Abstract

This article, entitled Preserving Gamelan Traditional Arts in the Modern Era as an effort to foster a love of traditional culture in the Muludan Tlompakan community, describes various problems related to the preservation of traditional arts in the Muludan Tlompakan community. There are several studies in this article, namely: 1. Art as the identity of the village environment, 2. Documentation as a place for preservation, 3. Design of Art Conservation in the modern era, 4. Process of Preservation Implementation, 5. Traditional culture. In describing the discussion of this article, the influencing factors include 1. The large number of people, especially the younger generation, who are not familiar with traditional arts 2. Public awareness to preserve traditional arts is very lacking. Muludan Hamlet, Tlompakan Village, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency is a child-friendly hamlet that was pioneered as one of the Art and Culture Hamlets in the Central Java area. With a variety of arts in it, this hamlet has the potential to improve arts and culture in the Central Java area. In this article, the author tries to describe using descriptive research methods. The author sees firsthand the problems that exist in that place and sees the importance of optimizing documentation as a support for preservation and encouraging a sense of pride in the traditional arts of the childfriendly Hamlet of Muludan Hamlet Art and Culture. Then the author develops the problems that are in place and makes an Innovation Plan in the form of implementation.

Abstract

The 18650 type lithium-ion battery is the type of battery most widely used in today's era, such as in electric cars, electric saws, electric drills and many more. This battery was chosen because it has stable performance, is more environmentally friendly and has a longer service life compared to other types of batteries. However, in use, lithium-ion batteries cannot stand alone, these batteries require an additional circuit, namely the BMS (battery management system), which functions to protect the battery from over charging, over discharging, short and over temperature, so that it is safe to use. Community service was carried out at SMKN 1 Tengaran, Semarang Regency, by providing material and training regarding the use of BMS on lithium-ion batteries by charging them using solar panels. This training was carried out for 3 hours with a total of 30 students, starting from delivering the material to direct practice.

Abstract

In order to increase the Village Original Income (PADes), this study proposes to create a model of biogas commercialization in tubes based on social capital in environmental organizations. The marketing of biogas products is based on the principles of social capital, which combines aspects of sustainability, efficiency, and community empowerment. This study assessed the efficiency of the social capital- based biogas marketing model in increasing the income and welfare of community groups through surveys, interviews, and data analysis. To support the growth of biogas at the village level, local governments, non- profit groups, and industry players are requested to use the findings of this study as a guide in making more effective marketing policies and tactics. Thus, the implementation of these strategies is expected to positively contribute to economic and environmental empowerment at the village level while increasing Village Original Revenue as a step towards sustainable development.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic going on for an entire year in 2020 has impacted many aspects of life in Indonesia. This situation forces us as social creatures to find new ways to socialize, work, and perform various daily activities safely. The impact of social distancing concept makes industry players or SMEs in 2021 must be able to respond to what the community needs directly by changing the business model, including SMEs renting party equipment and tents. Marketing that has been done offline needs to be changed by using digital marketing media, which is currently very influential in the business world. Through Instagram, SME players can take advantage of various marketing features that can attract many prospective strategic consumers more efficiently and effectively to be implemented during this pandemic. The selection of Tembalang District as a target group in community service because Tembalang District is the 2nd district with the most significant number of SMEs in Semarang City.

Abstract

Kudus has good industrial and tourism potential. One of them is the cigarette industry; and even because there are so many cigarette industries there, Kudus Regency government built Kretek Museum as a tourist media as well as the one for preserving the history of the cigarette industry that can attract tourists from all over the world. This potential has not been realized optimally, because the tourist information media at Kretek Museum still only uses Indonesian. This community service activity aims to provide assistance to the Kretek Museum in completing tourism information media using bilingual method combining Indonesian and English. This service activity is carried out through a review, revision and addition, and the preparation of tourism information media with the bilingual method. Through Assistance in the Preparation of Tourism Information Media with the Application of the Bilingual Method, tourist information media at the Kretek Museum can be accessed more effectively by tourists from all over the world.

