Education is an attempt to improve human thinking, maturity, and behaviour. Education changes the mindset of humans for the better, therefore every humanbeing is entitled to an education. Various educational institutions strive to provide the best educational services to develop science and student achievement. In this case, student management has a very important role in improving the achievement, learning ability, talent and ability of learners and coaching in order to improve the thinking power of learners both in academic and non-academic fields. When viewed from the data source, this study uses primary data and sounder data. While the type of data, the approach used includes qualitative research that produces descriptive data, data collection techniques in this study using three techniques, namely interviews, observations, and documentation to the parties concerned.

The way educators maintain the emotional intelligence of their students is as follows: 1) giving group assignments outside the school environment, 2) involving students in social activities, 3) the teacher's role model approach. The way educators maintain the spiritual intelligence of their students is by guiding, introducing and bringing their students closer to religious rituals, such as: 1. Performing the Duha prayer in congregation at the mosque in the madrasa environment, 2. Reading the Qur'an with tartil after the duha prayer at the mosque in the madrasa environment 3. Performing the noon prayer in congregation at the mosque in the madrasa environment. Broadly speaking, the responsibility of an educator is to maintain the intelligence that exists in each of his students. This intelligence must be nurtured so that students can grow and grow into intelligent human beings and are ready to face all challenges in the future. Among the intelligences that need to be nurtured by an educator are as follows: intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence.

This research was motivated by the problem of learners still having difficulty in memorizing Arabic vocabulary. Learners are crowded themselves, the concentration of learning is less and the lack of use of interesting learning media, especially in Arabic vocabulary materials, which results in the ability to memorize the vocabulary of learners is low. To address the problem, the researcher is interested in using the mufrodat card media. The formulation of the problem in this study is "Is the use of mufrodat card media able to improve the ability to memorize arabic vocabulary of students of class X Religion MAN 1 Gresik?". This class action research aims to "Knowing the use of mufrodat card media in improving the ability to memorize Arabic vocabulary in students of class X Religion MAN 1 Gresik. This research is a class action research (PTK). The subjects of this study were class X Agama learners who numbered 33 learners. This study was conducted in two cycles. Based on the results obtained during the implementation of class action research, it can be explained that: the results of improving the ability to memorize learners after applying the mufrodat card media. In the pre-cycle completed learners amounted to 9 (34.62%) and the incomplete 17 (65.38%). In cycle I experienced an increase in completed learners amounting to 14 (53.85%) and the incomplete amounted to 12 (46.15%). In cycle II there was an increase from 26 completed learners 20 (76.92%) who were not completed 6 people (23.08%). Based on the results of research and data analysis it can be concluded that the use of mufrodat card media can improve the ability to memorize the Arabic vocabulary of students of class X Religion MAN 1 Gresik.

Abstract : The Qur'an is the word of Allah, which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad through the Angel Gabriel, which is written in the Mushaf and reached us by oral route, was read by him to his companions, and continues to us in a mutawatir way, reading it is worship. which begins with Surah-Fatihah and ends with Surah an-Nas. Al-Qur'an is a holy book for Muslims all over the world, as well as a guide for all mankind. Whoever speaks with the Qur'an, then he speaks the truth. So whoever turns away from the Qur'an, and turns to other directions, he will surely go astray. Gabriel's method is needed to accelerate the process of learning to read the Qur’an correctly, tajwid and fulfill other reading rules. The biggest problem for Muslims is precisely their inability to read the Koran correctly. sadly, this figure reaches 65% of the population of Indonesian Muslims. Jibril's method helps provide solutions to these problems, practical, effective and accurate. Especially when we are dealing with Imams of Mosques and Mushollas, who are not able to read the Qur'an properly and correctly.

Investment is a commitment or decision regarding several funds, as well as other aspects that are carried out and started in the present, but the benefits are expected to be obtained in the future. This investment can also be related to various activities. Government investment means that the central government invests various funds and commodities to invest in long-term purchases of securities and assets. This research was created and conducted through quantitative descriptive research. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of national investment in the form of infrastructure expansion on the unemployment rate and income of the population of North Sumatra. In general, the existing infrastructure development in North Sumatra has significantly reduced the unemployment rate in North Sumatra. Investment in the form of infrastructure development has a positive, but not significant impact on job opportunities in North Sumatra Province. The increase or decrease in the value of the incoming investment does not significantly affect the increase in the percentage of employment opportunities in North Sumatra.

Customary law is the values that live and develop in the community of a region. Although most customary law is unwritten, it has a strong binding force in society. In fact, customary law is still needed in responding to the complexity of the vortex of globalization. Customary law is the values (truth and justice) that live in society. and applies in the community (living live), namely customary law is made part of national law. This affirmation relates to the inclusion of two new articles in the second amendment to the 1945 Constitution, namely Article 18 B Paragraph (2) which states that the state recognizes and respects customary law community units and their traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with community development and principles. The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia as regulated by law. Next, Article 28 1 Paragraph (3) which states that the cultural identity and rights of traditional communities are respected in line with the development of the times and civilization. The existence of customary law as a form of law that is recognized for its existence in the life and legal culture of the Indonesian people is stated in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia or for short the 1945 Constitution, namely in Article 18B paragraph (2) which stipulates “The State recognizes and respects the unity of the people of Indonesia. "Indigenous peoples and their traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with the development of society and the principles of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, which are regulated by law". The explanation regarding the recognition of customary law by the State is also contained in Article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution which stipulates "All citizens have the same position in law and government and are obliged to uphold the law and government with no exceptions", which from the formulation of the provisions From this it can be concluded that both civilians and government apparatus without exception are required to uphold the laws that apply in the life and legal culture of the Indonesian people, be it criminal law, civil law, or customary law.

