Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance and environmental performance on the company's financial performance. The population of this study are non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019 to 2021. Based on the criteria determined using the purposive sampling technique, a research sample of 81 companies was generated for three years. The research method used is multiple regression model. The results showed that the independent board of commissioners and institutional ownership had a positive effect on financial performance, while the audit committee and environmental performance had no effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence individual interest in the use of financial technology. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) by examining several factors according to the theory taken. In this study, only 6 interest factors were filtered from several studies, the reason being that it refers to previous research which generally uses the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Research data obtained from the results of online questionnaire collection. The sampling technique used probably sampling method with simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 148 people. The results of this study indicate that the variables of user convenience, social influence, security, usability, trust and promotion are proven to affect individual interest in the use of financial technology. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a structural model (Inner Model) with the SmartPLS application

Abstract

SMK Negeri 2 Batam is a public school established in 2006, accredited "A", located in the heart of Batam, Jalan Pemuda 5, Legenda Malaka. This public school has five academic programs namely Fashion, Hospitality, Tourism, Fashion and Dining. Each program has been designated as a flagship center of SMKN 2 Batam to develop the highest quality alumni as a center of excellence, Education Unit Revised Curriculum 2013 SMKN 2 Batam No 11002210 has a public school status and is named Nursya Form of vocational secondary education (SMK) led by bani divides and supervises several areas including curriculum, public relations, library, information technology, finance, human resources and administration, facilities and curriculum. The goal is to apply the author's skills learned by the author in the information systems study program, specialization in visual communication design and help the school to facilitate the process of teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology today has led to the development of the world of education and one of them is the development of learning media. Learning media is the most important factor that supports success in learning. Learning technology is an application or media that has been designed in a modern way and utilized as theory and practice in learning, as a learning resource. Currently, technology is widely used in the world of education is information technology. But also the development of technology has negative and positive impacts, which are included in the development of technology from a positive point of view, namely adding information, making the delivery of material more interesting, increasing interest in learning. With that, there is also an impact in negative terms, namely causing students to be lazy to learn, immoral violations, the emergence of deviant behavior, misuse of technology to commit criminal acts. The purpose of this research is an effort to find answers to the above problems, the development of technology in the field of education which is a very rapid and advanced development at this time especially in the learning media in the field of education. From the results of this study, the authors can conclude that the development of technology, especially in the world of education, is also stated to be very good so that students do not bore learning, especially nowadays that is increasingly sophisticated using information technology. With this, the answer to all the factors there are benefits from technological developments, namely the existence of new learning methods, facilitating access to learning can be from a distance or close distance, can also search for information using the web, improve learning abilities. Communication as an educational medium is carried out using communication media such as telephones, computers, the internet, e-mail and so on. Interaction between teachers and students is not only done through face-to-face relationships but also by using these media.

Abstract

The National Sports Museum was formed and intended for the public to learn about sports development in Indonesia. This research has the objectives, namely; to explain what the national football identity signs are in the football essay photo at the national sports museum and what football identity is dominantly present in the photo essay, and the meaning of its appearance. This study uses Roland Barthes' semiotics method to analyze the identity of the signs and meanings contained in football essay photos at the national sports museum. The dominant national football identity presented by the museum is football as a recreational sport and as a professional sport slightly raised due to the unstable development of Indonesian football achievements and tends to decline.

Abstract

The development of hypercontent-based e-modules was carried out as an effort to solve problems experienced by students where when students ask the teacher about material that is not understood, the teacher is less than optimal in providing answers for students, because many students ask. This research aims to produce e-module products in IT&K Guidance subjects in grade IX SMP and determine the validity and practicality of the e-module products developed so that they are valid and feasible to use. This type of research is development research known as Research and Development (R&D), using the 4D development model. The development procedure in this study consists of: (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Dessiminate. The validity test was carried out by 3 validators, namely 2 media expert validators and 1 material expert validator. The practicality test was carried out on 30 respondents of class IX students at SMP Negeri 4 Bukittinggi. Based on the results of the feasibility assessment from the media expert, it is categorized as "Very Valid" to be used with an average assessment of 4.64. The results of the assessment validation by material experts are also categorized as "Very Valid" to be used with an average assessment of 4.95. Furthermore, the trial results for the practicality of e-module products were in the "Very Practical" category of use with an overall average of 4.57. So based on the results of the validity and practicality tests, it can be concluded that the e-module product can be developed and practically used.

Abstract

The political contestation event in the Village Head Election which will be held on October 12, 2021, in Cambai Village, Tulung Selapan District, OKI Regency is a form of government authority for the village to regulate and manage the interests of its community following Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and strengthened by the PP of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2005 which involves the participation of rural communities in developing democratic life. The accumulation of capital owned by political contestants in the form of social capital, economic capital and political capital played a very important role in the contestants' success in winning the Cambai Village Head election. conflict and competition during the village head election. Method The research approach used is a descriptive approach Qualitative with the Inductive Sociology method, which is a method that departs from the existing socio-political realities and political events that appear on the surface to be analyzed comprehensively and linked to theories and concepts that have strong relevance. Conclusion: With his social capital strength, Syaipul Mesa managed to win this contest and could beat the political and economic capital ownership of other candidates for the Cambai Village Head, namely Zamharo and Alan Januar. The greater the accumulated capital owned by a candidate, the greater the support they will get from the village community.

Abstract

The code of conduct is a very important tool in realizing and creating working relationships based on the Company's Core Values (AKHLAK). It guarantees the maintenance of good cooperation, the creation of work comfort, business peace, business certainty, and regulates the rights and obligations of workers. Based on this, the Company's Code of Conduct was prepared with the aim of creating harmonious working relationships in order to improve quality and productivity to the maximum. Therefore, the Code of Conduct contains guidelines that become the basis for each employee in working which are prepared to influence, determine, regulate and carry out behavioral conformity so as to achieve consistent results in line with the Core Values of BUMN. Therefore, it is necessary to create a comprehensive measurement tool as a basis for assessing employee performance that can support overall company performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Personnel and Organization Bureau of the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration. The data collection method used for this research is a field study. The population in this study were employees at the Bureau of Personnel and Organization, Secretariat General, Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, Transmigration with a sample of 30 employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was then processed using the SPSS 26 application. The results showed that work motivation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The research limitations only use one independent variable (work motivation) to measure performance, of course further research can replace or add other variables such as organizational culture, work relationships, employee income so that it can measure performance in more depth in order to create new findings in the field of human resource management.

Abstract

PT Freeport Indonesia is a mining company which includes mining, processing and exploration of ore containing copper, gold and silver. PT Freeport Indonesia operates in the highlands of Mimika Regency, Papua Province, Indonesia. PT Freeport Indonesia is committed to providing benefits to the community around the operational area, these benefits are realized through various social investment activities carried out with partners. This study aims to provide an overview of PT Freeport Indonesia's commitment in implementing community development and empowerment that has been going on for the last three years. The research method is carried out using qualitative methods in general, describing a research to be simpler and subjective. Data processing was carried out by studying literature using data from the social investment annual report of PT Freeport Indonesia. The results of this study provide a general description of PT Freeport Indonesia's commitment to implementing community development and empowerment in the operational are.
