Abstract

Taxpayer compliance is an important part of supporting tax revenues to increase. Analyzing the influence of religiosity, tax authorities services, and tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance. This research used primary data by distributing questionnaires at KPP Pratama Cianjur and using convenience sampling and obtained 60 respondents with the measurement method in this questionnaire using a Likert scale as the sample for this research. The results of this research show that partially religiosity does not have a positive and significant influence, but tax authorities' services and tax sanctions have a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance. Furthermore, simultaneously the influence of religiosity, tax authorities' services, and tax sanctions have a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

Certain leadership style factors can be one of the factors that influence employee performance. Employee performance can increase or decrease and can be influenced by authoritarian leadership style and the non-physical work environment in the office. Therefore, researchers are interested in knowing the influence of an authoritarian leadership style and a non-physical work environment on the performance of employees of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Public Works and Spatial Planning in Pematang Siantar. Researchers collected data on 50 employees as a sample of 102 employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show (1) There is a positive and significant influence between authoritarian leadership style on employee performance. (2) There is no positive and significant influence between the non-physical work environment on employee performance. (3) There is an influence of authoritarian leadership style and non-physical work environment simultaneously and together on employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the procedures for applying for and realizing credit at KSP Kopdit Hiro Heling. Research data was obtained through direct interviews with the head of the credit division, training and promotion, observation and documentation. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that loan service procedures have been running well by following established standard procedures and are very helpful in the credit distribution process in cooperatives.

Abstract

MSMEs support most of Indonesia's economic portion. To improve MSMEs performance, it is necessary to develop innovation capabilities, customer engagement, and social media adoption in business. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether innovation capabilities, customer engagement, and social media adoption can improve MSMEs innovation performance which is expected to improve overall MSMEs performance. This quantitative study distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents domiciled in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. Then, the data were processed using structural equation modeling techniques (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results show that innovation capabilities have a directly significant effect on MSMEs innovation performance, but are not proven to significantly moderate the effect of social media adoption on MSMEs innovation performance. Social media adoption is proven to have a significantly positive effect on MSMEs innovation performance. Customer engagement is not proven to have a significant effect on MSMEs innovation performance, either directly or in moderating the effect of social media adoption. This study also shows that there are other variables that can affect MSMEs innovation performance apart from innovation capabilities, customer engagement, and social media adoption.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the system and procedures for settling life insurance claims at the Medan Regional Office of Ajb Bumiputera 1912. The research method employed is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. The analysis results indicate that the system and procedures for settling life insurance claims at Ajb Bumiputera 1912, Medan Regional Office, have been well-designed to ensure effective and efficient services to customers. The procedures include stages of claim submission, verification, evaluation, and claim settlement. These findings illustrate the company's commitment to providing excellent service to customers and reaffirm the public's trust in the insurance institution. In conclusion, the existing system and procedures have yielded satisfactory results in settling life insurance claims, but they need continual improvement in line with technological advancements and customer needs.

Abstract

One of the most demanded categories of cosmetic products is lip cosmetics. However, competition in this industry is getting tougher with the entry of various new companies that offer a variety of products so that the preferences of consumers will continue to change. One of the prominent lip cosmetic companies is the Revlon brand, with its flagship product, the Revlon SuperLustrous Lipstick, which managed to dominate the market and become iconic among Indonesian consumers, but in recent years Revlon lipsticks have experienced fluctuations that tend to decrease on the Top Brand Index and experience a decline in sales in Denpasar City. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing on repurchase intention with brand image as mediation for customers of Revlon lipstick products. This research is a research that uses a quantitative approach in the form of causal associatives. Sugiyono (2019: 65). Based on the results of research analysis, it was found that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and brand image is able to mediate the influence of social media marketing on repurchase intention. Next, brand image partially mediates social media marketing against repurchase intention.

Abstract

The business world in the service sector, such as hospitals, is experiencing competition in providing health services to its patients. This study aims to analyze the role of work stress in mediating the influence of workload on job satisfaction among nurses at RSU Prima Medika. This study used a sample of 117 nurses using the proportionate random sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a survey method with questionnaire and interview techniques. The collected data was then analyzed using path analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, and mediation role testing. The research results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress mediates partially (competitive partial mediation) the effect of workload on job satisfaction. The results of this research can contribute to the two-factor theory and be a consideration for RSU Prima Medika in increasing the job satisfaction of its nurses.

Abstract

Loyalty is a manifestation that is reflected in the attitudes and behavior of employees. Employees who have loyalty will seriously carry out their work and always correct the mistakes they make in their work. This research aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of compensation on loyalty. This research was conducted at Autotama Bali. The population in this study were 43 employees of the Autotama Bali mechanical division. The sampling technique used in this research was a saturated sampling technique with 43 respondents as the sample. Data collection methods in this research used questionnaires and interviews. The analysis techniques used are path analysis, classical assumption test, and Sobel test. The results of this research show that rewards have a positive and significant effect on loyalty, rewards have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, job satisfaction mediates the effect of rewards on loyalty. The implication of this research is to provide additional evidence of justice theory and its relationship with research variables, and become a consideration for Autotama Bali in increasing employee loyalty.

Abstract

Human resource management in government agencies considers employees as operational factors that contribute to the success and efficiency of public service delivery, so it is necessary for government agencies to maintain employee job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the role of work discipline in mediating the effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction of Badung Regency Tourism Office employees. This study used a sample of 94 people using the saturated sample technique method. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and surveys. The data collected was then analyzed using path analysis techniques, classical assumption tests, Sobel tests, and Variance Accounted For (VAF) tests. The results showed that organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline partially mediates the effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction. The results of this study can contribute to the two-factor theory and be taken into consideration by the Badung Regency Tourism Office in increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the influence of entrepreneurial behavior on the performance of Small Micro Enterprises (SMEs) in the culinary sector in Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency. The research was conducted from August to September 2023, using a sample of 40 culinary SME operators, selected through purposive sampling from a total population of 76 businesses. Data collection methods included observation and questionnaires, designed to measure aspects of entrepreneurial behavior and business performance. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, and coefficient of determination tests. The results indicate that entrepreneurial behavior has a positive and significant effect on business performance, as evidenced by a positive regression coefficient between the entrepreneurial behavior variable and business performance. The coefficient of determination value shows that entrepreneurial behavior can explain about 16.1% of the variability in business performance, with the remaining variability explained by other factors outside the study. Based on these findings, it is recommended that SME operators in the culinary sector in the study area enhance their entrepreneurial behavior to achieve improved business performance. This recommendation is supported by the need for government policies and academic institution support in the form of additional capital and entrepreneurship training.
