Abstract

Islamic Boarding School Regulations are policies formulated by Islamic Boarding Schools so that education runs systematically so as to achieve the desired goals. And Discipline is an attitude of respecting and respecting a regulation that applies both written and unwritten. However, there are still rules that have not yet been carried out affective, marked by Santri junior high school students who smoke, leave without permission, carry mobile phones, and deal with the opposite sex who violate syara '. This study aims to determine the state of Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School regulations and find out whether or not the impact of Islamic boarding school regulations on the discipline of students and their level of presentation. In writing this thesis the author uses quantitative methods. The sampling method used by the authors in this study is simple random sampling, ie taking sample members from a population taken at random. The sample in this study were 100 students at Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School. Data were analyzed with validity, reliability, and simple regression tests (t test) using the SPSS 22.0application for windows. The results showed that the application of the existing regulations at Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School was classified as good with a percentage of 49%. And Pesantren regulations have a significant impact on the discipline of the Al-Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School Santri. The percentage rate is 10%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the spiritual intelligence of the students in terms of people who have a good personality, it is supported by the boarding school environment. In the boarding school students will get used to good education, such as discipline, craft, courtesy, hospitality and many other good qualities. But the awareness of students is not fully reflected in the students of Al Muhajirin 3. Most of them are less concerned about the cleanliness of the environment of the cottage, most students still pay less attention to speech when communicating with fellow students. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of spiritual intelligence and awareness of students in implementing the rules in Al Muhahirin 3 Islamic boarding school, as well as to analyze the presence or absence of the influence of the level of spiritual intelligence and awareness of students in the Islamic boarding school. This research approach uses a quantitative approach. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The research data were analyzed with product moment correlation to get the results of the hypotheses that have been set. Research shows that Santri's Spiritual Intelligence is very high criteria, students' awareness in carrying out the rules obtained by high criteria, and r count with an amount of 0.803 is greater than rtable, so Ha is accepted ie "there is a relationship between the level of spiritual intelligence with the awareness of students in carrying out the rules of Islamic Boarding School Al Muhajirin 3 Bahrul 'Ulum Tambakberas Jombang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Meningkatkan Akhlakul Karimah Peserta Didik Di SDN Banjardowo 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan mengambil latar belakang SDN Banjardowo 1 Jombang.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tekhnik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tekhnik trianggulasi yaitu, trianggulasi sumber, trianggulasi tekhnik dan trianggulasi waktu.Peran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SDN Banjardowo 1 Jombang adalah sebagai berikut: (1) berperan sebagai pengajar, (2) berperan sebagai pendidik, (3) beperan sebagai pemimpin, (4) berperan sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran, (5) berperan sebagai motivator.Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI di SDN Banjardowo 1 Jombang dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam adalah (1) memperbaiki metode mengajar, (2) menjelaskan urgensi materi pelajaran bagi siswa, (3) menghubungkan materi pelajaran dengan pengalaman siswa, (4) menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang kondusif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya keunikan pendidikan Non formal yang tetap bertahan dan semakin berkembang dengan beragam tantangan yang akan dihadapinya. Untuk mengatasi perkembangan dan arus globalisasi serta modernisasi yang seriing berjalannya waktu terus berkembang dengan pesat, maka pendidikan non formal juga membentengi peserta didik dengan pendidikan yang mengutamakan adab kemudian ilmu serta diperkuat lagi dengan pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta hafalan Al qur’an yang kemudian ketiga aspek tersebut berperan sangat penting dalam mendidik anak dan menjadikan anak yang bias mengaplikasikan ilmunya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sehingga penulis mengangkat judul “ Implementasi Kurikulum Al Qur’an dalam proses pembelajaran Tahfidzul Qur’an di Kuttab Al Fattih Jombang “ Adapun kekurangan Kuttab Al Fattih adalah dengan tidak adanya sistem menghafal Al- Qur’an yang ditetapkan oleh Kuttab cabang maupun pusat sehingga masing- masing guru terkadang tidak punya patokan khusus untuk mengajar atau membimbing para santri untuk menghafal maupun menela’ah materi keimanan yang diajarkan oleh guru ketika itu, terlebih bila guru yang mengajar kurang berinteraksi dengan guru yang lain. Metode menghafal yang dilakukan terserah guru yang mengajar. Adapun kelebihan Kuttab Al Fattih adalah adanya sistem kontrol lebih difungsikan dengan adanya BBO (bimbingan bersama orang tua), dan parenting. Dengan begitu control orang tua terhadap anak bisa lebih terkontrol karena peran peting orang tua dalam menghafal lebih banyak di rumah dari pada disekolah. Mulai dari membimbing, mengarahkan bagaimana mentargetkan hafalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum Al-Qur’an berhasil tidaknya menghafal Al qur’an tergantung metode yang dipakai setiap guru yang mengajar di Kuttab Al Fattih Jombang. Metode yang digunakan pembelajaran Al qur’an menggunakan merode talaqi dengan buku panduan Qaidah Baghdadiyah. Dengan menggunakan metode tasmi’ atau menyimak digunakan bila siswa ingin menyetorkan hafalan. Murojaah hafalan Al qur’an menggunakan model halaqoh jama’i sedangkan untuk kitabah menggunakan model drill. Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kurikulum Al-Qur’an, Tahfidzul Qur’an