Abstract

From the observation activities of the Field Study and Community Service (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) 112 team in Jembulwunut village, they obtained data that the majority of people work as farmers, however they find it difficult to obtain fertilizer, practicing how to make Eco-enzyme organic fertilizer with Village-Owned Enterprise (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) Jembulwunut to support agricultural development, particularly reducing environmental pollution of agricultural land because of the materials used are organic waste such as vegetable and fruit waste that cannot be consumed anymore, it has high nutrient elements to maintain soil fertility and as a substitute for synthetic chemical fertilizers which are difficult to obtain and whose prices are getting higher every year.

Abstract

This activity aims to help solve the problems faced by business actors in the development of the Pasar Bahulak tourism village in Karungan Village, Plupuh District, Sragen Regency. This activity was realized through the collaboration of UNS, UNY, and UNIPI Tangerang, in collaboration with BUMDes Sinar Karungan Mandiri, and PT KAI. The method implemented in this community service activity is the delivery of materials and assistance in empowering products from pineapple plants. The result of this activity is an increase in the knowledge and understanding of business actors in the Bahulak Market regarding the importance of the edu-agrotourism concept in empowering businesses, the concept of cost accounting, empowering pineapple plants, and creating new business networks for BUMDes Sinar Karungan Mandiri. Thus, it can further increase the level of the economy in Karungan Village, Pupuh District, Sragen Regency.

Abstract

Currently the development of the world of education is increasing, especially in the fields of marketing and business. Where all majors or disciplines cannot be separated from marketing and business materials. This service focuses on vocational schools majoring in Motorcycle Engineering and Business. Where in the department there is already a curriculum on the motorcycle business. In improving the quality competence of SMK students majoring in Motorcycle Engineering and Business (TBSM) in developing business knowledge, it is necessary to introduce supporting aspects in the sale of goods or services, especially digital marketing. The training that will be carried out later is taking photos or pictures according to the composition of the photography so that the goods or products look more attractive, then simple editing of product photos. In addition, briefing on the use of social media to be used as a means of promotion or marketing of the selected products. The end result of this service is that students can get to know digital marketing and are able to manage and utilize social media to be used as a means of marketing or business. The material delivered is in accordance with the school curriculum majoring in Motorcycle Engineering and Business, so that the knowledge gained can be well integrated and can be used as a curriculum development for the School Engineering and Motorcycle Business major.

Abstract

The use of school websites as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process as well as promotional media is still very necessary, considering that teachers and students are able to easily access materials and teaching materials without being limited by place and time. So that the student learning process is more flexible and can be done at any time. The use of websites and social media can encourage the effectiveness of the learning and teaching process in schools. So the process of providing materials and teaching materials by teachers needs to be maintained. The existence of the official website at SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak has supported the online learning process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, apart from being an information service and promotional tool. However, currently the official website of SMP N 2 Karanganyar Demak is experiencing problems in development. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the official website by replacing the Balitbang CMS with the Sekolahku.web.id CMS which has currently been developed and used by many schools in the archipelago. CMS Sekolahku.web.id has more features and is more flexible in its management.

Abstract

After the Covid-19 pandemic, people became aware of improving health and preserving the environment. This community service aims to increase the role of sports of MTB (Mountain Bike) in contributing to forest conservation in Ngaduman Village, Merbabu Mountains by involving ISSI Salatiga City as a moderator. ISSI (Ikatan Sepeda Sport Indonesia) is a Regional Institution for Bicycle Racing in Indonesia, which is in charge of governance standards for cyclists on a Mountain. ISSI is also a member of UCI and ACC, namely international bicycle racing events that can bring in tourism and increase regional income. The results of community service show the importance of publication facilities for Mount Merbabu tourism and MTB bicycle racing events; management of tourism, officials, and MTB bicycle tracks (tracks); and the importance of coordinating with the Office of the Ministry of Youth and Sport and KONI - ISSI of Salatiga City and related parties such as the local community and Perhutani.
