<![CDATA[Abstrak; Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kompetensi sosial guru dalam prpses pembelajaran sehingga siswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Kompetensi Sosial Guru dengan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas V SD Gugus III Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan membagikan angket kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi sosial guru dengan motivasi belajar siswa SD Gugus III Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Timur dengan nilai 14thitung">  (5,19287) lebih besar (>) nilai  14ttabel">  (1,65694) yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi sosial guru akan berdampak terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Jadi Ketika guru memiliki kompetensi sosial yang baik maka dapat membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajarnya. Selain itu, ketika guru memiliki kompetensi sosial yang baik diharapkan proses pembelajaran dapat berlangsung dengan baik dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai.. Dari kesimpulan tersebut, maka dampak yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa kompetensi sosial guru akan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this action research are: (a) Want to know the increase in student achievement after the implementation of discovery learning. (b) Want to know the effect of students' learning motivation after the implementation of the discovery learning method. This research uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this study was the sixth grade students of SD Inpres Kapasa Makassar. The data obtained were in the form of formative test results, observation sheets for teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement has increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (68.18%), cycle II (77.27%), cycle III (86.36%). The conclusion of this study is that the discovery method can have a positive effect on the learning motivation of sixth grade students at SD Inpres Kapasa Makassar, and this learning method can be used as an alternative science learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is a correlation study that aims to know the relationship of social interaction of students in schools with the achievement of learning IPS grade IV SD Inpres 17 Bajoe Tanete Riattang Timur District Bone. The research approach is a quantitative approach. This type of research is correlation research. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and documentation. The population in the study were all grade IV students of SD Inpres 17 Bajoe Tanete Riattang Timur Subdistrict Bone District in the 2020/2021 school year as many as 48 students. The numbered off 48 students were samples. Data analysis technique is Correlation Analysis, the results showed the relationship of social interaction of students in schools with the achievement of learning IPS grade IV SD Inpres 17 Bajoe Tanete Riattang Timur Bone District belongs to the moderate category and there is a significant relationship.  ]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan yang signifikan antara besar pendapatan orang tua dan motivasi belajar siswa. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah besar pendapatan orang tua sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah motivasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV Gugus 22 Kecamatan Lili Rilau Kabupaten Soppeng sebanyak 54 siswa, sedangkan sampelnya adalah seluruh anggota populasi. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan angket kepada sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yaitu pengujian prasyarat analisis dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besar pendapatan orang tua dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV Gugus 22 Kecamatan Lili Rilau Kabupaten Soppeng berada dalam kategori rendah. Berdasarkan analisis statistik inferensial diperoleh thitung ≥ ttabel. Karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara besar pendapatan orang tua dan motivasi belajar siswa kelas IV Gugus 22 Kecamatan Lili Rilau Kabupaten Soppeng.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to improve the process of learning activities and the ability to recognize the letters of group B children RA Saman Hudi through the learning process by applying word card media. The type of research conducted is classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) which will be carried out in 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were the children of group B RA Saman Hudi, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency in 2020 with a total of 15 children. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation techniques. The validation techniques used in this study are member check, triangulation, and audit trail. Observational data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed that the use of word card media can improve the ability to recognize letters of RA Saman Hudi's students, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that through the use of word card media it is proven to be able to improve the ability to recognize letters in group B children RA Saman Hudi, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This classroom action research was conducted to improve science learning problems in class VIII-1, namely the low learning outcomes. This research was carried out in 2 cycles where the subjects in the study were 25 students of class VIII-1 SMP Negeri 2 Soppeng Riaja in the Even Semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year. In each cycle, observations were made on the implementation of Discovery Learning learning through observation sheets at each meeting and learning motivation which was assessed based on a learning motivation questionnaire. This study aims to: (1) determine the learning motivation of class VIII-1 students who are taught by the Discovery Learning learning model. (2) knowing the learning outcomes of class VIII-1 students who were taught with the Discovery Learning learning model on the force and Newton's Laws. The indicator of research success is that learning outcomes increase and meet the minimum completeness criteria and learning motivation meets 88% achievement. Actions taken to improve and increase motivation and science learning outcomes by: (1) motivating and stimulating students in stimulation activities and problem identification, especially in formulating hypotheses in Discovery Learning learning (2) intensifying guidance for groups experiencing difficulties in learning, (3 ) grouping by rearranging the location of each group in the class, (4) directing each group member who has understood the subject matter to be more active in guiding group members who have difficulty in learning, (5) more stimulating or encouraging active participation of students in learning. prove the hypothesis based on the results of data collection, (6) conduct a review and/or reinforcement as well as provide an award or reward. a student of class VIII-1 of SMP Negeri 2 Soppeng Riaja, Barru Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan perhatian orangtua dengan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian orangtua dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV Gugus II Jaling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian orangtua dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV Gugus II Jaling dengan t hitung (2,32467) > nilai t tabel (1,68288) yang berarti bahwa Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhatian orangtua berdampak terhadap respon siswa sehingga memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh.]]>

<![CDATA[: This study is a correlational study that aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between learning discipline and learning achievement of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie, Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. while the number of samples in this study were 47 students. Data collection is done by providing questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis obtained 102 learning disciplines and a percentage of 84.62% in the very good category and student achievement with an average of 84.40 and a percentage of 84.80% in the very good category. The results of inferential statistical analysis obtained tcount (7.9180) ttable (1.67943) at a significant level of 5%. Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between learning discipline and learning achievement of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 25 Mattirowalie, Tanete Riattang Barat sub-district, Bone Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a school action research that aims to improve the quality of teacher performance through the supervision of the principal by providing classroom management information. The subjects of the study were all Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten teachers in the 2021 academic year. The action research was carried out in two cycles with 5 meetings in each cycle. Data collection techniques were Focus Group Discussion (FGD), observation and questionnaires to measure the quality of teacher performance given. at the end of each action cycle. The data collected were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the research analysis show that the results of the quality of teacher performance before the implementation of principal supervision through the provision of classroom management information obtained an average value of 108.3 or were in the medium category. Based on the above analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of teacher performance in Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten has increased after the implementation of principal supervision through the provision of classroom management information.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is a quantitative study using a correlational design which aims to determine the relationship between education level and learning discipline for fifth grade elementary school students in cluster I, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency. The population in this study were the fifth grade students of SD Cluster I, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency, which amounted to 326 students while the number of samples was 81 using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out in this study by providing a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on descriptive statistical analysis, it is obtained that the mode of education level is SMA level. The learning discipline has an average of 93.87 and a percentage of 93.8% which is in the very good category. The results of the inferential statistical analysis showed tcount ttable at a significance level of 5%. Thus H0 rejected and H1 accepted. From the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant relationship between the education level of parents and the learning discipline of fifth graders of SD Cluster I, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency.]]>
