Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Customer Experience dan Customer Engagement terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Wedding Organizer Hardinata Group Rantau Prapat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan Wedding Organizer Hardinata Group, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 71 responden. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Customer Experience dan Customer Engagement memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Wedding Organizer Hardinata Group Rantau Prapat.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong transformasi besar dalam dunia besar, termasuk munculnya berbagai peluang usaha berbasis digital. Bisnis digital menciptakan peluang – peluang baru untuk dimanfaatkan generasi muda dalam berwirausaha. Pengenalan bisnis digital pada siswa MTsS Aisyiyah Binjai bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang konsep bisnis digital, strategi pemasaran online, serta pemanfaatan paltform digital sebagai media promosi dan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan, dan observasi lapangan. Studi kepustakaan dilakukan untuk mengkaji teori kewirausahaan, konsep bisnis digital, dan tren pemasaran online, sedangkan observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan pelatihan. Data analisis secara deskriptif-analitis dengan membandingkan tingkat pemahaman dan motivasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengenalan bisnis digital meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep bisnis berbasir teknologi sebesar 78% dan memotivasi 85% peserta untuk mencoba membuat ide secara mandiri. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi pembelajaran bisnis digital ditingkat MTs efektif dalam membentuk pola piker wirausaha yang adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of brand image on consumer purchasing decisions at UD. Serlin, a trading company in Gido District, Nias Regency, Indonesia. The research was driven by the increasingly intense competition in the trading sector, which requires businesses to establish a strong brand image to maintain customer loyalty. A quantitative associative method was applied with a population of 175 consumers, from which a sample of 35 respondents (20%) was selected. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through validity and reliability tests, normality and heteroskedasticity tests, simple linear regression, t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²) using SPSS 24. The findings revealed that all instruments were valid and reliable, the data were normally distributed, and no heteroskedasticity issues were detected, ensuring the regression model was feasible. The t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating that brand image significantly influences purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.701 suggests that brand image explains 70.1% of purchasing decision variance, with the remaining 29.9% influenced by other factors. The study concludes that strengthening brand image is crucial for enhancing purchasing decisions. Companies should improve service quality and reinforce brand identity to sustain competitiveness.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of product design conformity, promotional communication tone, and symbol usage on customer loyalty toward Head & Shoulders shampoo. Understanding these factors essential for companies operating highly competitive consumer markets, where building and sustaining customer loyalty a key success driver. This research employs a quantitative research design with an associative-descriptive approach. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents, selected using simple random sampling ensure equal representation of the target population. This Analysis examine the connections between the independent variables, multiple linear regression was used product design conformity, promotional communication tone, and symbol usage and the dependent variable customer loyalty. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that the instruments were appropriate, with Cronbach's Alpha readings that are higher above the permissible limit of 0.70. Classical assumption tests showed the data met the required conditions for regression analysis. The main outcomes revealed that product design conformity did not significantly impact the loyalty of customers. In contrast, promotional communication tone and symbol usage demonstrated significant positive effects. The overall With an R2 value of 0.620, the regression model was statistically significant, suggesting that 62% of the variance in customer loyalty is elucidated by the independent factors. The study concludes that customer loyalty toward Head & Shoulders is strongly influenced by communication tone and symbol usage, while product design doesn’t play a significant role. This highlights the importance for marketers to prioritize effective promotional communication and consistent symbolic branding strategies in order to strengthen customer loyalty.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the influence of consumer This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment, workload, and compensation on turnover intention at PT. Intan Hevea Industri. This study employed quantitative research. Data sources used were primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The sample size for this study was 93 respondents. The partial test results revealed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, with a t-value of 3.461 > 1.986. Workload had no positive and significant effect on turnover intention, with a t-value of 1.760 < 1.986. Compensation had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, with a t-value of 3.670 > 1.986. Based on the simultaneous test results, it was found that the work environment (X1), workload (X2), and compensation (X3) variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Intan Hevea Industry.

Abstract

Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh penurunan kinerja karyawan di PT. Winner Makmur Raya selama tiga tahun terakhir. Melalui observasi awal dan hasil prasurvei, ditemukan permasalahan utama yang berkaitan dengan rendahnya motivasi kerja, tingginya beban kerja, dan kurangnya dukungan lingkungan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif kausal melalui teknik pengumpulan data penyebaran kuesioner kepada 38 karyawan tetap. Analisis data menggunakan PLS-SEM pada software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ketiga variabel independen motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of demand forecasting on raw material inventory control at CV Wery Group Gunungsitoli. The research was motivated by challenges in managing inventory due to fluctuating market demand, which often caused overstocking or stock shortages, leading to inefficiencies in operations. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 employees. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 27, including validity and reliability tests, normality and heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression, and a T-test. The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between demand forecasting and raw material inventory control, indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.802 with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.711, meaning that 71.1% of the variation in inventory control can be explained by demand forecasting. This implies that the more accurate the demand forecasting, the more effective the inventory control. The study suggests that CV Wery Group should improve forecasting capabilities as a strategic tool to enhance operational efficiency and support production continuity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang identifikasi komponen manajemen remunerasi pada green startup. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana penerapan manajemen remunerasi yang dilakukan oleh LindungiHutan, khususnya aspek finansial dan nonfinansial yang berperan dalam mendukung kesejahteraan dan pengembangan karyawan. Metode menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis kualitatif Miles dan Huberman, berupa pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa LindungiHutan mengimplementasikan sistem remunerasi yang holistik dengan komponen finansial meliputi gaji pokok, tunjangan hari raya, bonus tahunan, serta kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan. Sistem penggajian juga diadaptasi untuk karyawan freelance berdasarkan proyek, sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku. Di sisi lain, remunerasi nonfinansial diberikan melalui program pelatihan dan peningkatan kompetensi yang beragam, mulai dari pelatihan teknis hingga pengembangan keterampilan manajerial, untuk mendukung pengembangan kapasitas dan kesejahteraan pegawai. Pendekatan ini menjadi kunci menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian membuka prospek pengembangan evaluasi dampak remunerasi terhadap kinerja dan loyalitas karyawan serta penerapan studi lebih luas pada startup hijau lain guna mengoptimalkan praktik remunerasi dalam mendukung keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan.

Abstract

This study investigated the role of entrepreneurial education on entrepreneurial intention by applying the modified TPB model with opportunity recognition. Our research involved 395 Indonesian high school and undergraduate students aged 15–25 years with structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS) for data analysis. The results showed the crucial role of entrepreneurial education on antecedents of entreprenurial intention, but no direct effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial education also indirectly foster entrepreneurial intention by strengthening positive attitudes, self-efficacy, and opportunity recognition skills. The study provides insight about the interaction between entrepreneurial education with individual traits and social norms in developing entrepreneurial intention, particulary with the ability to seize the entrepreneurial opportunity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara penempatan pegawai dan kinerja pegawai di Poskesdes Merdeka, Kabupaten Karo. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumen dan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai. Hasil menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara penempatan pegawai dengan kinerja mereka. Faktor-faktor seperti tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman kerja terbukti memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerja, kuantitas kerja, serta ketepatan waktu penyelesaian tugas dan tanggung jawab.Meski demikian, penempatan pegawai di Poskesdes Merdeka belum sepenuhnya optimal. Terdapat beberapa pegawai yang ditempatkan tidak sesuai latar belakang pendidikan atau usia yang kurang mendukung posisi jabatan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar proses penempatan pegawai lebih memperhatikan kualifikasi yang tepat, terutama terkait latar belakang pendidikan dan usia, guna meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja organisasi.
