Abstract

Abstract: The developmental study was intended to find out the test result of the effectiveness of writing teaching and learning by using Whole Language approach; and to obtain the appropriateness of the writing teaching and learning model by using Whole Language approach at Elementary schools. The steps of the study included preliminary study, model development, model try out, and dissemination. The results of the study suggested that (1) the writing competence of the students who learnt writing by using Whole Language approach was better than those who learnt writing conventionally; and (1) writing teaching and learning model by using Whole Language approach could be accepted by the stakeholders well.Keywords: writing skills, Whole Language approach, elementary schools.Abstrak: penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menemukan hasil uji efektivan model pembelajaran menulis dengan pendekatan Whole Language di sekolah dasar; dan mendapatkan keberterimaan model pembelajaran menulis dengan pendekatan Whole Language di sekolah dasar. Langkah-langkah penelitian meliputi studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model, pengujian model, dan deseminasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) kemampuan menulis siwa yang belajar menulis dengan pendekatan whole language lebih baik daripada kemampuan menulis siswa yang belajar menulis dengan cara konvensional; dan (2) model pembelajaran menulis dengan pendekatan whole language dapat diterima stakeholders dengan baik. Abstract

Religious orientation is a hidden curriculum that affects the process of implementing education in an institution. This is evident from the existence of various religious activities held at schools to instill students’ religious values in order to make them religious individuals. This study aimed to reveal various religious activities occured as a hidden curriculum in one of the public elementary schools in Kecamatan Kalijambe, Kabupaten Sragen. 2 problems were investigated in this study. The first was to reveal various religious activities and their suitability with the religion professed by students. The second was to describe the process of these activities before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study utilized a qualitative approach because of the suitability of its characteristics to assess and describe the reality that occured. Case study was a form of qualitative research chosen in this study since there were specific problems being studied. The results showed that there were religious activities such as praying before and after lessons, reciting Al-Quran, reading Asmaul Husna, scheduling dhuha prayers, dhuhur prayers in congregation, kultum after dhuhur prayer, routine infaq, saying greetings, and in neat uniform. These activities had undergone the implementation adjustments during the covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan perhatian orangtua dengan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian orangtua dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV Gugus II Jaling. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perhatian orangtua dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV Gugus II Jaling dengan t hitung (2,32467) > nilai t tabel (1,68288) yang berarti bahwa Ha diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perhatian orangtua berdampak terhadap respon siswa sehingga memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh.

Abstract

Masalah dalam peneilitan ini adalah adanya perbedaan pendapat guru kelas dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring mulai dari pelaksanaan, dampak(kelebihan&kekuranngan), dan kesan yang dirasakan selama pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru kelas terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran Daring, dampak (kelebihan & kekurangan) pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, dan kesan yang dirasakan guru kelas selama pembelajaran Daring. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan deskripsi persepsi guru kelas mengenai pelaksanaan, dampak (kelebihan & kekurangan), dan kesan terhadap pembelajaran daring. Mayoritas guru kelas menanggap bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring sudah tepat dilaksanakan. Akan tetapi, masih banyak kendala/kekurangan dalam pelaksanaanya seperti, jaringan dan fasilitas untuk pembelajaran daring masih terbatas. Selain itu, terdapat kelebihan dari pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring seperti meningkatkan kemampuan pendidik, peserta didik, dan orang tua dalam memanfatakan teknlogi. Adapun kesan yang dirasakan guru kelas adalah memberikan dampak positif dan negatif serta memberikan rasa suka duka selama pembelajaran. Berdasarkan dari analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring kurang efektif diterapkan karena pembelajaran daring membuat tujuan pembelajaran tidak tersampaikan sepenuhnya kepada peserta didik. Abstract

