As a prospective professional teacher in the future, especially with the market demand, the primary school teacher education (PGSD) students have the opportunity to have career in primary schools with academic skills. To be able to improve their overall competency, having English language skills will certainly become good value. Especially, if they later have career at an international standard primary school, delivering material in English language is definitely a challenge. However, it does not mean that it is unable to overcome. There are a variety of tips that students can practise in teaching four main subjects, which are mathematics, natural science, social science and civics or citizenship education in English. The PGSD students must have high motivation to be able to master English language for supporting their careers later, thus they are able to become teachers who are not only capable of teaching subject matters, but can also utilise English language appropriately and accordingly. Mathematical connection is one of the abilities that is the goal of learning mathematics. Mathematical connections occur between mathematics and mathematics itself or between mathematics outside mathematics and between mathematics and everyday life. With the ability to connect mathematics, in addition to understanding the benefits of mathematics, students are able to see that mathematical topics are interrelated. Mathematical Connections Ability is important but students who master mathematical concepts are not necessarily smart in connecting mathematics. The SAVI learning model involves activities and connections of the body and the five senses, so that the learning that is carried out gives an effective and efficient impact on classroom management to be better. Students' memories of the material learned are stronger because students build their own knowledge of mathematical concepts and are able to connect the knowledge formed. This study aims to determine the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can improve mathematics learning activities and outcomes in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Tista in the academic year 2019/2020. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that the average percentage of mathematics learning activities in prasiklus reached 37.18%, the average percentage of mathematics learning outcomes reached 64.18% and classical completeness reached 47.06%. After applying the STAD type cooperative learning model in the first cycle the average percentage of student learning activities increased to 58.82%, the average percentage of learning outcomes reached 74.47% and classical completeness reached 74.47%. With the improvement in cycle II the average percentage of learning activities increased to 80.08%, the average percentage of student learning outcomes increased to 82.35% and classical completeness reached 100%. Lontar Text is one of the relics that is loaded with noble values that need to be preserved and disseminated so that it can be used as a guide to living both in social life and religious life. Various ejection are published with the aim to more easily convey the teachings of Hinduism to the public to improve Sraddha and Bhakti, one of which is the ejection of Gaguritan Garuda Nebus Biyang which can be used as an effort to internalize values in basic education. The educational values contained in the ejection of Gaguritan Garuda Nebus Biyang which can be used as an effort to internalize values in basic education are the values of honesty, the value of loyalty, and moral values. The value of honesty is shown by the Garuda when he brings tirta amerta without trying or touching it first; the value of loyalty could be demonstrated by the Kadru when he kept his words freeing the Winata from his culture if the Garuda succeeded in bringing the tirta amerta before him; while moral values can also be seen in the character of the Garuda, which is devoted to parents, shown by the Garuda who is valiant and unyielding to get a tirta amerta. Basically, education is an effort to develop a student’s potential optimally. Character education shapes a child's personality, in order to be better humans and better citizens, so that it is able anticipating moral degradation and have a role in the development of the younger generation. The young generation is the future hope of a country, so the young generation must has a strong character in social life. Character building is an attempt by someone to create his personal character to become a useful person for himself and surrounding. Character education must be built from an early age to make a better future. Social studies learning is really needed in shaping the character of the younger generation, where the role of social studies learning is to develop student’s knowledge, understanding, and analytical skills towards social conditions of the community. The main problem is not yet formed character of students in schools because social studies learning is still at the theory level. In essence, the learning model is an essential part of the learning process. The learning model is a whole series of teaching course beginning to end. Selection of the learning model requires consideration to be applied to learners. The jigsaw model is a cooperative model of learning that encourages students into a heterogeneous small group. A heterogeneous group is a study group made up of a mixed student, both sexes, races, religions, and different learning abilities. The model of jigsaw study implicates a learning process that can enhance students activation and creativity in establishing their opinions of the group. This research aims to provide the effectiveness of the use of innovative learning in the social attitudes of students. Education is one of the components that contribute to the success of nation development. Media is an introduction to communication, one of which is in the learning process. Media as an introduction in the learning process is very necessary to bridge students in learning science. One type of media that is applied in elementary science learning is local culture-based media. The use of this media, is able to increase the understanding and achievement of student learning because learning science elementary schools that are based on local culture is very close to the daily lives of students. In this study a mapping of elementary school science learning grade IV is in accordance with the theme in the 2013 curriculum. Each theme that discusses the subject of natural science is presented through the local culture of Bali in accordance with the learning content. Local culture-based media in learning can be in the form of teaching materials or student worksheets. The presence of local culture-based media is able to increase students' motivation and learning activities which lead to increased learning outcomes. This study aims to increase the interest in learning of class A students in semester 5 of the 2019/2020 academic year at the PGSD study program at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja through the implementation of the Google Classroom assisted demonstration method. The research subjects of class A semester 5 students were 20 people. While the object of this research is student interest in learning by implementing the Google Classroom assisted demonstration method. Data on the results of learning implementation are collected by observation method. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Google Classroom assisted demonstration method can increase the interest in learning of Class A students in semester 5 of 2019/2020 academic year at the PGSD study program at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. This result is evident from the increase in the average of the first cycle of 14.75 to 18.52 in the second cycle. Classical completeness of students also increased from 65% in the first cycle to 95% in the second cycle. Keywords: demonstration method, Google Classroom, interest in learning
