the performance of outsourced employees at PT Tema Wadah Lestari, Malang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the effect of compensation on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the Blitar city grab driver. The sampling technique used incidental sampling with a sample of 100 drivers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used path analysis with the SPSS program. The results showed that compensation had a positive and significant effect on performance, compensation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on performance, and compensation had no positive and significant effect on performance as a mediation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how dynamic capabilities and market orientation influence the marketing performance of MSMEs in Malang City. This research uses quantitative techniques. All MSMEs in Malang City are included in the population used. Sampling using a probability sample with stratified random sampling. There were 382 respondents as samples and questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis technique with multiple linear regression. This study found that dynamic capabilities and market orientation have a relationship that has a significant positive effect on the marketing performance of MSMEs. The need to concentrate on dynamic capabilities and market orientation because these two things play an important role in improving the marketing performance of MSMEs in Malang City.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions, perceived price on purchasing decisions, and brand image on purchasing decisions. The population in this study is the consumers of Specs soccer shoes with a sample size of 100 consumers. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The analytical tool in this study uses scale range and multiple linear analysis. Based on the test results, this study concluded that product quality, perceived price, and brand image had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality had a dominant effect on purchasing decisions for Specs soccer shoes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and price on purchasing decisions for Telkomsel mobile internet services in Indonesia. The population used in this study were consumers who chose and used Telkomsel cellular internet services in the last month with a sample size of 105 respondents. This study uses quantitative research using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. As well as the quality of service and price have a simultaneous and significant effect on the quality of purchases with the dominant influence of the price variable.

Abstract

This study aims to describe leadership style, employee performance, and punishment as moderating variables at PT. Madu Nusantara. this research is quantitative. Quantitative analysis to describe the results of the questionnaire that has been obtained from all respondents in the form of numbers. The sample used in this study was marketing employees at PT. Madu Nusantara. The sample used in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square.. Data processing in this study uses the SmartPLS software program. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Madu Nusantara. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Madu Nusantara. Meanwhile, the influence of leadership style on employee performance with punishment as a moderating variable shows insignificant results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance with organizational climate as a mediating variable. The type of research used in this research is explanatory using a quantitative approach. The population of this study was employees of the Batu City Land Office. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The sample used was 50 respondents at the Batu City Land Office. The data collection method for this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis using the SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance; Transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational climate; Organizational climate has a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of brand image and product quality on Starbucks Coffee purchasing decisions in Malang City. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Starbucks Coffee in Malang, with a sample of 120 respondents who were taken using the Nonprobability Sampling technique with the Snowball Sampling method. The characteristics of respondents are respondents who bought Starbucks Coffee for the first time by delivery orders through the Grab, Gojek, and Shopee Food applications and respondents who had bought other coffee brands. The time of the research was February 2 – March 5, 2022, distributing online questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and dominant test. The results of this study conclude that brand image and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Due to a large number of competitors, brand image has a dominant effect on purchasing decisions, which is contrary to the hypothesis
