Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts to increase students' understanding of the qiroah aspect through the jigsaw method. The research method used classroom action research, this research was conducted at MTs Negeri Semarang Class IX C with 35 students. The design of this research is planning, implementation/action, observation and reflection. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that in the first cycle students still look confused with their assignments in class. The results of the understanding of the first cycle obtained a score of 131, meaning that students' understanding of the Qiroah aspect was good, and the number of students who had completed learning was 28 students, while the average class of the first cycle was 75,79. While in cycle II it was stated that students' interest in learning material increased. The results of the understanding of the second cycle obtained a score of 174 which means that the students' understanding of the Qiroah aspect is very good, and the number of students who have completed learning is 35 while the average class of the second cycle is 80,48.

Abstract

It is not easy for the student in the present era to define the concept of poetry according to one of the ancients of criticism or creativity. This is because the simplest brick in the concept - which is the definition - has appeared in different forms for many of them; Each world has its own definition, according to their hurricane, culture, and perceptions; Where these definitions varied; Between focusing on meter and rhyme, and between highlighting quantity and quality, and between intent and intention, and between emphasizing systems and imagery. Through these various definitions and entry points, it seems to us how difficult this study lies. To derive the concept of poetry for a critic, creator or poet. Here we are in front of a flag of criticism, trying to define his concept of poetry, and to extract some criteria that make measured speech his poetry. This science is Qudamah bin Jaafar, and our work is based on his book “Naqd al-Sha’ir”, “which is considered the first famous scientific critical impact on Arabic literature, Through this research, the researcher tries to present some of the issues raised by Qudama bin Jaafar to define the concept of poetry in his book "Naqd al-Sha'ir".

Abstract

Performance assesment is a form of assessment that requires students to practice the knowledge that has been learned in various contexts according to the desired criteria. Performance assessment is needed to measure students' ability in learning Arabic objectively. The competencies achieved by speaking skills learners are being able to converse in Arabic fluently and correctly. Aspects that are assessed in the speaking skills assessment include: 1) pronunciation, 2) grammar, 3) vocabulary, 4) fluency, 5) content of speech, 6) understanding. This research is a descriptive qualitative research and type of field research. The data collection technique used was direct observation, interviews and documentation. The performance assessment of Arabic speaking skills of students of the Al-Arobiya level 1 course is carried out in class. Practice Arabic for beginners at the venue by memorizing the lesson text and then pairing up dialogue. Assessment results vary; quite competent, competent and very competent.

Abstract

The implementation of the Natural Method in learning Arabic is very helpful for students to get the experience of learning a second language as in getting their mother tongue. Teachers in this case should not use the language of instruction. Arabic is the language used by both teachers and students in learning. The aims of this research are: first, to find out the implementation of natural methods in learning speaking skills. Second, knowing the steps for implementing natural methods in learning speaking skills. The third is knowing that story-based learning can make students easy to remember vocabulary and easy to use it in sentences. Fourth, knowing the supporting factors in the implementation of natural methods in story-based speaking skills learning. The results of the research that the natural method has been carried out but the teacher is still not consistent in learning that is still translating some sentences in Indonesian. This requires the firmness of the teacher in terms of giving meaning in the mother tongue. The spirit of students in Arabic needs to be motivated by continuing to use Arabic fluently and pleasantly.

Abstract

Students consider Arabic vocabulary to be very difficult to understand, as is the case with pupils at the Islamiyah Islamic Secondary School. Students find it difficult to understand Arabic vocabulary because the use of the educational method is not appropriate in the learning process. This research aims to: 1) To know the process of teaching vocabulary in the seventh grade at the Islamic intermediate school. 2) To know the puzzle teaching aid is developed in teaching vocabulary on the basis of Quantum Learning. 3) To know the effectiveness of developing the puzzle educational tool in teaching vocabulary on the basis of Quantum Learning. 4) To know the advantages and disadvantages of developing the educational puzzle in teaching vocabulary on the basis of Quantum Learning. To achieve the above-mentioned goals, the researcher developed the puzzle educational tool using the development theory of Borg and Gall in seven steps. And the results of expert evaluation of the medium, where experts provide the evaluation of the educational medium in terms of material quality and material content with a value of a factor of 1 which, if described, has a very high validity. The average value of the pre-test is 61%, and the average value of the post-test is 81,4%. The significance value of the data is 0.00. It is known that if the significance value is less than 0.05, HO will be rejected and both data have significance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out broad things about ta'rib/arabization of modern vocabulary absorbed from foreign languages ​​in the scope of IT (Information and Technology) which is reviewed by lexicographic/dictionary analysis. The type of research used in this article is qualitative research using library research methods, namely collecting data and also various information based on literature in the form of journals, research results, other references related to the discussion in this study. As for the results of the research in this article, about 56 Arabic vocabularies were absorbed from foreign languages. There are 7 vocabularies absorbed from foreign languages ​​based on sound. The vocabulary terms contained in Arabic are 49 vocabularies.

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic has forced Arabic teachers to be more creative in choosing learning methods. Arabic as one of the list of difficult subjects and the pandemic period that limits the learning process in schools is a serious problem for Arabic language teachers. Moreover, at the Madrasah Aliyah (MA) level, the learning objectives that must be achieved and the material that must be completed by the Arabic language teacher at the Madrasah Aliyah (MA) level. This research was conducted in class 12 of MA Rohamniyyah Demak. Arabic learning is carried out semi-online or only 50% of the number of students who enter class. Learning Arabic in class 12 MA Rohmaniyyah using the Project Based Learning method. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with research techniques using documentation and interviews. The main subject of this research is the Arabic language teacher. The results of this study are the Project Based Learning method as a solution for learning Arabic in the Covid 19 era at MA Rohmaniyyah Demak. With a semi-online learning process, making the implementation of the Project Based Learning method more effective because the teacher is more focused on observing each student. The Project Based Learning method is a solution for learning Arabic in the Covid 19 era at MA Rohmaniyyah Demak because in its application it can cover the four competencies of learning Arabic, namely, listening (istima'), reading (qiro'ah), speaking (kalam), writing. (book).

Abstract

Learn arabic vocabulary at the Muhammadiyah Vocational School Kartasura offline or face-to-face with students in the class, Arabic teacher's using direct model for teach in front of students in classroom. Steps of learning arabic vocabulary model in Muhammadiyah Vocational School Kartasura is teacher writes the vocabulary on the board, teacher reads the Arabic vocabulary in front of the students and asks students to repeat the reading of the vocabulary on the board, the students write the new vocabulary in the notebook, the teacher asks the students to memorize the vocabulary, teacher asks students to advance one by one, saying the vocabulary they have memorized. Sometimes, teacher gives material to support students in making the sentences because students were not able to form the sentences correctly.
