Abstract

This study aims to educate early recognition of a good balance of nutritional intake in canteen snacks and staple foods for students at Tugu Elementary School, Cihideung Village, Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency, Indonesia. The age range of the respondents is 8-10 years. Respondents consist of 7 boys and 12 girls. This method is carried out by knowing in advance the knowledge of students with a pre-test which was held on July 19, 2022 for 4th grade students of SD Tugu who were immediately given socialization of educational materials about balanced nutrition such as the importance of good nutrition balance. tumpeng (TGS), 10 Guidelines for Balanced Nutrition, The importance of bringing lunch from home, and reducing plastic waste, then after that do a post-test and question and answer. The results of the study: The provision of good nutrition balanced education with lecture methods and PPT media was proven to be effective in increasing the level of knowledge, attitudes and habits of elementary school students which was proven through post-test and question and answer sessions during the presentation. Conclusion: Education on balanced nutrition through the lecture method and using power point media is quite effective in increasing the understanding and awareness of Tugu Elementary School students about balanced nutrition, as well as sorting out intake and good snacks for students.

Abstract

Green human resource management is currently a trend that has begun to be implemented by several companies in the world. This indicates that the organization has begun to realize the importance of protecting the environment and applying these environmentally friendly practices in organizational performance. In this article, we will discuss the importance of green human resource management and its application in several dimensions. Green human resource management has many positive impacts on the organizations that implement it, one of which is to maintain business sustainability in the future and help organizations to maintain their competitive advantage in the midst of increasingly fierce business competition.

Abstract

Students with special needs have unique characteristics that distinguish them from other students in general. These unique characteristics sometimes cause various obstacles in the learning process. Counseling guidance as part of the education system aims to support the learning process of students with special needs so that they can be more optimal in learning. In its implementation, counseling guidance for students with special needs experiences several obstacles that may be overcome through the application of information and communication technology in the process. This study aims to formulate a model for implementing information and communication technology-based counseling guidance for students with special needs. The research method used is a systematic review of six journals obtained from searching using Google Scholar with three keywords, namely counselling, disability, and information technology. The results showed a variety of supporting and inhibiting factors, needs and targets, as well as the stages of implementing information and communication technology-based counseling guidance for students with special needs. The results are expected to broaden insights into innovative counseling guidance models that can meet the diverse needs of students with special needs.

Abstract

The era of the development of information technology has had a good impact on the promotion aspect. The latest research as of February 2022 states that 68.9 percent or 191.4 million people of the total Indonesian population are active pengguna of social media. One of the social media that is being loved is Facebook with 81.3% pengguna. Facebook is a social media that is considered potential to carry out advertising and sales promotion activities. This study uses an associative quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents who are business people who use facebook ads as a promotional medium. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and statistical data analysis, for hypothesis testing using correlation analysis, path analysis, R-Square, T-test, and Sobel test. The results showed that there was a significant direct influence between advertising and sales promotion on sales volume with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 (X1 to Z) and 0.003 < 0.05 (X2 to Z), as well as an indirect effect between advertising and sales promotion through Facebook ads on sales volume with a Sobel test value of 3.159 > 1.96 (X1 through Y to Z) and area and does not take into account other variables that influence sales volume.2.319 > 1.96 (X2 through Y to Z). Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of the Real Experience learning method can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian Language on the subject of writing free poetry for class VI MI DDI Ujung Lero for the 2021/2022 academic year consisting of 22 students, namely 13 boys and 9 girls. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) consisting of 2 cycles, each cycle of which is a series of activities consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation / observation and, reflection. This classroom action research (PTK) uses data collection, namely written tests, observation sheets and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the achievement of learning outcomes for each cycle with a marked increase in classical completeness criteria. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the application of learning methods can improve student learning outcomes. This can be proven from the pre-cycle results before applying the Real Experience method there were 54.54% (12 students) who met the KKM, while 45.45% (10 students) had not met the KKM increased in cycle I which showed that students reached the 68.18% (15 students) Classical completeness criteria while those who had not met the KKM 31.81% (7 students) with an average score of 77.9. In cycle II, the Classical Completeness Criteria was 86.36% (19 students) while those who had not met the KKM were 13.63% (3 students) with an average of 84.5. Thus, the learning outcomes obtained by students from cycle I to cycle II increased by 18.18%.

