Abstract

Digitalisasi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia membantu perusahaan untuk memodernisasi fungsi SDM dan memberi mereka keunggulan kompetitif. Pada saat yang sama, itu membutuhkan perubahan dalam gaya kerja dan memerlukan perubahan dalam permintaan untuk kompetensi SDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan fenomena digitalisasi dalam literatur, mengeksplorasi manfaat dan risiko utamanya saat ini, dan menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kompetensi dan peran profesional SDM. Penelitian kualitatif mencakup analisis data sekunder yang menggambarkan tingkat keterampilan digital yang ada berdasarkan reaksi lebih dari 7.000 responden dari enam negara anggota UE (Jerman, Finlandia, Inggris, Portugal, Swedia, dan Slovakia). Analisis data primer mengenai kompetensi media sosial SDM yang dikumpulkan di lima negara Eropa yang berpartisipasi dalam proyek SHARPEN juga disajikan di sini. Tren kompetensi profesional SDM saat ini juga dijelaskan dalam makalah ini. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa profesional SDM cenderung sedikit enggan untuk mengadopsi teknologi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya digitalisasi dalam beberapa tahun terakhir bagi sumber daya manusia dan meningkatnya permintaan akan keterampilan digital.

Abstract

Laba merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam menentukan dan mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan serta menjadi pusat perhatian bagi para investor yang membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Perusahaan akan berusaha melaporkan laba yang terbaik bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi manajemen laba. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode tinjauan atau review yang terstruktur sehingga dapat mengidentifikasi faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi manajemen laba. Metode dalam pencarian sumber data artikel dilakukan melalui Google Scholar (2017-2022) yang menyediakan artikel karya tulis ilmiah yang relevan sesuai dengan penelitian. Hasil literatur review dari 35 artikel atau jurnal mengungkapan bahwa pengungkapan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh negatif atau tidak signfikan terhadap manajemen laba.

Abstract

Diare merupakan suatu penyakit yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya frekuensi buang air besar dan berubahnya karakteristik tinja menjadi lebih cair. Seseorang dapat dikatakan mengalami diare jika buang air besar sebanyak tiga kali atau lebih dalam satu hari. Diare dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya infeksi bakteri. Pengobatan diare akibat infeksi bakteri dapat diobati dengan antibiotik seperti sefotaksim dan sefiksim. Pemilihan antibiotik yang berbeda pada setiap pasien mengakibatkan adanya perbedaan besar biaya pengobatan yang dikeluarkan. Pemilihan antibiotik yang memiliki biaya obat yang relatif tinggi belum tentu akan menjamin efektivitas pengobatan pasien sehingga artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ulang efektivitas biaya penggunaan antibiotik Sefiksim dan Sefotaksim pada pasien diare berdasarkan jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelusuran beberapa jurnal terakreditasi di website penyedia jurnal. Data-data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dan dilakukan perbandingan efektivitas biaya antara obat antibiotik Sefotaksim dan Sefiksim. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa antibiotik sefiksim lebih efektif daripada sefotaksim dari segi biaya pengobatannya.

Abstract

Electronics & gadgets, hotels, hospitals, groceries and F&B are the 5 biggest transaction usage at PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. which focuses on shopping activities using a credit card. The number of customer visits fluctuates so much that it is difficult to determine customer interest in buying a product. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics, product categories and merchants in the top 5 MCC (Industry) at PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. There are three variables, namely customer characteristics, product categories, and merchants. Data processing is assisted by the SPSS V.25 application. Loyal Electronics & Gadgets customers are cluster 2. In addition, hotels also have loyal customers in cluster 6. Loyal Hospital customers are cluster 5. PT Bank CIMB Niaga, Tbk. (Card Business) is the 4th Book Bank in Indonesia which in the Usage Partnership Card Business Division focuses on shopping activities in various industries. The number of customer transactions is very fluctuating, making it difficult to determine customer interest in buying a product. The purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics, product categories and merchants in the top 5 transactions of CIMB Niaga credit card users in Indonesia using the K-Means Clustering algorithm. This article discusses how the grounded theory method is applied in a qualitative research. Qualitative research using the grounded theory method starts from data to achieve a theory and not starting from theory or to test a theory, so that in grounded theory research it is necessary to have various procedures or steps that are systematic and well planned. The qualitative research procedure using the grounded theory method consists of several stages, namely: a) the problem formulation stage, 2) the theoretical study application stage (if necessary), 3) the data collection and sampling stage, 4) the data analysis stage, and 5) the conclusion stage or report writing. However, the five stages of grounded theory research occur simultaneously. Researchers observe, collect and organize data and form theories from data at the same time. One of the important techniques in grounded theory research is the process of constant comparison in which each data is compared with all other data one by one. Data can be collected through interviews, observation, recording, or a combination of these methods. The quality of grounded theory research is largely determined by these steps which are carried out properly, correctly, and disciplined.

