Abstract

The problem in this paper is how important it is to raise children's awareness of local culture. The purpose of this paper is how to grow children's awareness of local culture. Culture is also a national identity that should be respected and guarded and preserved so that our culture does not disappear and become a legacy for our children and grandchildren in the future to maintain and enhance positive culture and want to correct, avoid negative culture. This is our shared responsibility, including the younger generation, and we also need encouragement from various parties because cultural resilience is one of the national identities. The way to foster cultural awareness is by instilling an attitude of multiculturalism from an early age, cultural socialization through educational institutions, organizing various cultural performances, loving and maintain their own culture. Introducing culture to children from an early age will teach our children to have direct contact with culture. So that in the future our children will become generations who are proud of their own national culture, love and preserve noble cultural values ​​and can develop attitudes appreciate the diversity of national culture and diversity in religion.

Abstract

Neuroscience is a field of study regarding the nervous system in the human brain. Neuroscience is a new educational system that studies the nervous system. Educators generally rarely pay attention to this problem, resulting in a debate between the two sides of the brain-mind, soul-body, mind-heart. Therefore, education needs to incorporate neuroscience into learning practitioners. Abstract

The purpose of this research is that the writer wants to know how the Management of Learning Islamic Education in Early Childhood at BA Aisyiyah Beku, Karanganom Klaten. In finding the data needed by the author using the method of observation, interviews and methods of documentation. The object of research is the Learning Management of Islamic Religious Education in Early Childhood at BA Aisyiyah Beku, Karanganom, Klaten. After the writer tries to find the data needed, the writer can draw the conclusion that the principal makes the organizational structure in PAUD Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Beku Karanganom Klaten, including coaches, advisers, to schools, secretaries, treasurers, administrative staff, educators (teachers) ), Counseling teachers, pediatricians, operators, and administration as well as office boys. All of them work according to their respective duties and sometimes also work together. With a clear division of tasks, the work at PAUD Bustanul Athfal Aisyiyah Beku Karanganom Klaten can be completed at the appointed time and properly. In addition, there are also Islamic religious education materials, including Dawaamul Qur'an, Pearls of the Qur'an, pearls of hadith, daily prayers, daily dhikr, asmaul husna. In addition, the assessment method has been carried out, namely by observation or observation, conversations, assignments, performance, valuation of works, recording of anecdotes, portfolios.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan mengungkap konsep dasar peristilahan manajemen, tata usaha, administrasi dan kepemimpinan Raudatul Athfal secara mendasar dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan sumber bacaan primer maupun sekunder terkait topic peristilahan tersebut, guna menjelaskan beragam sarana manajemen, hubungan administrasi dan manajemen, ciri-ciri pemimpin yang efektif, serta kepemimpinan yang kharismatik. Penelitian berhasil mengungkap bahwa makna manajemen berarti sebuah proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengkoordinasian, dan pengontrolan sumber daya untuk mencapai sasaran (goals) secara efektif dan efesien. Tata usaha merupakan pengertian yang mengarah kepada pengaturan tulis menulis dan catat mencatat. Abstract

Children are the mandate of God who is born by bringing each other's nature, parents have an obligation to provide the best education for their growth and development and educators are the second parents in the school who will support by stimulating various potential children. The process of growth and development of children sometimes experiences obstacles to achieving the ability of minimum indicators in the school curriculum. Barriers experienced at an early age can be a problem for future child development. The situation that needs to be understood by parents and educators is to equate perceptions of children's problems so that they get guidance and counseling as needed. Problems faced by early childhood usually consist of physical-motoric, intellectual, social, moral, emotional and spiritual problems. The different perceptions of child problems are caused by the behavior, attitudes and abilities that children display when they are at home different from when they are at school. To strengthen the argument about children's problems, parents and educators sometimes have difficulty communicating. Parents do not accept child shortages, while educators face their own problems in school. To get a collective agreement requires effective communication between educators and parents of students. As taught in Islam that to invite to the goodness and truth of a Muslim needs to speak well, not to deteriorate or to find fault with others. Islamic values ​​such as life goals, life tests, the advantages and disadvantages of every human being that has been studied, will be able to strengthen educators and parents in helping to solve children's problems so that they are ready to continue to a higher level.

