Abstract

This paper examines the relationship between the quality of service provided by marketing personnel in the field to consumers, sales promotions for these products, and their relationship with the purchasing decisions made by consumers. This paper uses a quantitative method with the help of SPSS data processing tools version 21 and MS Excel. The data used are visitors who come to PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Palosan branch, Magelang, with 97 respondents. While the significance level used is 5%. The conclusion of the study is that there is an influence of service quality and sales promotion on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate Disclosure of Corporate social Responsibility, Composition of The Board Of Commissioners, The Influence of Public Ownership, Company Performance to The Value of The Company (Empirical Studies On Manufactured Companies Basic Chemical and Basic Industry and Basic Chemical On Indonesian Stock Exchange In The Year 2020 To 2021. The research data and hypothesis were analyzed using linear regression analysis with the program IBM SPSS Version 26. The result of this research showed that partial Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility, The Influence of Public Ownership and Company Performance have no effect on the Value Of The Company. While the Return On Assets (ROA) effect to The Value Of The Company. While simultaneously showed that Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility, Composition of The Board Of Commissioners, The Influence of Public Ownership, Company Performance have significant effect on The Value of The Company.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted various sectors of human life almost all over the world, including the economic sector. This study aims to test the impact of the two-year covid-19 pandemic on liquidity, profitability and stock prices. The current and quick ratios measure liquidity; profitability is measured by return on equity and net profit margin; the share price used is the closing share price at the end of the company's period. The research was conducted on companies that stayed at the LQ 45 position during the 2018-2021 period, and the method used was a paired sample t-test and a Wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of this study show that: a). neither the first year nor the second year of the pandemic had a significant impact on liquidity; b) The first year of covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on profitability when measured by return on equity but did not have a significant impact when measured by net profit margin and the second year of the covid-19 pandemic did not have a significant impact on profitability; c). The first year or the second year of the pandemic did not impact the stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of celebrity endorsement, brand image on the repurchase intention of wardah beauty products at the University of Mataram.  This type of research is associative quantitative researth. The population in this study were all female students at the University of Mataram who had used wardah beauty products. Respondents in this study amounted to 120 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the celebrity endorsement variable (X1) has a positive but no significant effect on repurchasing interest in purchasing wardah beauty products. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test of the celebrity endorsement variable (X1), which is the t-count value of 0,066 where this value is smaller than the t-table of 1,980. The t-test criteria if sig (0,948) > 0,05 then the celebrity endorsement variable has no significant effect on repurchase interest in purchasing wardah beauty products, while the results of the brand image variable (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the repurchase interest of wardah beauty products. This is evidenced by the results of the t-test, namely that the t-count value is 2.335 where this value is greater than the t-table of 1.980. the t-test criteria if sig (0.021) < 0.05 then the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in wardah’s beauty products at the University of Mataram

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the Tax Bill, which states that the application letter for term payment includes billing documents that should not be part of it. This article discusses efforts to resolve tax disputes over tax restitution at ADHI-IBG, KSO Batang Shadow Project. This article is normative legal research, which explains the understanding of legal issues holistically and the methods used qualitatively descriptive. The result was submitted that WP filed a lawsuit through an appeal to the Tax Court. Tax taxpayers assume that the inspector needs to be more accurate in determining the sanctions or fines listed on the Tax Bill. As a result of this tax dispute resolution effort, WP's objection was approved, and it was decided that WP should not pay the fines or penalties issued by DJP. The level of dispute resolution efforts is WP compliance that must be appreciated; because it has obeyed the rules and completed its obligations, WP must prioritize the principle of justice following applicable regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Information Technology and Internal Control Systems on Accountability and Transparency based on ISAK 35 and their impact on perceptions about the sustainability of non-profit organization activities. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are non-profit organization stakeholders. The collected data is then processed using the Structural Equation Models method with the help of SmartPLS. The hypothesis test results show that Information Technology has a positive and significant influence on Accountability and Transparency. Increasing the application of Information Technology can potentially increase the accountability and transparency of non-profit organizations. In addition, the Internal Control System also has a positive and significant impact on Accountability and Transparency. Increasing the implementation of the Internal Control System can positively impact the Accountability and Transparency of non-profit organizations. Furthermore, this study also shows that Accountability and Transparency positively and significantly influence the sustainability of non-profit organizations. Accountability also acts as a mediating variable between Information Technology and Internal Control Systems and Sustainability. This indicates that increased Accountability and Transparency can contribute to increasing the sustainability of the activities of non-profit organization entities.

Abstract

The purpose of research and compiling this thesis is to analyze and determine the effect of investment decisions and working capital on firm value (Y) in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The population in this study are food and beverage companies, a total of 26 companies. Sampling and purposive sampling in order to obtain a sample of 8 food and beverage companies. Data collection was carried out by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions have no effect on firm value, while working capital has a significant effect on firm value, and the simultaneous results with investment decisions and working capital have a simultaneous effect on firm value.

Abstract

The variety of tourism potential in Pandeglang Regency is one of the mainstays for regional economic growth and development. Natural conditions dominated by mountains and the longest beach in Banten Province make Pandeglang Regency a very promising tourism alternative. However, the various tourism potentials have not been properly mapped and optimally managed, so that a comprehensive development management is needed. The purpose of this study was to develop a management strategy for tourism development in Pandeglang Regency in increasing regional economic competitiveness. The research method used is the mixed method, namely quantitative and qualitative methods are used together to obtain comprehensive, valid, reliable and objective results. Based on the results of the analysis, Pandeglang Regency is included in a fast-growing or potential area (based on the Klassen typology) and its inequality index is said to be quite high (Williamson Index> 0.7). An alternative tourism management strategy that can be carried out by the Pandeglang Regency Government based on a SWOT analysis isare (1) increasing accessibility and building public infrastructure, public facilities, and tourism facilities, (2) improving the quality of human resources and tourism management institutions, and (3) increasing promotion by utilizing various social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product design and price on purchasing decisions for gedoganweave in Bima City. This study uses a survey research method that used to generate data and explain how the influence of product design and price on purchasing decisions for gedoganweave in Bima City. This study uses quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression formulas. The sample technique used was purposive sampling with 104 respondents. From the results of the regression analysis, the results show that 1) there is a partial effect of product design variables on purchasing decisionsof gedoganweave in Bima City, 2) there is a partial effect of price variables on purchasing decisionsof gedoganweave in Bima City,3) there is a simultaneous effect of product design and price on purchasing decisions of gedoganweave in Bima City

Abstract

Queuing culture reflects the identity of an advanced nation, because it forms a social attitude that is disciplined and respects other people. Apart from respecting each other, queuing in an orderly manner and not overtaking or breaking through the queue includes respecting the rights of others. Online queuing systems offer many benefits, including elimination of queues, increased efficiency in service delivery, and increased customer satisfaction. They can be applied to a wide range of industries, including healthcare, banking, retail and government services. In a health service agency such as a clinic, service for customer satisfaction is very important, so efforts are always made to improve service quality. An online queuing system is a digital system that allows users to enter a virtual queue, where they wait their turn to access services or receive assistance. The system provides users with a way to book time slots, secure their place in the queue, and receive real-time updates on the status of their positions. To implement an online queuing system requires investment in appropriate hardware and software, such as a cloud-based queue management system or mobile application. Overall, online queuing systems can help optimize service delivery, reduce waiting times, and improve the overall customer experience. The existence of a queuing system makes it easy for people to manage time efficiently. The increasing need for fast services requires that every public service, especially health clinics, have a queuing system. With the Online Queue Administration System to help queue administration problems.