Modus adalah tujuan atau fungsi tuturan yang menjelaskan suatu realitas. Tuturan tidak tercipta dari sebuah imajinasi belaka melainkan cerminan atau gambaran dari cara pandang, ideologi, sikap, dan perilaku penuturnya. Modus tuturan sering tidak dijabarkan dalam wujudnya, melainkan berupa bias makna dari pemakaian bahasa dalam tuturan itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, untuk menemukan modus dalam sebuah tuturan, seringkali mitra tutur atau peneliti wacana baik lisan maupun tulisan harus menginterpretasi tuturan tersebut melalui pendalaman dan pengkajian.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan ancangan hermeneutik. Data penelitian ini berupa teks elong ugi dari berbagai buku. Pengumpulan data berupa kajian dokumen (buku). Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti bertindak sebagai instrument kunci dibantu kawan/rekan sejawat yang memahami tentang elong ugi. Analisis dilakukan sejak awal pengumpuan data, klasifikasi data terpilih, penyajian data, penarikan simpulan. Pun analisis data dikerjakan secara hermeneutik dengan model intraktif-dialektis. Maksudnya pengumpulan data dan analisis data dilakukan secara serentak, bolak balik dengan mengikuti mode hermeneutika Recouer, yakni pemahaman secara cermat melalui level semantik, refleksif, dan eksistensial. Untuk memverifikasi semua temuan penelitian, dilakukan triangulasi temuan kepada pakar bahasa Bugis, ahli sastra Bugis, dan budayawan Bugis. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa modus tuturan yang mengekspresikan Kearifan Lokal (KL) masyarakat Bugis dalam Elong Ugi (EU) meliputi: (1) membangun identitas sosial mansyarakat Bugis,  (b) membangun komunitas sosial, dan (c) membangun konsep pendidikan sepanjat hayat.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of school based management in SD Negeri Genuk 01 District West Ungaran in terms of context, input, process and product. This study was qualitative evaluative research using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model of evaluation developed by Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Test validity of data using triangulation technique. The results showed that: 1) from the context evaluation, school based management is needed by all stakeholders of the school to improve the quality of education; 2) from the input evaluation, human resources, curriculum, facilities, and funds were sufficient and ready to be used for the implementation of the school based management in primary School Genuk 01; 3) from the process evaluation, the implementation of school based management was not fully in accordance with the plan, especially in the decision making process and the learning process; 4) from the product evaluation, product (output) produced has not been as expected. It is therefore recommended that the school based management program continued with improvements in program implementation process.

Abstract

Post-merger integration will definitely bring up new dynamics or problems in aspects of corporate culture and human resources. The clash of organizational culture conflicts is a critical factor that determines the success or failure of a merger process, therefore, the topic of organizational culture is an important one to study because, from here, the identity of a business organization will be revealed. Implementation of a good organizational culture will definitely be directly proportional to sharia compliance. Two years after the merger, Bank Sharia Indonesia has shown a positive trend towards the company's performance. The problem of this research can be formulated as follows: how is the strategy of Bank Sharia Indonesia in harmonizing organizational culture clashes during mergers, how is the implementation of sharia values (sharia compliance), and how is the review of maqâsid al-syarî'ah in both of these? This study aims to determine the strategy of Bank Sharia Indonesia in harmonizing organizational culture clashes that arise during a merger and how it is implemented in adherence to sharia values. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study found BSI strategies for harmonizing organizational culture. First, the BSI founder created the "AKHLAK" work culture, called trustworthy, competent, harmonious, loyal, adaptive, and collaborative, which was applied to all BSI personnel. Secondly, they consolidated before the merger the legal action of the three banks in the merger process; BSI did not lay off any of the HR of the banks participating in the merger.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aimed to see the desciptions of the increasing of the number of the Fifth Grade students at SD Inpres 5/81 Tibojong whose his or her science learning outcomes have achieved completeness and incompleteness through the implementation of the Take and Give learning model. The subjects of this research were 20 fifth grade students. The action design in this research consists of two cycles with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collection technique used is a test technique at the end of each cycle. The data analysis technique used is percentage descriptive statistical techniques. The research results showed an increase in the number of students who achieved complete science learning outcomes from 70% complete and 30% incomplete in cycle I to 90% complete and 10% incomplete in cycle II. Conclusion: the application of the Take and Give learning model can increase the number of class V students at SD Inpres 5/81 Tibojong, East Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency whose science learning outcomes reach completion, which also means that the application of the Take and Give learning model can improve students' science learning outcomes

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (CPP) partners are the teachers at SD Inp. 12/79 Biru 1 Watampone, Bone Regency. Objective: To describe the factors that support the achievement of teachers' abilities in training to find the level of difficulty of questions using applications. Data collection techniques included observation and questionnaires. Results and conclusions: the factors are supporting the success of the training in using an application to determine the difficulty level of sums include: curiosity, trainer strategies, a familiar training environment, easy-to-understand teaching/demonstrations by the trainer, direct individual guidance from the trainer, responsiveness to participant difficulties or needs, participants' perceived need for the training materials, systematic presentation of the materials, participant enthusiasm for participating in the activities, and the support from relevant parties.

Abstract

This research is correlational research which aims to: (1) Describe the verbal linguistic intelligence of class V students at SD Cluster II, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency? (2) Describe the ability to write poetry of fifth grade students at SD Cluster II, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency? (3) Find out whether there is a significant relationship between verbal linguistic intelligence and the ability to write poetry in class V elementary school cluster II students, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency? Data collection techniques use tests. The data that has been obtained is analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that students' verbal linguistic intelligence was in the good category with an average of 68.95 and percentage. Meanwhile, the ability to write poetry is in the good category with an average of 69.44 and the correlation between verbal linguistic intelligence and the ability to write poetry is obtained t count > t table (0.585 > 0.207 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected The conclusion of the research is that there is a significant relationship between verbal linguistic intelligence and the ability to write poetry in class V elementary school cluster II students, Tanete Riattang District, Bone Regency.
