Covid-19 is a virus that is so small that you cannot see it with the naked eye, you need the help of a magnifying device such as a microscope and this virus is very dangerous which causes respiratory problems in humans and can even kill humans who have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus or other viruses. this crown. Where in general, the community and medical teams diagnose someone who has been exposed to Covid-19 based on a symptom including: fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, unable to smell and feel on the tongue. But not everyone who suffers from such a disease can be classified as Covid -19 disease. So to make sure someone has Covid-19, an antigen test or PCR test is carried out. Examination data related to Covid-19 from the results of symptoms with the results of antigen or PCR tests has been collected and has not been used to diagnose someone who has symptoms of Covid-19. From the problems that exist, the medical team really needs help in diagnosing Covid-19 disease in patients easily and quickly, namely by using the Naïve Bayes algorithm data mining, where the Naïve Bayes algorithm can produce correct and real data. The results of this study are based on the Naïve Bayes data mining algorithm in the diagnosis of Covid-19, namely Alex is positive for Covid-19 while Imam is negative for Covid-19.

The final research report of this study aims to find out how the employee recruitment procedure at PT. Kreasibeton Nusapada, because human resources are a component that has a very important role in a company. In today's technological age, some companies have used certain methods in making choices to recruit new employees. This is because the assessment used to obtain competent new employees should be an objective assessment. In this research, an assessment method will be developed to make it easier for the HRD (Human Resource Department) to select competent candidates to fill certain positions needed by the company. The assessment will be calculated by assessing all the criteria that must be met by prospective company employees, where the assessment is made with standards predetermined by management. The research produced a suitable candidate to fill the position of HSE (Health Safety Environment) staff at PT Kreasibeton Nusapersada, namely Rizki Vadlin with a final score of 1.75 which was calculated based on the Naïve Bayesian Classifier Algorithm. The results of this study indicate that the process of assessing the competence of prospective employees to fill available positions in the company is proven to produce an objective and effective assessment in accordance with the criteria set by the company's managemen.

According to the survey, there are approximately 3,500 types of food and non-food products available at competitive prices, meeting almost all the daily needs of consumers. With a fairly large number of transactions, companies need analysis and classification tools to provide useful information for companies in determining the layout of goods, what goods are most in demand by consumers and others. Determination of the layout of food and beverage products is carried out to make it easier for consumers to find food and beverage products so as not to disappoint consumers in finding the location of which products are suitabel to be combined with other products that are often in demand by consumers so that consumers can save time. Based on the description above, a data mining analysis tool is needed using Association Rules to be processed using the K-Means method. Currently, the utilization of the available data has not been maximized, it is only limited to making reports.

In carrying out their work, every officer or employee certainly has competence that can be relied on. Competence becomes the provision and capital for employees to work professionally. This competency must continue to be honed and improved for employees so that employees' contributions to the agency or organization in the future will be even better. Competence is the main variable that an employee must have in carrying out his work so that the competence he has can help employees carry out their work according to predetermined targets. It is stated that competence is a basic characteristic possessed by a person that directly influences performance or can predict excellent performance. It could be said that competence is what outstanding performers do more often and more. Decision Making on Giving Rewards to PT. Matahari Department store is still not good. This is because subjective elements dominate so that employees with good performance do not have the opportunity to obtain these rewards. In order to provide rewards to employees more precisely and evenly, researchers created a more systematic program design in a Visual Basic Net application system. 2010 by applying a combination of AHP and OCRA methods, where this method makes decisions based on the highest value of each alternative and the values of previously determined criteria. A decision support system is an interactive system that supports decisions in the decision-making process through alternatives obtained from the results of data processing, information and model design using a combination of AHP and Ocra methods. A trial was carried out to enter a data sample of 10 candidates for receiving the reward. With the Decision Support System, it can provide recommendations for reward recipients based on ranking, from 10 potential reward recipients based on the highest ranking, namely: Alternative 1 with a value of 0, Alternative 2 with a value of 0.0339.

