<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the implementation and impact of muzara'ah on the welfare of farmers and rice field owners in Glinggang village. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data sources used in the form of informants, namely small farmers and rice land owners in Glinggang Village. There are two data in this study, primary data and secondary data. Data in the form of sentence expressions spoken by informants. Collecting data in this study by observation, interviews, and record techniques Data analysis method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method in the form of inductive reasoning. Data verification uses technical triangulation. This research produces (a) management of human data sources and (b) the impact of muzara'ah for the welfare of farmers and rice field owners in Glinggang Village, Sampung District, Ponorogo Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examined how employee recruitment at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Surabaya Region XII Office from an Islamic perspective. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the implementation of recruitment at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Surabaya Region XII Office is in accordance with an Islamic perspective. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research using primary data from interviews and secondary data from company annual data and literature studies. Based on the results of research and previous discussions, it showed that the recruitment at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office XII Surabaya still has not fully implemented recruitment in accordance with Islamic principles. Therecruitment is still centered at the head office, hence the recruitment in conventional and Islamic units are still carried out in the same system. There are no specific guidelines and criterias for recruitment at Islamic unit in Pegadaian. Furthermore, the company also does not require employees to have basic education in the field of Islamic Economics.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the economic problems in society is low income. Economic problems in society often show negative impacts on social life such as poverty, unemployment, so that it can have an impact on low education levels and low income. One of the ways to overcome the problem of poverty is by means of zakat and waqf which are the teachings that exist in Islam as contained in the letter Al-Baqarah: 43. The potential for zakat in Indonesia is quite large in the economy of the people. Based on BAZNAS research, the national zakat potential reaches IDR 217 trillion. This study aims to determine the distribution of productive zakat funds made by the Infaq Management Institute and its effect on mustahiq income. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that the variable productive zakat funds had a positive and significant effect on the mustahiq income variable.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of the sharia banking industry is increasingly diverse, with many sharia products and services, with good corporate governance that is important to practice. The purpose of this study is to prove whether or not there is an effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance on financial performance. The type of research used is quantitative with an associative approach and secondary data. Purpose sampling technique is used as a sampling technique. Sources of data taken using secondary data are time series obtained from the company. The data analysis technique in this research uses data analysis in the form of panel data. The study found that only the audit committee board has a significant effect on financial performance. Meanwhile, other results prove that good corporate governance has a significant role in the company's financial performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Along with the times. The Islamic banking industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly. This makes competition between organizations or industries very fierce. The organization that already to be able to compete if the organization pays attention to the performance of its employees. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction of employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia on Sidoarjo branch. This research design uses quantitative and causal associative with primary and secondary data sources. Classical Assumption Test and Path Analysis were chosen as data analysis methods. With this method, the results obtained have a significant direct effect of compensation on employee performance and indirect effect of compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[The product is subjective knowledge from the producer that can be offered in an effort to achieve goals through fulfilling customer needs and desire in accordance with their capacity and purchase power. About the product then the more noticed aspect is product innovation. Product innovation is the key to winning business competition. This research has a purpose to find the relationship of food products innovation to people's buying interests in Gresik using a simple correlation analysis method to analyze data and use spss program version 24 to process data. This research uses 1 independent variable namely product innovation and 1 dependent variable that is buying interest. The data was obtained from a questionnaire that has been shared with 100 respondents, namely the gresik city community selected through purposive sampling techniques and measured on a likert scale. The results found that food product innovation has a significant strong relationship to people's buying interests in Gresik.]]>

<![CDATA[Every year, the interest of Indonesian to perform Umrah is quite high. However, this conidition is utilized bysome irresponsible Umrah agents to commit bad actions such as giving false promises during promotions. This study aimed to determine theimplementation of Islamic business ethics in marketing communications for Umrah travel at PT Ebad Alrahman Wisata Sidoarjo. This research is a descriptive qualitativethroughphenomenon understanding. Data was collected throughinterviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis used the triangulation method of sources. The result indicated that PT Ebad Alrahman Wisata Sidoarjo has implemented eight mixes of marketing communications through various information media channels, as well as implemented the basic principles of Islamic business ethics, i.e. unity, justice, free will, responsibility and ihsan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze theinfluenceof training and human resource development withIslamic employee performance ofPT Jamkrindo on Surabayabranch. The author use a quantitive research method with an assosiative approach.Thenumber of samples in this research are25 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire and measured with a Likert scale and then processed and with IBM SPSS Statistics 25software. The results of this study indicate that trainingand development, each of which has a significant effect on Islamic employee performance. The training and development variable has a correlation of 81,6%, which means that training and development variable has a positive contribution of Islamic employee performance and the remaining 18,4% is obtained from other elementnot examined in this study]]>

<![CDATA[Pesantren can't be separated from its contibution to educate society, an organization in which was established to be the center of education, religion, culture, and people's economy. Pesantren is one of the empowering institutions and to empower people. This research aims to indentify the potential in pesantren as an independent institution economically and is able to empower people economically. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method by using case study approach. The data collection techinques used were interview, observation, and documentation. The concept of modern independent pesantren of Al-Amanah Junwangi was institutional potential optimization of pesantren itself, without ignoring the concept of pesantren which holds independence in educationg the students. Pesantren is not actually a profit organization, but it can develop itself and provide economical impacts towards people and its surroundings. Strong institutional value in economy gives courage and motivation for its internal society to stand independent econimically. The concept of independence and economic empowerement in pesantren has surely lacknesses because of non-competent Human Resource in its field. However, sustainable evaluation and improvement can be an example of how non-economic organization can empower itself and empowering its surrounding.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to understand whether or not Islamic economics literacy influence college students saving interest in Islamic bank. The sampling technique used in purposive sampling technique with a population of study is college student of sharia economics, sharia banking, Islamic economics and sharia accounting major or study program in East Java which is calculated using the convenience formula. The study used a quantitative research method with questionnaire as the primary data. In testing the hypothesis used simple linier regression analysis techniques. So The result obtained shows that Islamic economics literacy has positive and significant influence to the college students saving interest in Islamic bank with significance value of 0,000 < 0,005 with regression equation as Y = 1,118 + 0,227X.]]>