Abstract

Pregnant women have a low immune system, making them more susceptible to illness or infection. Pregnant women have an increased risk of becoming severe if infected with Covid-19, especially for pregnant women with certain medical conditions. So you have to get vaccinated against Covid-19. The thing that needs to be reminded is that giving the Covid-19 vaccine does not fully protect pregnant women from the Corona virus. Therefore, pregnant women still need to implement health protocols, so that the risk of pregnant women being exposed to Covid-19 can be minimized. Participants in the activity were 60 people who were taken randomly from 5 classes, 6 people each. To find out the increase in knowledge of elementary school children, a pretest and posttest were held. Implementation of activities in February to June 2022. The output of this community service implementation is scientific articles published in national scientific journals and IPR. The target is to increase the knowledge of elementary school children about preventing hepatitis, teaching hand washing and maintaining health protocols. Based on the results of the pre test and post test, there was an increase in the number of students who had good knowledge from 8 people (27 to 17 people (56%) after the post test. With sufficient knowledge from 12 people (40%) in the post test to 11 people (36%). Students who have less knowledge than 10 people (33%) become 2 people (8%). In the implementation of clean hand washing, students who previously did not understand how to wash their hands properly and were able to carry out how to wash their hands according to what was taught by the Service Team, namely "7 Steps to Washing Hands Correctly".

Abstract

Batik is a cultural heritage of Indonesian traditional artwork that has been recognized worldwide. Almost every region in Indonesia has regional batik that has its own characteristics, including Kuantan Singingi Regency. Batik Kuansing through the love of regional batik can be developed into a fashion trend that contains cultural values of the community. From this reason the author describes a little how efforts are made as a form of love for regional batik so that it can develop into a cultural fashion trend of the Kuantan Singingi community. the method used is a qualitative approach in collecting sources through observation, interviews, and literature related to the love of regional batik as a cultural fashion trend of the community. The purpose of this article is to review and find out more about how the form of love for regional batik as a cultural fashion trend of the Kuantan Singingi community will be published as general information to provide broad public knowledge. As a result, Batik Kuansing as a regional batik can develop into a cultural fashion trend of the community. This can be realized if all parties, namely, the community, the younger generation, the local government, and the batik KUB can work together by making efforts to increase the love of regional batik and cultivate the use of regional batik so that it develops into a cultural fashion trend of Kuantan Singingi society.

Abstract

Research Objectives: To find out partially and simultaneously the effect of competence and compensation on the performance of employees of the North Jakarta Transportation Service Parking Service Unit. Research Methods: Data collection instruments were obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents using google form. The data collection technique of the research sample was using the random sampling method, namely simple random sampling. The results of the study: that partial competence has an effect on employee performance. Compensation partially affects employee performance. Competence and compensation simultaneously affect employee performance. The influence of competence and compensation on employee performance is 56.9% and the remaining 43.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence on gross profit, operating profit and net income by testing each variable to predict cash flow. The research subjects are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019, using Indonesian rupiah currency units in their financial statements and companies that do not experience losses by disclosing and providing the necessary data. The method of selecting the subject of this research is to deliberately take a sample of 45 companies. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis model with the help of Eviews 10 program. The results showed that gross profit has a significant positive effect on cash flow, while operating profit and net profit have no significant effect on cash flow. However, gross profit, operating profit, and net profit also have the ability to predict cash flow. Based on the results of the determinant test, sufficient coefficients are calculated so that the selected model can be used as a future cash flow forecasting model.

Abstract

This objective is to provide a solution so that disputes over warrants in the family can be avoided or at the very least, can be minimized, because every human being will eventually leave this world forever. When a person leaves forever, all of his property, both rights and obligations, will be directly inherited by the warits or his family. One source of disputes in family life is warits property, sometimes in a family that was once united then divorced is the issue of disproportionate distribution of inheritance in accordance with applicable law. Lack of knowledge about the science related to warits, is one of the causes of warits disputes, in addition to the lack of socialization about the importance of the distribution of warits property when the owner of the property has died, the reluctance of the warits to share the existing warits property, whether because of ignorance or because of shyness with people or the surrounding community. The solution that the author offers, among others, is to increase the volume and target of socialization about the importance of the division of warits property when a person has died, in addition to the need to record warits property, and last but not least, it is necessary to legalize it in the Islamic family legislation in Indonesia in order to benefit the community.
