Abstract

Marketplace is one form of E-Commerce that is progressing rapidly in Indonesia. This research is to find out the effect of product reviews and trust on purchasing decisions in the Shoppe marketplace either partially or simultaneously. This study uses the type of Associative research. To measure the relationship between two independent and dependent variables, questionnaires are used, in which respondents are given alternative answer options for each statement. Questionnaires were distributed to the number of respondents, and all variables were measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, t test and f test with the help of SPSS 23.00. The result is product reviews and trust simultaneously have a significant effect partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace

Abstract

This Research Aims To Describe How The Implementation Of An Employee Performance Management System At PT. Bangun Niaga Company In Medan Municipality. The type of research used in this study is qualitative with 55 respondents. Data Collection Techniques Are Done Through Observations And Interviews. Technical Data Analysis Namely Qualitative Descriptive Analysis Expressed In The Forms Of Questions, Responses And Interpretations Obtained From Observations And Direct Interviews. The results of this study show that in general it has not run effectively. This can be seen from the indicators (A) Commitment and Policies are running smoothly, (B) Planning is going well, (C) Implementation is running well, (D) Inhibiting factors are not running according to the indicators that have been set and (E) Factors Support Goes Well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of financial performance on the company's implications on stock returns. This study uses 9 companies that have been listed on the Index Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2021 for 5 years. The statistical method used in this study is Eviews 10. The results show that the economic fundamentals are seen from interest rates, ROA, and ROE, on stock returns. Determination of the sample in this study using a purposive sampling method. Based on the analysis of the results of the research, the Economic Fundamental Variable (X) has a significant effect on stock returns. Variable Return on Equity (Z1) has no significant effect on stock returns. The stock return variable (Z2) has a significant effect on stock returns. The coefficient of determination from the results of the research is that the Adjusted R Square (R2) number is 0.310850 or 31.08%. The results of this statistical calculation mean that the ability of the independent variable to explain the variation in the change in the dependent variable is 31.08%, while the remaining 68.92% (100% - 31.08%) is influenced by other factors outside the research variables.

Abstract

Work enthusiasm shows the emotional and mental reaction of a person to his work, work enthusiasm affects the quality and quantity of personnel performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work enthusiasm and work motivation on the performance of Talang Kelapa Sector Police Personnel. The object of this research is the Talang Kelapa sector police personnel as many as 67 people. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis which is processed using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) computer program version 26. Based on the results of the validity of the questionnaire items, it is obtained that the questionnaire that has been prepared meets the valid criteria or is suitable for use in this study. Based on the results of the multiple linear regression coefficient tests, the final equation Y = 27.245 + 0.339 (X1) + 0.455 (X2) + 2.484 is obtained. Based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2), it is known that the effect of work enthusiasm and work motivation on the performance of Talang Kelapa Sector Police Personnel is 54.3%. Based on the analysis results in the table above, the significance value of the simultaneous F test calculation results of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. So it can be seen that the work enthusiasm and work motivation variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance variable. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of work enthusiasm and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Talang Kelapa Sector Police Personnel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of time management in optimizing Work-Family Balance at the Office of State Assets Services and Auctions. This research is motivated by problems that occur at the Denpasar State Property and Auction Services Office, namely problems in the workforce and starting to take time as a serious thing. Employees of the Denpasar State Assets and Auction Services Office find it difficult to manage time between work and family matters. One of the strategies that can be used at the State Property and Auction Services Office is to implement effective time management. This study uses qualitative research methods. Researchers try to describe the application of time management in order to optimize work-family balance based on existing theories in reality in the field. The data source used in this study is using primary sources. Primary sources come from data in the form of opinions and experiences from people who are research subjects. This research data collection technique is through interviews, observation, and documentation. This research is expected to provide value (benefits) and contribution related to the problems that exist in the field. Researchers want to provide benefits both theoretically and practically. Theoretically, this research is expected to be able to provide information and knowledge related to the application of time management in optimizing work-family balance. Practically it can be used as material for consideration or information for companies in dealing with phenomena that occur regarding the application of time management in optimizing work-family balance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the development and attractiveness of the natural baths of Sulem flora in terms of developers and tourists, the factors that support and the impact of developing Sulem flora natural baths as a tourist destination in Kampar Regency. This study uses the theory of Social Practices from Bourdieu. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Source of data from interviews with informants and related documents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity uses source triangulation. Data analysis using an interactive model. The results showed that the development of the Sulem Flora Natural Bath has improved the quality of tourism management and services, marked by an increase in the number of tourist visits to the Sulem Flora Natural Bath. The development of the Sulem Flora Natural Baths was also accompanied by the habitus of the people of Pantai Cermin Village from their participation as food selling tours in tourist areas, parking area managers, workers at the Sulem Flora Natural Baths by using economic capital, social capital, cultural capital and symbolic capital. The participation of the people of Pantai Cermin Village to develop tourism can be seen in the decisions they fought for and fought for in their area as a tourist area, in the production of practices that could support the development of the Flora Sulem Nature Bath and also in improving the welfare and quality of life of the community. local community.

Abstract

Presenting pertinent information effectively involves being timely. The interim financial reporting process is influenced by several major elements. Users of financial reports will feel more confident if the timely submission of financial reporting material is made. Based on the findings of an earlier study, identified variables that are related to the timeliness of interim financial reporting. So, the purpose of this research is to learn more about the variables that are most important and have a favorable impact on interim financial reporting timeliness. According to the study's findings the primary component namely leverage has a significant impact on interim financial reporting timeliness and a concomitantly favorable impact.

Abstract

The tourism sector has developed into an industry that has an essential role in economic growth in the world. Even though the tourism sector was most affected during the Covid-19 crisis, tourism potential needs to continue to receive support, especially in the recovery and development process, especially local tourism. Tourists will be excited to visit a destination that has credibility and popularity. Based on the ease of access to information via the Internet, potential tourist destinations will receive a good assessment in the form of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM). This study aims to determine the process of the two factors that form the tourist's intention to visit a local tourist attraction. This quantitative research is conducted based on the perceptions of 130 tourists who had no experience visiting these attractions. Respondents to this study have also seen information about this local tourist attraction through an online platform. Data is processed using SPSS. The results showed that eWOM and trust increase tourist interest in visiting. This research provides theoretical and practical advice.

Abstract

This study aims to identify changes from the adoption of IFRS convergence PSAK in Indonesia, to see what impacts have occurred on the financial statements of companies in Indonesia after the adoption of IFRS. Indonesia adopted IFRS into PSAK since 2012 with the aim of increasing the quality of financial accounting standards in Indonesia, so that the financial reports prepared can be used internationally. The literature review method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The characteristics of IFRS which focus on fair value to emphasize the accuracy of accounting information in financial statements affect total fixed assets, earnings management and also the value relevance of accounting information. This study identified a reduction in total fixed assets, reduced earnings management and an increase in the value relevance of accounting information using the pricing model in financial statements.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Danamon Singaraja Branch. The study used quantitative methods. Data collection techniques use literature studies, observations, and questionnaires. While the analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, Multiple Regression Analysis, t Test (Partial Test), F Test (Simultaneous Test). Referring to the research that has been done, it was concluded that the results of the Partial Test showed that the six variables, namely ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and responsibility have a positive and significant influence. From the results of the Simultaneous Test shows that the six variables namely ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and responsibility have a positive and significant influence. Of the six variables (ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action and responsibility) that have been tested, the most dominant variable affecting customer satisfaction at Bank Danamon Singaraja Branch is action. This is because of the magnitude of the actions given by employees to customers, it will provide satisfaction for depositor customers.
