Jurnal Abdimas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis (JAMEB), merupakan jurnal ilmiah Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis yang memiliki fungsi untuk mempublikasikan naskah artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan fokus dan ruang lingkup pada bidang ilmu yang telah diteliti dalam penelitian sebelumnya secara empiris dan teori. Abstract

There is still a lack of public understanding and knowledge regarding UMKM management in a business and the importance of increasing children's interest in reading, some people do not understand the dangers of waste for the surrounding environment if littering will have an impact on the environment. How to use waste by recycling it to increase economic income. Based on this, the Community Service Program (KKN) activities seek to bridge the increase in knowledge about the importance of UMKM and foster an interest in reading from an early age in children's. Srimukti Village is one of the places in North Tambun sub-district which is one of the places to support the quality of the community in RT 01/RW 02 Srimukti village. To reduce economic problems and tackle waste so that flooding does not occur and it is important that we motivate children to read. Therefore we have a program to provide education and increase interest in reading for children in RT 01/RW 02 Desa Srimukti. Indicators of successful implementation of this KKN work program are: suitability of work program plans and implementation, level of community and children's participation in each activity, and increasing public knowledge regarding UMKM, utilizing waste waste which will increase economic income and understanding the importance of reading interest from an early age in Srimukti Village. Some of the outputs generated through community service KKN activities in Srimukti Village, namely: providing guidance and implementation on how to manage UMKM in a business to the community, socializing the benefits of waste waste to increase economic income, and providing guidance and increasing the potential of children's in the interest read early. Abstract

Community empowerment is essentially bringing out the potential that already exists in people or groups by offering support and increasing awareness of this potential with the aim of empowering people or groups to achieve their goals or produce effective societal changes that can change and improve socio-economic welfare. -in their environment. Community Service Lecture (KKN) activities are educational in the sense of providing learning opportunities to students outside the classroom. In Srimukti Village, KKN SEJATI 2023 will be implemented through service modalities such as outreach, learning, and creativity. The results show a good response from the community and children from the active involvement of SD Nahdlatul Wathan Srimukti.

Abstract

computer and Industrial Network Management Training is a non-profit program that improves the skills of trainees in computer network management and computer network development in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era, with the aim of solving the problems faced by provincial and transmigration workers. Office Training Center. The most widely discussed problem is limited knowledge about computer networks and network implementation in the industrial world. The proposed solution is to offer participants support and training including: cabling engineering, TCP/IP concepts, device sharing, routing, Windows server installation and network management. The purpose of the training is to improve employee skills in mastering computer network languages. This is a mandatory skill that must be possessed by graduates of the Provincial Manpower and Transmigration Training Center. Training activities will be carried out for 2 (two) days, studying training programs and more interactive exercise-based learning. The results of this PKM show that online competency qualifications in the management of the education industry increased by 19.8%, an increase of 21.8%.

Abstract

Technological developments have a significant impact on UMKM players. So, inevitably, UMKM players must adjust to marketing that used to be conventional and switch to online. Online sales are one of the right marketing strategies to use because more and more people are accessing the internet, one way to market products or sales via the internet is to market through social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, tik-tok. The benefits of Community Development activities carried out at UMKM - Mutiara Depok Housing are in addition to providing assistance and socializing product marketing digitally with Tiktok Social-Media in increasing product sales and expanding market share by utilizing the Canva Application for branding product photos through digital marketing. Of the 12 UMKM players who participated in this activity, it shows that 80% of UMKM already have and utilize social media for their product marketing activities. As for those who have not used it because they do not understand its use, especially the Canva application

Abstract

Penyadaran masyarakat mengenai bahaya dan manfaat sampah sebaiknya secara terus-menerus dilakukan. Edukasi kesadaraan dan membekali keterampilan kepada warga dalam pengelolaan sampah dengan penerapan prinsip reduce, reuse, recycle dan replant (4R). Prinsip 4R dapat mengubah sampah bernilai ekonomi sekaligus berkontribusi terhadap pengurangan sampah di lingkungan, dalam jangka panjang dapat mengurangi penyebaran penyakit dan banjir akibat tumpukan sampah. Pengelolaan sampah dimulai sejak dari sumbernya, dengan mengadakan dan menyiapkan sarana/prasarana. Salah satu yang dilakukan dalam upaya menyiapkan saran/prasarana pengelolaan sampah adalah dengan kegiatan Bank Sampah. Konsep Bank Sampah yakni memilah dan mengumpulkan sampah kering dan basah sejak awal. Bank Sampah dikelola layaknya perbankan yang memiliki manajemen, yaitu menabung sampah atau buangan dari masyarakat. Polanya dengan melibatkan warga sebagai ujung tombak melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pembimbingan, pelatihan dengan cara atau metode partisipasi emansipatoris (interaksi dan komunikasi). Dialog dengan warga di komunitas lingkungan perumahan terus ditingkatkan. Kegiatan Bank Sampah memerlukan jejaring dan dukungan kemitraan berbagai pihak untuk bersama-sama mengelola sampah sehingga bernilai ekonomi dan market friendly, hal ini penting untuk menjaga semangat warga bahwa apa yang dilakukannya dihargai dan bermanfaat bagi diri dan lingkungan. Sampah yang di kelola secara baik memberi manfaat langsung dengan berkurangnya timbunan sampah di lingkungan masyarakat, sehingga lingkungan menjadi lebih bersih dan asri, serta dapat menambah penghasilan masyarakat. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang akan dilakukan berupa pemberdayaan masyarakat di lokasi pelayanan dan pengembangan produk usaha dan pemasaran berbasis digital marketing. Target audiens dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah warga sekitar, aparat setempat, usaha mikro yang ada, dan pihak luar dalam hal pemasaran. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan penyuluhan terlebih dahulu kemudian memberikan pendampingan terhadap praktik kegiatan tersebut hingga akhirnya pada tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Dimana tidak hanya sebatas latihan namun pendampingan dalam membuat produk tersebut memiliki nilai tambah dan pemasaran produk berbasis digital marketing. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini antara lain dapat menciptakan peluang usaha, desa mandiri, mengembangkan usaha mikro, membantu meningkatkan nilai jual produk, digital marketing dan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Abstract