Abstract

Pendahuluan Masa nifas (puerperium) merupakan masa yang dimulai setelah plasenta keluar dan berakhir ketika alat-alat kandungan kembali seperti keadaan semula (sebelum hamil).Masa nifas berlangsung selama kira-kira 6 minggu. Dalam masa ini alat-alat genetalia interna dan eksterna berangsurangsur pulih kembali seperti keadaan sebelum hamil. Pada masa nifas juga mempunyai beberapa kebutuhan dasar meliputi kebutuhan nutrisi, aktivitas, istirahat, perawatan payudara, perawatan vulva, dan eliminasi.Nutrisi merupakan zat yang diperlukan oleh tubuh untuk keperluan metabolismenya. Kebutuhan gizi pada masa nifas terutama bila menyusui akan meningkat 25%, karena berguna untuk proses kesembuhan karena sehabis melahirkan dan untuk memproduksi air susu yang cukup untuk menyehatkan bayi semua itu akan meningkat tiga kali dari kebutuhan biasa.Nutrisi yang di konsumsi harus bermutu tinggi, bergizi dan cukup kalori. Kalori bagus untuk proses matabolisme tubuh, kerja organ tubuh, proses pembentukan ASI. Begitupun dengan masa Ketika ibu menyusui yang dianjurkan untuk lebih besar porsi jumlah kalori dan proteinnya dari pada ibu hamil, kecuali jika ibu tidak memberikan ASI kepada bayinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh rotasi kerja cecara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP 8 Surabaya. 2). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh rotasi kerja jabatan melalui motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP 8 Surabaya. 3). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward secara langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP 8 Surabaya. 4). Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengharagaan melalui motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP 8 Surabaya. Penelitian ini juga disebut penelitian Untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas, serta lebih dapat memahami isi dan agar definisi yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini dapat diukur serta menghilangkan dan menghindari adanya kesalahan dalam penafsiran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan kuesioner sebagai pengumpul data primer. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 61 orang pegawai PT. Kereta Api Indonesia DAOP 8 Surabaya, adapun metode menggunakan teknik Proportional Stratified Rabdom Sampling, teknik ini digunakan karena populasinya tidak homogeny ditentukan melalui rumus Taro Yaname dan rumus Slovin. Sehingga akan diperoleh sampel berjumlah 6i orang reponden. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah partial least square (PLS).Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa 1) rotasi kerja berpengaruh non signifikan kinerja pegawai; 2) reward tebukti berpengaruh signifikan postif terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) rotasi kerja berpengaruh non signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi. 4)reward berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi.

Abstract

In order to realize democratic principles, which are a reflection of upholding aspects of citizens' rights by the government and upholding the values of justice and social solidarity as well as human rights in various aspects of state life, the application of good governance or a system of good governance is indispensable. One of the concrete manifestations of the implementation of good governance is the realization of the sustainability of BPJS Kesehatan for the community. This study aims to make the basic concepts of implementing good governance in the City of Padang in terms of BPJS Health Services known and well understood by the community and the government apparatus of the City of Padang. This study seeks to uncover the problems that arise and are faced by the Padang City BPJS Office related to the concepts of good governance by describing a number of facts found through observation and interview methods at the BPJS Kesehatan Branch Office in Padan City. The data analysis techniques used in this study include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the concepts of good governance in BPJS Health Services in the city of Padang can be said to be running well, but it still requires improvement in order to obtain a better assessment.

Abstract

This analysis aims to describe students' critical thinking skills in solving Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS) questions. The type of analysis used is quantifiable-qualitative descriptive research. This analyst is carried out for junior high school students. The subjects used in this study were 3 students taken from class VIII, namely 1 student with a moderate category, 1 student with a low category and 1 student with a very low category. Subject taking based on the test results obtained by the student. Arithmetic sequence and series materials are given to see students' critical thinking skills in solving HOTS questions. The results showed that students' critical thinking ability in solving HOTS questions in the arithmetic sequence and series of the four questions given was still very low. Based on the test results and interviews of the three subjects, it shows that students are more likely to find it difficult when entering the stage of analyzing and evaluating. Students often forget the concepts related to the problem, making it difficult for them to solve the problem, especially in the form of a HOTS question which is more contextual and requires a high ability to analyze and evaluate.

Abstract

Coding based on ICD-10 is the process of coding using letters and numbers that represent data components which aims to ensure the accuracy of the selected code representing the diagnosis designation established by the doctor, but in practice, there are still errors from the unclear writing of the diagnosis code. The purpose of this study was to get an overview of the accuracy of coding the diagnosis of Internal Medicine cases and identify the SOP for Code Giving at RSAL Dr. Mintohardjo. In this study, the author uses a quantitative descriptive method. The samples taken by the researchers were 100 which were obtained using the Slovin formula. From a total of 100 samples studied, there were 36 medical record data that were correct in coding and there were also 64 medical record data that were incorrect in coding. It can be concluded that the error in coding the diagnosis especially in internal medicine clinics at RSAL Dr. Mintohardjo is classified as high. Some errors in coding are caused by unclear writing of disease diagnoses, incomplete writing of disease diagnoses, inaccuracy in determining the main diagnosis, and lack of communication between the medical record officer in the coding section with nurses or doctors.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has become one of the biggest shocks to the Indonesian economy. As a result of the pandemic, there was deep pressure on aggregate demand and aggregate supply as well, so the economic output decreased and was not at optimal output levels. This paper will show the business cycle or economic fluctuations that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this paper is the decomposition of Indonesia's quarterly real GDP for the 2000-2022 period into the growth trend and short-term fluctuations using the Hodrick–Prescott (HP) Filter. The results of this study indicate that in the first quarter of 2020, Indonesia experienced an economic contraction and was followed by a recession in the following quarter. After that, economic recovery occurred and reached long-term optimal output after 1.5 years. The characteristics of a recession and economic recovery followed a W-Shaped due to new pressures during the recovery process caused by the Delta variant, so a new recession occurred. By looking at the business cycle of the economy, the government can implement appropriate policies both fiscal and monetary at each phase.