Abstract

In the perspective of Islamic education, reward and punishment which contains the meaning of giving punishment to a student / student who made a mistake or violation; and vice versa giving awards to students who are considered to have contributed or showed achievement, is a systematic educational pattern that has been taught in Islam. The Qur'an globally has signaled the existence of punishment and respect for each person's deeds. So from these assumptions, the writer was interested in making a study entitled: Application of reward and punishment in forming santri discipline in pondok pesantren putra al-wahabiyyah 1. This study aims to find out how the picture of the implementation of reward and punishment in pondok pesantren putra Al-wahabiyyah 1. Research this using a qualitative descriptive approach, the presence of researchers in the field is very important. The researcher acts directly as an instrument and as a data collector resulting from in-depth observations and is actively involved in the research. Data in the form of words were obtained from the informants, while additional data in the form of documents. Data analysis is done by examining existing data, then reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions and the final stage of data analysis is conducting data validity using persistence of triangulation observations.

Abstract

Fenomena Corporate Governance yang begitu penting, maka penelitian ini merujuk pada penerapan Corporate Governance pada Rumah Sakit. Rumah Sakit Islam UNISMA Malang Jawa Timur yang bergerak di bidang pelayanan jasa kesehatan. Apakah Rumah Sakit sudah melaksanakan prinsip-prinsip good corporate governance secara menyeluruh. Salah satu contoh penerapan prinsip good corporate governance yaitu apakah proses pengambilan keputusan sudah transparan, laporankeuangan tersajikan tepat waktu dan teraudit, apakah gaji karyawan sudah sesuai sesuai UMK, apakah pemasok sudah diperlakukan wajar dan adil, dll. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi prinsip-prinsip GCG pada Rumah Sakit Islam Unisma.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deksriptif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif karena penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif lebih menekankan analisisnya pada proses penyimpulan deduktif dan induktif serta pada analisis terhadap dinamika hubungan antar fenomena yang diamati, dengan menggunakan logika ilmiah. Subjek penelitian adalah sumber utama data penelitian, yaitu yang memiliki data mengenai variable-variabel yang diteliti (Azwar, 2013, p.35). Subjek penelitian pada dasarnya adalah yang akan dikenai kesimpulan hasil penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini, subjek penelitian adalah sebuah rumah sakit milik yayasan Unisma.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The expected goal of this research is to analyze the learning video of practicum results in microbiology courses. In this study researchers used qualitative methods. For that the authors individually will go directly to the field in order to obtain data from informants. Data analysis process begins with reviewing all available data from various sources, namely from interviews, observations that have been written in field notes, personal documents, official documents, pictures, photos and so on (Lexy J. Moleong, 2012: 247). The results of video observations by expert lecturers of group 5 get the highest score of 100 with very good criteria, whereas based on the result of video observations by group 2 researchers get the highest value of 81,25 with very good criteria. Keywords: video, learning, practicum, matakuliah, mikrobiologi. ABSTRAK Tujuan yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis video pembelajaran hasil praktikum pada matakuliah mikrobiologi; Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakaan metode kualitatif. Untuk itu penulis secara individu akan langsung terjun ke lapangan guna memperoleh data dari informan; Proses analisis data dimulai dengan menelaah seluruh data yang tersedia dari berbagai sumber, yaitu dari wawancara, pengamatan yang sudah dituliskan dalam catatan lapangan, dokumen pribadi, dokumen resmi, gambar, foto, dan sebagainya (Lexy J. Moleong, 2012: 247); Hasil pengamatan video oleh dosen ahli kelompok 5 mendapatkan nilai tertinggi yaitu 100 dengan kriteria sangat baik, Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan video oleh peneliti kelompok 2 mendapatkan nilai tertinggi yaitu 81,25 dengan kriteria sangat baik. Abstract

Needs analysis is compulsory for the academy to set or develop the English curriculum to reach a set of competencies needed by the students. Needs analysis is used to find specific needs for the students in the academy. English for Specific Purposes (ESP) has offered different point of view in teaching-learning English. It modifies the conventional teaching-learning which concerns memorizing the pattern or grammar and vocabulary of the language to the teaching-learning based on the learners’ needs. This study is aimed at the main purpose: finding out the students’ needs of students of Midwifery program of UNIPDU Jombang in learning English. The qualitative procedure is employed in this study. The model used for identifying students’ needs for designing ESP syllabus follows Yalden’s model known as Language Program Development with a bit modification. The result of the need survey showed that reading has the highest degree of students’ demand followed by speaking, writing, and listening. Related to ESP, it indicated that the contents of the course were totally needed by the students in order to fill the need for their future professional career. Finally, the finding of the research becomes a reference to form the syllabus design or development of worksheet for ESP. Keywords: Need Analysis, Syllabus Development; Midwifery Students.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic affects almost all aspects of life, including education. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the education aspect requires that teaching and learning activities continue even though students are at home. So that educators are required to design learning media as an innovation by utilizing online media. The purpose of writing this article is to study and understand the use of information technology in online learning during the Covid-19 period. The writing of this article uses a qualitative approach with secondary data sources obtained from online observations and literature studies. The results of the study prove that the use of online media during the Covid-19 caused a variety of responses and the impact and change in the learning system that can affect the teaching and learning process as well as the level of student development in responding to the material presented.