The largest source of waste is from settlements, the composition is 75% consisting of organic waste and only 25% inorganic waste. Organic waste has been widely used as material for making compost, briquettes and biogas, but inorganic waste is still very poorly managed. Inorganic waste is very difficult to be degraded and even cannot be degraded at all by nature, therefore a very large area is needed to compensate for the production of this type of waste. The most common inorganic waste found in the community is plastic waste. In 2018 the production of plastic waste for packaging reached 925,000 tons and about 80% of it has the potential to become waste that is harmful to the environment. Exposure to additives in plastics (plasticizers) has a wide impact on health, especially for the fetus and child. Plastics are widely used as food and beverage packaging. Knowing how to choose and use the right type of plastic that will come into contact with food is important to avoid the risk of exposure to harmful chemicals in plastic. This service program aims to educate about the impact of plasticizers on health through public education programs targeted at community leaders around the Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya Bekasi. Education is delivered in the local language and is followed by free discussion with participants via virtual. Response analysis showed that most of the participants did not know how to use plastic properly as food and beverage packaging and did not know the classification of plastics. However, most agree that the use of plastics should be limited in food processing and that children are susceptible to the dangers of plasticizers. Educational results show a change in participant responses. It was concluded that this educational program effectively modified participants' attitudes and knowledge about the risks of using plastic in the processing and packaging of food and beverage products. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan berupa penyuluhan kepada masyarakat melalui kegiatan sosialisasi penanganan covid-19 melalui upaya keselamatan dan kesehatan serta ketahanan pangan masyarakat. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan Abdi Masyarakat ini adalah Para warga setempat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan penyuluhan terlebih dahulu kemudian baru melakukan pendampingan akan praktek dari penyuluhan tersebut. Ketersediaan tenaga ahli dari para Dosen Universitas Bhayangkara, Bekasi, dan para tenaga pembantu dari Mahasiswa, peserta (masyarakat) sehingga terlaksananya kegiatan Abdi Mayarakat ini. Manfaat yang didapatkan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini antara lain dapat membantu masyarakata dalam berpikir kreatif dan inovasi dalam mempertahankan kebutuhan akan pangan di masa pandemic covid-19 berlandaskan kewirausahaan untuk dapat mendukung dan mempertahankan kondisi saat ini. Abstract

The establishment of Village BUM is intended as an effort to accommodate all activities in theeconomic sector and/or public services managed by the Village and/or inter-Villagecooperation. Villages can establish Village-Owned Enterprises called Village BUM which aremanaged with the spirit of family and cooperation. Businesses that can be run by Village BUMare businesses in the economic sector or public services in accordance with the provisions oflaws and regulations. The establishment of Village BUM was agreed upon through villagedeliberations and stipulated by village regulations. This Empowerment activity aims to increasethe potential of Bumdes Makmur which is located in Bojong Gede Village - Bogor Regency,West Java. Based on a preliminary survey of conditions in Bojong Gede Village, lowinformation about the existence of Bumdes was identified. The public in general does not knowmuch, even though the condition of the majority of people working as farmers, traders andcraftsmen certainly needs a village institution that is able to accommodate the potential of thecommunity and the natural potential of the village in order to become a new source of incomefor the community. Abstract

The purpose of this activity is that Business Ethics Education participants understand the importance of applying ethical principles in doing business, Business Ethics Education participants are willing to participate in the socialization of understanding the application of ethical principles in business and Business Ethics Education participants understand the application of ethical principles in business. The implementation method used is by way of lectures, discussions and tutorials on practical questions via Teleconference with the Online Meeting Application. The material provided includes a discussion of (1) the role of ethics in business for MSME actors, (2) Benefits in doing business for MSME actors and (3) Application of ethical principles in business for MSME actors.