The background of writing this article is that there are still many assumptions that education in Islamic boarding schools is a form of backwardness in the midst of the progress of the times, whereas in reality if you look at the field the products in Islamic boarding schools are not inferior to other education. So the author wants to provide a portrait of Islamic boarding school wisdom that must be imitated and adapted in formal education as an effort to find solutions to problems from various gaps in the form of violence, morality and character building towards an intelligent, inclusive and wise society. Pesantren not only teach religious understanding, but are also able to see religion based on its context, and still prioritize the values of local wisdom. Kiai as a leader in the pesantren always provides knowledge and values that can be realized in life. Islamic boarding schools teach to adapt to cultural variants by not leaving the pesantren culture. The adaptation of the pesantren education system in the modernization era is the adjustment of the pesantren education system to the modern system method, namely the adjustment of traditional system methods in the current modernization era. Adaptation of the pesantren education system means the use of learning methods that can be accepted from all students and with a novelty system, Islamic boarding schools are not easy to throw away with old culture or learning method systems such as wetonan, bandongan and so on, Islamic boarding schools continue to take the old method and also have the development role by taking the current system or method in accordance with the times. From here, Islamic boarding schools can adapt according to the conditions of Islamic boarding schools in the modernization era.

The purchase decision is an act of consumers to choose the preferred product with a variety of existing choices or in the presence of other alternatives. In this thesis entitled "The Influence of Lifestyle, price and product quality on smartphone purchasing decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic (Case Study in Pare-Kediri Cell World)". The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of lifestyle, price and product quality on smartphone purchasing decisions during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research, with data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique with random sampling method. then obtained a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of lifestyle, price and product quality have a partial influence on smartphone purchasing decisions. It is proven by the lifestyle variable that has a sig value. < 0.05 and tcount 5.055 > 1.9860 ttable, the price has a value of tcount 4.668 > 1.9860 ttable, and the value of product quality is tcount 2.201 > 1.9860 ttable. With the results of the simultaneous test (F) on the three variables, together have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount 236, 705 > 2, 703 t table. With an R Square value of 0.885 or 88, 5%.

Classroom arrangement is an important part of supporting the importance of education. Sometimes the arrangement of classrooms is not paid attention to, so that learning is not optimal, with this research, it aims to make educators aware of the importance of good classroom arrangement, in order to achieve the goals of an education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods or types, meaning to explain, describe or describe things in improving the learning achievement of eighth grade students of MTs Aulia Cendekia Palembang. Then the techniques used to collect research data are observation, interviews and documentation. This technique must be used during field reseach, in order to obtain the necessary data. Furthermore, after the data has been collected using these techniques, the next step is data analysis techniques, with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The implementation of claasroom arrangement plays a major role in helping to create a learning process that is in accordance with the learning objectives. The arrangement of the classroom includes arrangement of student seating according to the physical condition of the student, arrangement of learning tools that are stored and used properly, installation of student work which includes forms of creativity and innovation of students, as weel as adequate lighting arrangements. Adequate in the importance of structuring the classroom. The results of this study are expected to be able to provide understanding to prospective teachers and become an evaluation for teachers that the implementation of classroom arrangement is important.

Penentuan Arah Kiblat Menggunakan Kompas Easy Qiblat 3 In 1 Pada Handphone Android ( Study Penelitian di Masjid An Nur Pare Kediri) Sapri Ali; Muhammad Ansori

The problem is the variety of tools used in determining the Qibla direction, both classical and modern, for example using a special stick, Global Qibla Rashdul, local Qibla rashdul, theodolite, miqyas, rubu 'mujayyab, theodolite, GPS (Global Positioning System) and others. So that the figures of astronomy sometimes differ in terms of determining the direction of the Qibla. The more sophisticated these tools, the higher the azimuth data accuracy will be. With the development of time found a tool that shows the direction of the wind called a compass. The compass is made of a magnetic needle which consists of two poles, namely the north and south poles and is equipped with a protractor, so that this compass pointing tool is very useful for Muslims and can determine the Qibla direction. Even with the development of the compass era, you can also use Android phones, one of which is using the Easy Qibla 3 In 1 Compass. From the description above, the author is interested in discussing more deeply about the 3 in 1 easy qibla compass which has its strengths and weaknesses. In this study, the issue discussed is how is the level of accuracy in determining the Qibla direction using an easy Qibla 3 in 1 compass on an Android phone? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each Qibla direction determination using an easy Qibla 3 in 1 compass on an Android phone? The type of research used by this author is classified as field research using qualitative, descriptive (descriptive approach) methods, which aims to better understand the 3 in 1 easy qibla compass on mobile phones in terms of weaknesses and strengths. where the primary data is data obtained directly from the results of observations, kompas easy qiblat 3 in 1. The secondary data are all documents in the form of books, writings, journals, papers related to the object of research. The findings from this research are that when the practice of measuring the Qibla is not the same, there is a difference of about 0˚ 8′ 52.42ʺ which if made in meters from the east to west line distance which is both 9 meters produces a difference of about 0.03 meters . According to the author, this is still within reasonable limits or allowed deviation categories. maybe this is due in part to the advantages and disadvantages of the tool. The advantages of the Easy Qibla 3 in 1 compass, such as how to use it is relatively easy, still functions in all kinds of weather and conditions, easy to use for ordinary people or not especially astronomers, easy to carry everywhere. While the drawbacks, such as being prone to electric current flowing in the conducting cable, electronic objects that contain magnets, for example: speakers, televisions, radios, telephones, and others, and are also prone to buildings that contain a lot of metal objects.
