Abstract

This study aims to analyze the calculation of Corporate Income Tax (PPh Badan) at PT. Garuda Mas Perkasa, particularly during the delay in tax payment in 2020. The main focus of the research includes the method of calculating corporate income tax during the delay, the obstacles that led to the late payment, and the efforts made by the company to address sudden changes in tax regulations. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through company financial documentation and interviews with relevant parties. The results show that the delay in paying corporate income tax was influenced by the company's financial condition due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as a lack of preparedness in facing regulatory changes. PT. Garuda Mas Perkasa implemented several adjustment strategies, such as improving the internal reporting system and conducting regular consultations with tax consultants, in order to minimize the risk of penalties and tax sanctions in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, discount promotion, and facilities on purchase intention among consumers at Warung Paman Mutho. The research used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The t-test results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, discount promotion has no significant effect, and facilities have a negative and significant effect on purchase intention. The F-test results indicate that all three independent variables simultaneously have a significant influence on purchase intention. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.642 indicates that 64.2% of the variation in purchase intention can be explained by the three independent variables used in this study, while the remaining 35.8% is influenced by other factors not examined. These findings imply that business managers should prioritize improving service quality and better understand consumer preferences regarding facilities, while also reassessing the effectiveness of discount promotions to ensure that marketing strategies are implemented more effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and brand image on consumer purchase intention of Oreo products at PT. Delada Cahaya Mas Agro Gunungsitoli. This research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population consisted of all consumers who had purchased Oreo products, and a purposive sampling technique was applied to select 60 respondents. Data collection was conducted using a structured questionnaire, and the results were analyzed through classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The findings reveal that price has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention (t = 2.124 > 1.986, p = 0.036 < 0.05). Similarly, brand image exerts a positive and significant influence on purchase intention (t = 7.770 > 1.986, p = 0.000 < 0.05). Simultaneously, price and brand image positively and significantly affect purchase intention (F = 61.220 > 3.09, p = 0.000). The R² value of 0.476 indicates that these variables explain 47.6% of the variance in purchase intention, while the remaining 52.4% is influenced by other factors. These results highlight the strategic importance of price setting and strengthening brand image in enhancing consumer purchase interest.