Abstract

Communication skills are needed for early childhood as a provision in social interaction which includes language skills and socialization. Verbal linguistic and interpersonal intelligence of children is needed in social life. This intelligence stimulation can be done through directed play in dramatic play. The objectives of this study are to know the implementation of the dramatic play in TK Aisyiyah Nuraini, and to know the development of children's linguistic and interpersonal verbal intelligence. This research method is qualitative field research with a case study approach. The technique of collecting data uses in depth interviewing which is reinforced by observation and documentation data. The results showed that first, the implementation of the BCCT method in Tepadu Aisyiyyah PAUD Yogyakara Performance was carried out in an integrated manner starting from the time of welcoming the child to the closing activity. Second, the development of verbal linguistic intelligence and children's interpersonal intelligence arises in the role play center through literacy support, social playing experiences, playing macro and micro roles, extensive playing opportunities, social interaction and communication between peers and with teachers. The results of observations on the development of verbal linguistic and interpersonal intelligence of children based on indicators obtained results that are developing as expected. It can be concluded that the dramatic play can develop verbal linguistic and interpersonal intelligence of children by providing consistent (continuous) and effective stimulation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the formulation of vision, mission, goals and program of PAUD TKIT Salsabila AL-Muthi’in Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that describes real or direct of what is found in the field. The techniques used to collect research data are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that in the formulation and determination of the vision, mission, objectives and programs at TKIT Salsabila al-Muthi'in carried out through deliberation meetings involving the entire stackholder of PAUD institutions. This is done so that the vision, mission, goals and programs that are formulated can represent the wishes of all the PAUD institutions. The formulation of the vision and mission, objectives and programs are formulated in accordance with the indicators to be achieved by the institution based on Early Childhood Education Standards.

Abstract

The implementation of the marketing mix strategy in marketing education services in TK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta aims to find out how to apply the marketing mix strategy in the kindergarten. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which included data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that TK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta used a marketing mix strategy in marketing education services. The marketing mix strategy used is 7P, which consists of: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. The products offered are multicultural schools with cultural insights. The price offered is very affordable according to the needs of students. The place provided is very strategic. Promotion uses the website as the main promotional media. The available people are very professional and competent. Physical evidence provided is complete and in accordance with the needs of students. The learning process uses four learning models, namely: BCCT, area, angle and safety.

Abstract

The research purposes to determine the management of educators and educational staff in TK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta and to find out whether teachers are in accordance with the competency and qualification standards set by the government. This type of research is a qualitative research that is a process of research conducted naturally and naturally in accordance with objective conditions in the field without any manipulation, as well as the type of data collected prioritizes qualitative data. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are the management of educators and education personnel at TK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta through recruitment and coaching. In the qualifications and competency standards of educators and education personnel determined by the government, TK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta already has qualification standards and teacher competencies consisting of pedagogical, social, personality and professional competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of playing sand castles in early childhood and to improve cognitive aspects of early childhood through playing sand castles in Kindergarten ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Tegalrejo Bantul. Indicators of achieving cognitive aspects in this study are children can recognize the size, color and shape of objects through playing sand castles. This research is a type of classroom action research (CAR) which consists of two cycles with four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The first cycle consisted of two meetings, and the second cycle consisted of two meetings. The subjects of this study were students in TK ABA Tegalrejo Bantul with a total of 17 students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that: children's understanding in recognizing the color, size and shape of objects through playing sand castles increased from cycle I to cycle II. Based on observations on pre-action CAR, the success rate of learning to use sand castle play is very significant where the percentage before the action of cognitive ability to recognize the color, size and shape of objects of learners in group A is 29.4%. After the action is increased in cycle 1 by 47.06% so the cognitive improvement of students from before the action up to the first cycle increased by 17.66% and in the second cycle increased to 94.11%. So cognitive improvement from cycle I to cycle II increased to 47.05%. The cognitive improvement of students through playing sand castle increased by 64.71%. The results achieved showed that students more easily recognize the color, size and shape of objects through playing sand castle.
