This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of skills and motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Industry Center Keripik Tempe Sanan Malang. This type of research used is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. This data collection technique used questionnaires with sampling technique used saturation sampling with 100 respondents. This data analysis technique used SEM-PLS. Based on the result of the analysis, employee performance, skills, and motivation are in the high category, while job satisfaction is in the satisfied category. Skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Skills have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Skills have an effect positive and significant on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.

This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth, brand image, and brand trust on purchasing decisions of consumers of organic face mask Camille beauty in the city of Malang. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 166 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire in the form of a google form which was distributed online through social media and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that electronic word of Mouth had a positive and significant effect on buying decisions. Brand Image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. electronic word of mouth, brand image, and brand trust simultaneously on purchasing decisions, the three independent variables have the same positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsers on purchasing intention through the Shopee application with brand trust as a mediating variable. The variables in this study include celebrity endorsers, purchasing intention, and brand trust as mediating variables. The population in this study is people who have seen Shopee advertisements and become potential consumers of Shopee. The sample in this study amounted to 140 respondents determined by the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The results of the study show that celebrity endorser has a positive and significant effect on brand trust and purchasing intention. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing intention. Brand trust can mediate the influence of celebrity endorsers on purchasing intention. It can be interpreted that if the brand trust variable increases, the influence of the celebrity endorser variable on purchasing intention also increases. The results of the study are intended for Shopee marketing actors to be more selective in choosing celebrity endorsers and this research can be used in future research.

This study aims to determine how the influence of workload on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediator at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Malang. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 50 people using the census sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) workload has a significant effect on turnover intention. (2) workload has no significant effect on job satisfaction. (3) job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intention. (4) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of workload on turnover intention.

This study aims to determine the determinants of dividend policy in basic and chemical industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The number of samples in this study was 13 companies with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is carried out by means of documentation techniques, namely through the company's annual report. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a significant and negative effect on dividend policy, profitability has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy, and profitability is the variable that has the greatest effect on dividend policy.

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of organizational climate on intention to stay with employee engagement as an intervening variable in Bea Cukai Office Malang. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 50 employees. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of efficiency of state-owned banks for the 2019-2021 period. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach that uses secondary data from the Financial Statements of State-owned Banks for the 2019-2021 period on the research object of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk., PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk., PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk., and PT. Bank Mandiri Tbk., obtained from the website of the Financial Services Authority. The data processed is data for the quarter of 2019 to the third quarter of 2021. The efficiency calculation is carried out using the Parametric Approach Stochastic Frontier Analysis which is processed using STATA 17. The results of the study using calculations show that state-owned banks in the 2019-2021 period have an average efficiency level of 0.9955 or close to 1. The results of these calculations indicate that state-owned banks are efficient in managing inputs into optimal output. State-owned banks that have the highest efficiency scores are Bank BRI and Bank Mandiri, followed by Bank BNI, then Bank BTN. State-owned banks still need to supervise managers and evaluate the allocation of deposits to productive assets to obtain greater profits to improve the overall economy.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Store Atmosphere variable on the Repurchase Intention variable through Satisfaction as a mediating variable. A non-probability sampling of purposive sampling was used for the sampling technique, with the answer from 190 customers of Sinar Anugrah Store as the sample for this research. Furthermore, this research uses structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the SmartPLS 3 program as a data analysis tool. The results show that the store atmosphere has a significant effect on repurchase intention, and the store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction has no significant effect on Repurchase Intention. In addition, the results showed that customer satisfaction was not able to significantly mediate the store atmosphere on repurchase intentions.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. The object of this research is automotive and component companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 11 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics v20 softwer. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of financial performance as a proxy for ROA and ROE on firm value. Dividend policy is not able to strengthen the relationship between financial performance and firm value.

This research purpose to discover and determine the conditions in the Indonesian capital market regarding the implementation of the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) at April 10, 2020. This study uses an event study type of research which aims to examine the information content which is happening to the capital market. The indicators in this study are using Average Abnormal Return (AAR) and Average Trading Volume Activity (ATVA). The observation period in this study was 11 working days on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with 3 types, namely 5 days before the implementation of the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency PSBB, 1 day on the event date, and 5 days after the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency PSBB implementation. The character of this research is comparative, namely comparing an indicator from before and after the event took place. This study uses the LQ45 Index population with a sample of 45 stocks in the period August 2021-January 2022. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Covid-19 Pandemic Emergency PSBB, April 10, 2020, has no effect on Average Abnormal Return (AAR) and Average Trading Volume Activities (ATVA).
