Abstract

This study seeks to determine how the Public Relations Division of The National Narcotics Board (Badan Narkotika Nasional, abbreviated BNN) Bali can improve its performance. In-depth interviews, observation, and documentation are employed as data collection methods. The results of the analysis demonstrate the positive effects of training and development on BNN employees, namely their enhanced ability to work in terms of precision, speed, quality of work results, and discipline. Improving work discipline, which entails imparting knowledge of work discipline to employees during training, so that they develop a work-disciplined attitude following the training. Similarly, the organization will naturally benefit from having competent employees. In this program, all information will be provided to employees; consequently, the knowledge acquired by employees will be superior and flawless, and the performance of employees in the public relations division of BNN will improve significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the Halal Label and Brand Image on Wardah Product Purchasing Decisions (Case Study in Management Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics, UIGM Palembang). This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample consists of 226 students who are calculated using the Slovin formula. And taking the sampling technique using purposive sampling. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis through the support of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24 program. Based on the results of the t-test Halal Label (X1) and Brand Image (X2) have a respective significance level of 0.00 <0, 05, which means that the two variables influence the purchase decision. The calculation of the f test proves that all independent variables simultaneously have a significant level with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Reward, Punishment, and Work Culture have on employee performance by conducting tests using SPSS version 23. This research was conducted on respondents who were employees at PT Pratama Palm Abadi with a total sample size of 70 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods and the analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first regression analysis prove that reward (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance, which means that H1 is proposed to be accepted. With the increase in rewards, it has a positive impact on improving employee performance. This means that reward has a positive effect on employee performance. The second regression result proves that punishment (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance, which means that H2 is accepted. It is very necessary to be firm in giving punishment so that it can improve the discipline of employee performance. The third regression result proves that work culture (X3) has a positive effect on employee performance, which means that the proposed H3 is accepted. The higher the work culture, the effect of increasing employee performance. Together the Reward (X1), Punishment (X2) and Work Culture (X3) variables have a positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the payroll information system and wage information system have on the effectiveness of internal control by conducting tests using SPSS version 23. Abstract

KSPPS Hudatama Semarang is an independent business organization that has activities to develop various productive business activities to improve the quality of economic activities carried out by small communities and entrepreneurs. Providing appropriate compensation is one way that can be used to improve performance for employees to achieve the desired performance of the company. At work, Compensation is very important for employees because the size of the compensation is a measure of employee performance. Employees always expect a more adequate income. Based on this view, researchers are interested in conducting research related to compensation for employee performance through the title ". Effect of Compensation on KSPPS Huda Tama Semarang employee performance.” This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance at KSPPS Hudatama Semarang. The strategy for improving employee performance is expected to be a trigger for work enthusiasm towards the company's vision and mission and can fulfill the rights and obligations of employees at KSPPS Hudatama Semarang. The research method used is quantitative research using a simple linear regression method. The sample in this study amounted to 43 respondents using the census method. Data collection used a questionnaire and data processing used the SPSS Statistics Version 22.0 for Windows.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of work environment and work motivation and to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Oasis Waters International. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative method. Primary data collection using the method of observation and distribution of questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from sample research techniques, documents, journals, and books related to the problems studied. The research sample is the employees of PT. Waters International totaling 54 employees. This study uses simple linear regression analysis and uses the SPSS Version 26.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work motivation at PT. Oasis Waters International has done well. The results obtained from the significant test of work environment and work motivation variables on employee performance are 0.000 <0.05, meaning that partially work environment and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. From the coefficient test (R2) it is obtained for 0.385, this means that employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation of 0.802.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of earnings and cash flow on the prediction of financial distress. Profit and cash flow as independent variables and finance as the dependent variable. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The samples in this study were 18 consumer and manufacturing goods companies listed on the stock exchange. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. This research shows that profit has a significant effect on financial distress. While cash flow has a significant effect on financial distress. This result is explained by the simultaneous test (F test) the significant value is greater than the significant level of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05. This means that it is certain that profit and cash flow have the ability to influence financial distress

Abstract

Study This aim for investigate the impact of social media, e-services, and image brand to satisfaction customer moment use service booking accommodation Travelio. The population involved in study This is visitor Travelio. The sampling method used is accidental sampling with a total of 149 respondents. Deep data analysis study This using the Structural Equation Model with use method analysis quantitative namely Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. Research results show that there is influence positive social media to satisfaction customer in order accommodation through Travelio. Besides that, e-service also has influence positive to satisfaction customer in order accommodation through Travelio. Next, image brand also matters positive to satisfaction customer in order accommodation through Travelio. More further, satisfaction customer in order accommodation through Travelio influenced in a manner together by social media, e-service, and image brand.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax knowledge and service quality on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama South Makassar. The variables in this study are Tax Knowledge (X1) and Service Quality (X2) as independent variables and Individual Taxpayer Compliance (Y) as the dependent variable. The population in this study were all individual taxpayers registered at the South Makassar KPP Pratama. The sample was selected using the slovin formula and produced 100 individual taxpayers as the sample. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, data quality tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially tax knowledge had no effect on taxpayer compliance and service quality had an effect on taxpayer compliance at the South Makassar KPP Pratama . Simultaneously, tax knowledge and service quality have no effect on taxpayer compliance at the South Makassar KPP Pratama .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect style learning and management class to results Study eye student lesson accounting at SMKN 1 Tinambung . Variable in study This style learning and management class as variable free and results Study as variable bound . Population in study This is whole student major accounting at SMKN 1 Tinambung from class X up with class XII. Retrieval technique sample use technique taking sample saturated , that is take in a manner whole existing population that is as many as 90 students . Data collection techniques used is questionnaire and documentation . Data analysis technique used is analysis descriptive percentage , instrument test , assumption test classic , and hypothesis testing with use SPSS version 25 for windows . Based on data analysis performed so obtained equality multiple linear regression Y = 60.078 + 0.280X 1 + 0.385X 2 which means that If variable style learning and management class considered The same with zero , then variable results Study of 60.078. Besides That style learning and management class in a manner simultaneous influential positive and significant to results Study with significance 0.003 <0.05, style Study in a manner Partial influential positive and significant to results Study with level significance 0.011 <0.05, and management class in a manner Partial influential positive and significant to results Study with level significance 0.044 <0.05. From the results coefficient determination (R 2 ) of 0.416. this means that influence style learning and management class to results Study by 41.6%. Temporary coefficient style learning (r 2 ) of 18.6% and yield coefficient management class (r 2 ) of 23.6%. With so , management class more dominant influence results Study student , with thereby hypothesis can accepted .
