<![CDATA[Curriculum management study as a milestone in curriculum success ais important to be carried out as early as possible, considering that early age is a crucial period in shaping children’s character so that it becomes achy or foundation when children grow up. This is the basis for conducting research on nationalist and religious-based kindergarten curriculum management.This paper uses the library research method. The Result of this study that nationalist and religious-based kindergarten are special education for children with an age range of 4 to 6 years which emphasizes the values of nationalist and religious in each program. There are four(4) nationalist and religious-based kindergarten curriculum management procedures, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating.]]>

<![CDATA[In this paper we interrogate the teachers training programme offered at an institution of higher learning in Namibia. We used Empiricism to explore the authentic practices used in the transformational processes exposed to 3rd and 4th year mathematics and science student teachers. We emphasized three important constructs that guide the scholarship of teaching, namely standards of excellence, virtues and values to guide IK integration in the curriculum. We conclude that student teachers understood the meaning and importance of IK. However, the teacher preparation curriculum did not include aspects related to IK, it was left at their own discretion to adopt. We recommend appropriate strategies for adoption to implement and guide the required standards and values for curriculum development.]]>

<![CDATA[In the Electric Motor Installation material there are limitations in the form of requiring the physical form of components to introduce components directly. The development of learning media developed is Electric Motor Installation Learning Media for augmented reality-based learning to overcome limitations and provide alternative learning resources that so far teachers have used conventional learning media. The developed learning media includes 3-dimensional electric motor installation components displayed with augmented reality technology. The method in this study is research and development with the ADDIE model. Preliminary studies were conducted by analyzing the needs of basic competencies using questionnaires and interviews. Testing the effectiveness of learning media and knowing learning outcomes is carried out using the post-test and pre-test methods which produce valid values for 30 items above the value of 0.30 and reliable above 0.6. The results of the effectiveness test obtained a percentage of 56-75 percent so that this learning media was declared effective. Student responses to the feasibility of learning media showed that 20 students stated that it was very feasible and 10 students stated that it was feasible so that they concluded that learning media was feasible for use in learning Electric Motor Installation.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to obtain data showing the effect of group guidance using the storytelling technique on improving manners in fifth grade students of SD 3 Wates for the 2021–2022 academic year. This type of research is an experiment with a one group pre-test post-test research design. methods of data collection using interviews and questionnaires to improve manners The data analysis technique used is percentage descriptive analysis and the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that there was a change in the level of politeness of students before and after participating in group guidance services using storytelling techniques. It can be seen that the results show an average increase of 15.2% from the initial results. Because the number of levels is the smallest, the value of Tcount is 0 and the value of Ttable is 8, also 0 < 8, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Asymp value. Its sig of 0.005 is less than 0.5. This means that group guidance services using storytelling techniques have a significant influence on improving the manners of fifth grade students at SDN 3 Wates, Kudus Regency.]]>

Pelatihan bagi aparatur pemerintahan adalah proses pendidikan non formal yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki. Bahan Ajar adalah panduan yang dipakai dalam aktifitas pelatihan akan menggunakan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa formal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjadikan bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan dalam pelatihan sebagai bahasa utama dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan panduan bahan ajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review yang menggunakan referensi terkait pelatihan. Hasil penelitian menjadi bahan ajar acuan dalam pelaksanan pelatihan bagi aparatur pemerintah. Implikasinya seluruh pelaksana pelatihan aparatur pemerintah akan memiliki komunikasi penggunaan bahasa Indonesia yang sama.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of academic supervision is very important to be held by an educational institution in improving the quality of teacher teaching and to achieve the goals that have been set. The quality of teacher teaching greatly affects the quality of a child's achievement. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of academic supervision as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of academic supervision activities. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of academic supervision is carried out in three stages, namely: Conducting class visits every lesson hour conducted by each supervisor who has a supervision schedule, coaching teachers who have problems in teaching, evaluating the results of the supervisor's report. Supporting factors in the implementation of academic supervision are the role of the principal in motivating teachers who have problems in teaching, and facilities in the form of supervisor files. The large number of classes and the minimal number of supervisors make this academic supervision activity less than optimal. Because the supervisors themselves experience problems in visiting the classes to be supervised.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to develop a letter board learning media to increase elementary school students' interest in reading, especially in low grades. The type of research used is research and development (ADDIE). Initial findings on the learning media used by the teacher are only printed media in the form of textbooks. Thus, making students less enthusiastic and easily bored when told to read, and the learning process becomes very monotonous. Based on the results of the preliminary study, the authors intend to develop a Letter Board product to increase interest in reading for low grade elementary school students. The Letter Board learning media is tested by media experts. The validation results by media experts obtained a score of 94.48% which is included in the very high category and is feasible to implement.]]>

<![CDATA[In order to meet the development of mathematics learning in elementary school children, we find and form media to improve the material to make it easier for students to learn, therefore we create learning media namely "Smart Multiplication Board". which serves to improve teaching methods and facilitate teachers in pedagogy. This research is included in the type of research and development, which is carried out to develop certain products and test the effectiveness of the product. the development example used in this research is the ADDIE development example. Based on the results of observations that have been made during implementation research, students' enthusiasm for using the learning media that has been developed is very good, it can be seen that students are impatient to use learning media. Math Multiplication Smart Board Learning Media on multiplication material is declared feasible to use based on quality assessments from media experts, material experts and learning experts as well as media feasibility from student and teacher responses. The final product of the learning media of the Math Multiplication Smart Board (Panlintarmatika) is a medium that belongs to the type of visual media.]]>

<![CDATA[An education in the form of boarding school is very important to implement its management. The management pattern in boarding school education is able to run and stabilize a boarding school. The purpose of this research will simply discuss some explanations regarding the management system applied in boarding schools. The method used for the essence of this article uses the heritage study method. The results show that management in boarding schools involves human resources and non-human resources to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. Kyai as an educational leader in pesantren has a unique task, not only as a curriculum planner, compiler of regulations and evaluation systems, and teacher of Islamic religious knowledge, but also as a leader and educator of the people and society. The change of leaders in pesantren is mostly natural, occurring due to the death of pesantren leaders or hereditary, and not planned. The pattern of changing leaders in pesantren is also mostly natural, such as the death of the pesantren leader, the replacement takes place flexibly.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of madrasah curriculum in Indonesia has undergone various transformations since the colonial period until now. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of madrasah curriculum in Indonesia. The research method used by researchers is library research. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the development of madrasah curriculum in Indonesia has undergone significant changes, especially after Indonesia's independence. The Indonesian government issued various policies to advance education in Indonesia, including Islamic religious education and madrasah. One of the policies issued is the integration between the general education curriculum and Islamic religious education in madrasas. The government can provide adequate financial support and experts for madrasah curriculum development. The community can support through active participation in educational activities, such as providing educational facilities and infrastructure. The industrial world can provide support in the form of internship programs and cooperation with madrasah to improve student skills. In the development of madrasah curriculum in Indonesia, there have been significant changes and developments since the establishment of Madrasah Aliyah in 1945. The currently implemented madrasah curriculum, the 2013 curriculum, has integrated general and religious education in a more balanced manner.]]>