The development of information technology is increasing rapidly from time to time, information technology can be felt directly by humans and has experienced significant changes in several sectors of life. One form of progress in the field of information technology is the Internet of Things (IoT) platform. Agriculture is an important sector for people's lives. Hydroponics is a method in agriculture that can cultivate plants without the need for land, but uses water and nutrient solutions as a planting medium. This hydroponic cultivation has many advantages including more practical maintenance and more controlled pest disturbances, does not depend on natural conditions, and can be done on limited land. To optimize agricultural products, farmers need to get nutritional conditions, solution pH and temperature in real time to be able to make the right decisions for what crops to plant. The process of decreasing the temperature from 360 Celsius to 340 Celsius lasts ± 3 minutes. And the provision of plant nutrition is carried out by order through the Blynk application.

Batteries are electrochemical devices as a source of DC voltage that is quite reliable and has high stability, so that the 110 Vdc Battery has a very important role at the substation (GI) to operate the driving motors at the voltage breaker (PMT), disconecting switch (PMS), supply PLC and telecommunication equipment in the SCADA system, as well as protection relays. If the 110 Vdc battery does not work properly, it can result in a major interference with the GI. So to help optimize battery maintenance, it needs an indication tool so that the battery can last a long time and can prevent damage to the battery prematurely. In this study, a voltage drop monitoring and detection system will be designed on 110 Vdc battery cells. The data will be forwarded to the database via the NodeMCU device to be sent to the Telegram application on the smartphone. The test was carried out by compiling 80 battery cells with a voltage of 1.5 volts in series to produce a voltage of 110 Vdc. Test results of the accuracy level of voltage readings achieved an average accuracy of 99.58% with an average difference of 0.42% while the test results of sending voltage data for each group were successfully carried out with excellent response and were able to display data / information on voltage values and conditions in telegram applications.

Determining outstanding students in an educational institution is a decision made based on variables that are considered capable of determining student achievement. Therefore, in its determination, it is hoped that there will be minimal errors, so that qualified technology and techniques are needed. In determining the outstanding students, the K-NN (K-Nearest Neighbor) technique was used. K-NN is a classification technique that is able to handle an object with various patterns in a large number. This method will group the data obtained with neighboring data based on their distance. This method is often used because it is very simple and easy to understand. This research produced outstanding students at Islamic Imam Islamic boarding schools by looking at the variables used as benchmarks for students.

Tourism Ambassador which serves to promote tourism products in an area so that it is better known and attracts domestic and foreign tourists to come and enjoy tourism products in the Central Tapanuli Regency area. To produce competent Tourism Ambassadors, strict and quality selection is carried out. Due to the large number of selection participants, a decision support system was created to facilitate the assessment process. This system uses the VIKOR method to determine the value of the weighted criteria consisting of personality ethical values, general knowledge, appearance, interviews, achievements/talents, attitude in answering questions, friendliness, English and also height to find the best alternative participants. The results of the calculation are then displayed in the form of 6 alternative names of the best male and female participants. Therefore, we need a decision support system (SPK) that is able to help existing problems and make it easier to determine prospective sons and daughters of tourism ambassadors in Central Tapanuli Regency. The decision support system also functions as a supporting facility to determine prospective tourism ambassadors. With this system, it is expected to be able to get an optimal decision system. This study discusses the selection of tourism ambassador candidates by applying nine criteria. These nine criteria are personality ethics, general knowledge, appearance, interviews, achievements/talents, attitude in answering questions, friendliness, English and also height. Data analysis applied VIKOR method for weighting and criteria ranking.

Parking management in the city of Mamuju still uses conventional methods which cause many vehicles to park in random places, such as on the shoulder of the road, causing congestion. To overcome this problem, a system is needed to regulate it. This study aims to design a parking system prototype that can later be applied to office centers, shops, shopping and other public places. The results of testing the system prototype by testing registered and unregistered cards, there were no failures in the reading process. It's just that there is a delay of 5 to process data on the registered card. Overall, it can be concluded that the prototype system is functioning properly.

The need for the staple food chili is quite high, while agricultural land in big cities is being converted into residential areas. Meanwhile, chili plants can grow and develop in a limited environment by controlling humidity, temperature and light intensity. This research aims to analyze a greenhouse monitoring control system for chili plants based on DHT 22 temperature sensor input and YL-69 humidity sensor. The method used is fuzzy mamdani to control humidity according to what the plants need. The system test results can maintain the soil moisture of chili plants at 60% - 80%. The DHT 22 sensor test worked quite well with a error temperature sensor of 0.00% - 1.12%. Overall, the temperature and humidity control system in the greenhouse can maintain stable humidity for chili plants at the desired set point.
