Abstract

Motor development is one factor that isi so important in individual development and is associated with maturity and control of body movements. Basically every child’s motor development has differences, because sometimes there is something that can inhibit the development. Trerefore this research aims to find out the efforts made to rain the motor development of children in KBT Haadlonah Darussalam Ponorogo. this research uses descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, dan documentation. As for the results of this study, children are trained to be active and creative in the learning process with all activities such as drawing, coloring, and othets. While for barriers that occur such as the chid’s mood is not good, the child’s independence, the child’s ability to spesk and others.

Abstract

This research is to find out how to improve language skills using pictorial story media in BA 'Aisyiyah Gani Socokangsi Jatinom Klaten children. This research uses a type of classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of this study were children of group A BA 'Aisyiyah Gani Socokangsi Jatinom, Klaten, which consisted of 12 boys and 8 girls. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. While the research instruments used were interview guidelines and observation sheets. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the use of pictorial story media is carried out in several steps, namely: a) preparing materials or learning materials to be delivered, b) conditioning students to be calm and paying attention, c) showing book covers while providing initial stimulation to the children then the teacher begins to read the story entitled "The Story of Uli and Bat", d) the teacher begins to ask questions to the child about the content of the story and concludes the story with the children, e) create a conducive, fun and enjoyable atmosphere, f) motivating students to carry out activities by giving gifts or rewards, 2) increasing language skills in early childhood at BA 'Aisyiyah Gani Socokangsi Jatinom Klaten after using pictorial story media which was originally only 25% increased in cycle I to 55% and in Cycle II reaches 90%. So the increase is 65%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the concept of education in Qaryah Thayyibah Alternative Schools, with the limitations of educational philosophy, educational goals, curriculum, teaching methods, religious education methods, and its graduates. This research was conducted at the Qaryah Thayyibah Alternative School in Salatiga, Central Java. Learning consists of two things, namely a learning society and freedom (free will). The learning societies initiated by Bahruddin, the founder and manager, are understood as people in the community who constantly learn to solve their problems and to improve their quality of life. They study according to their age and occupation level. Old people who are already working to solve problems in their work. Learning citizens have the freedom to determine themselves and choose. All learning citizens, including companions and managers, are free to wish, wish and channel their will and desire.

Abstract

The development of religious values ​​in early childhood is very important so that students have and understand good religious values, so that in living life, children better understand the values ​​of the religious teachings they adhere to and when students enter the next level they already have the knowledge , and good experience. The purpose of this research is to find out what innovations are needed in the development of religious values ​​in early childhood. This research was studied using descriptive methods and a library research approach as a place or source of reference. The results of the study show that the forms of early childhood diversity include Unreflective, Egocentric, Anthromorphic, Verbalist and Ritualist, and Imitative. The innovations made in developing AUD's religious values ​​are through experiential learning, active learning and process learning. The principles of innovation for the development of AUD's religious values ​​are the principles of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP), the principle of enjoyable. One of the learning models that can be used in developing early childhood religious values ​​is the quantum learning model. While the methods for developing children's religious values ​​are playing, field trips, telling stories.

Abstract

Improving human resource management is a continuous process that aims to improve the quality of people in an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of human resource management in Kindergarten Ar-Raif, Kalasan Sleman, Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection methods in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. As for the methods/efforts used to develop human resources in the school, namely by holding coaching, workshops, training, comparative studies, providing facilities and infrastructure that can support learning activities, and so on. In terms of improving human resource management at Kindergarten Ar-Raif, Kalasan Sleman, Yogyakarta, it is good enough, this can be seen from the well-organized academic atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Habituation In Moral Development of Riligion to Behavior of Child Study in Raudhatul Athfal Al-Muttaqqin Pekanbaru. This research is an experimental research using One-Sample Test Pretest-posttest design to know comparison before and after treatment. The subject of this study amounted to 20 children, with the object of ability method of habituation. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. While the technique of data analysis using ttest test using SPSS Windows ver.15. The results showed that thitung =119,979 with Sig = 0,000. Because the value of sig < 0,05 it can be concluded that there is a significant influence after the treatment In Moral Development of Riligion to Behavior of Child Study. So ho is rejected Ha accepted which means there is influence before and after being treated against the method of habituation in children. The influence of Habituation In Moral Development of Riligion to Behavior of Child Study in Raudhatul Athfal Al-Muttaqqin Pekanbaru of 96,10%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the development of interest in kindergarten children through the story telling method. This research uses qualitative research. The subjects in this study were 1 teacher and 31 kindergarten children. The sample used is non random sampling. While the instruments used are through interview techniques, documentation and observation. Based on the results of research in chapter IV, it shows that the development of interest in children has increased positively. Before the research was carried out, there were 10 children who completed the study with a percentage of 32.25% with the "Less" score category. Furthermore, after the first study, the children who completed the overall increase to 19 children with a percentage of 61.29% with the value category "Enough", and in the second study the children who completed the total were 25 children or with a percentage of 80.64% with the value category "Good". Thus it can be concluded that the use of the story telling method is effective in developing interest in kindergarten children.

Abstract

The background of this research problem is that students at RA Salsabila 7 Bakalan are less stimulated by the potential for early reading. In addition, the use of teaching aids is less varied, so that children are less interested and motivated in early reading skills. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a study that aims to determine the effectiveness of flip chart media to improve early reading skills in children aged 5-6 years at RA Salsabila 7 Bakalan. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in early reading skills between children who were taught using flip chart media and those who were not taught using flip chart media, and to find out how effective flip chart media is to improve early reading skills in children aged 5-6 years at RA Salsabila 7 Future Pendowoharjo Sewon Bantul. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, tests, and documents. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach. The subjects used were students of RA Salsabila 7, aged 5-6 years, totaling 12 students. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a difference in initial reading ability between students who are taught using Flip Chart media and those who are not taught using Flip Chart media with the results of a significance level (p = 0.003) <0.05. 2) The use of flip chart media is proven to be effective in improving early reading skills with evidence that the results of increasing student learning in the experimental group are higher by 10.17 or 56.5% and the control group by 3.67 or 33.36%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how to arouse children's curiosity with love and cleverness. This research was conducted at Mardisiwi Kindergarten, Kedondong Village, Kebonsari District, Madiun Regency, East Java. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection by observation and interviews, data analysis and research results in the form of a description. Educating with love is to prove love to children and have a good attitude. While educating smartly is by understanding the child's character, PAUD children develop characteristics, appearance, fluctuating, images, gifts, ideas or ideas, creative, flexible, fun at all times, for me to you, and the times. From the results of the study that educating with love and showing can arouse the curiosity of children in Mardisiwi Kindergarten, Kedondong Village, Kebonsari District, Madiun Regency, East Java.

Abstract

This research talks about the process of learning Islamic characters during the Covid-19 pandemic, which forced schools to change their learning strategies to switch to using online. This condition makes parents (as teacher partners) find it difficult to provide guidance and assistance to students. The object of research is in KB Qurrota A'yun Sleman Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with the research subjects of four teachers and six parents of students. The data collection methods are observation, interview, and documentation. The validity of the data used triangulation to check the results of observations and interviews. The results show that the role of the teacher acts as a motivator for parents in providing direction to children so that they are enthusiastic about collecting assignments that are online. While the development of Islamic character that is carried out is (1) in the realm of worship (congregational prayer, reciting, memorizing short letters, memorizing 10 Asmaul Husna) (2) and in the realm of behavior (speaking politely, honestly, answering greetings and saying greetings)
