Abstract

Studies related to the development of instruments to measure the use of online comics as an educational media in tertiary institutions are still limited. A survey study was carried out on 60 students from various study programs at open university. The data collection was done using an online questionnaire. The data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis assisted by SPSS version 23.00 for Windows. The results of this study showed that: 1) the preparation and development of an evaluation instrument for the use of online comics for students was carried out using a theoretical development model to test seven research constructs; 2) the results of the construct validity and reliability testing indicated that the validity of the evaluation instrument for the use of online comics for students met the valid criteria because the value of r-count more than r-table (r-count more than 0.254); and 3) the reliability of the online comic use evaluation instrument for students that had been compiled and developed in this study also fulfilled the high category as indicated by the alpha Cronbach reliability coefficient of 0.980. This indicates that the instrument developed meets the requirements to be used in measuring the use of online comics for students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bentuk implementasi dari Pengembangan Media dan Sumber Belajar IPA (sains) yang berupa pemanfaatan limbah rumah tangga (sampah anorganik) berupa Bingkai cantik. Media belajar menjadi strategi yang jitu dalam pengelolaan sampah anorganik atau sampah plastik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan valid dan memenuhi kriteria kelayakan. Implementasi media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan di kelas dapat meningkatkan keaktifan peserta didik sehingga dapat mengembangkan kretivitas peserta didik. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pengetahuan terhadap peserta didik dan semua masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan sampah anorganik, dan dapat memanfaatkan sampah anorganik sebagai Media Pembelajaran khususnya IPA

Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum in learning uses a scientific approach, student-centered learning, integrated learning, developing of students' thinking skills, instilling spiritual and social attitudes, as well as exploring students' communication and collaboration skills. Based on the literature review, many schools teach science partially. It turns out that teachers face many obstacles when implementing integrated science learning. One of them is the difficulty of teachers designing integrated science learning models, causing the learning process not to achieve the desired results. It affects students' low learning outcomes and cognitive abilities. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect and effectiveness of the Integrated Science learning model on science learning in junior high schools. The method used is a systematic literature review using PRISMA diagrams. The database used to search for literature is two digital libraries, namely Google Scholar and Mendeley. Literature screening was conducted to obtain scientific article publications from 2017 to 2021, which discuss using the Integrated Science learning model in science learning in junior high schools. The results of the scientific article search contained eight articles that would be analyzed and synthesized. The analytical technique used is the narrative method by grouping the extracted data. The results of this study affect students due to the use of the Integrated Science learning model, namely in terms of learning outcomes, 21st-century skills, and attitude competence. The use of the Integrated science learning model has proven to be effective in the science learning process in junior high schools.

Abstract

Community Service Program was implemented based on problems faced by elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru, including: 1) lack of motivation, knowledge and skills possessed by community and elementary school teachers to improve their creativity and innovation in knitting; 2) lack of community knowledge and creativity to increase economic growth; and 3) lack of guidance from related parties to community and elementary school teachers regarding motivation, creativity, and communication skills. Based on some problems identified, a problem resolved in this activity was: giving assistance in making bags through knitting skills for elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru, Riau. Furthermore, there was also guidance on becoming an MC and other official activities to help participants to be individuals who had confidence and good motivation. The community service activity carried out was Participatory Action Research (PAR) which was conducted using a descriptive approach method. Importantly, population in this study were teachers in Riau Province, especially elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru. Sample of service was chosen by purposive sampling, obtaining elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru. Results of activity could be declared successful in overcoming the problem. It was shown by teachers who strongly agreed with the existence of community service activity as an effort to develop competence, particularly in terms of community economic development through knitting and communication skills for teachers in Pekanbaru.

Abstract

The implementation of this online seminar/webinar service program aims to fortify/self-restrain in the face of difficulties during the pandemic with a religious or religious process. This is important because religion or religion can minimize stress and mental health that occurs at this time. This service activity was carried out with Participatory Action Research (PAR) using a qualitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was Labuhan Papan Village. The sample service involved 100 people from Labuhan Papan Village. Data was taken using a questionnaire instrument (questionnaire) to find out/impression of the implementation of the service program. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the online program seminar increases the religious/religious feeling of the people of Labuhan Papan Village in carrying out worship activities by following the health protocols set by the government. For this reason, it is hoped that the people of Labuhan Papan Village will support, carry out activities by implementing health protocols, and carry out similar activities in different places so that information and knowledge can be disseminated to the entire community of Rokan Hilir Regency.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesan guru terhadap program pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran yang telah dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Peserta yang mengikuti program pelatihan terdiri dari 45 orang guru SD Lubuk Raja Kabupaten Pelalawan. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan SPSS versi 26 for windows. Penilaian kesan program pengabdian terdiri dari 3 konstruk yang mana hasil dari konstruk materi diperoleh rata-rata 4.48 dengan kategori baik, konstruk penyampaian materi diperoleh rata-rata 4.41 dengan kategori baik dan konstruk diskusi/ tanya jawab diperoleh rata-rata 2.83 dengan kategori baik. Sehingga dapat ditarik sebuah kesimpulan bahwa program pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran memiliki kesan yang baik bagi peserta

Abstract

This service activity aims to provide teachers with skills in improving understanding and skills in implementing online learning. The problems faced include those related to learning at school which is done online and this makes it difficult for those who have not done it before. The implementation method used in solving these problems begins with the socialization stage, participant recruitment, implementation of service and assistance, monitoring and evaluation. The socialization stage is carried out through survey methods and interviews at the service location. Next, the team determined the solutions and things needed by SMAN 1 Ujung Batau. At the implementation stage, participants are invited to actively participate in direct involvement in gaining experience in providing quality learning media during the pandemic, and how to develop online learning procedures. This activity resulted in being able to help SMAN 1 Ujung Batu in improving the ability of SMAN teachers in Ujung Batu to be able to implement online learning. However, the participants were still relatively unfamiliar in using some software/software to support online learning.

Abstract

Perubahan kurikulum selalu terjadi menyesuaikan kebutuhan dan kondisi di lapangan. Mendikbud langsung meluncurkan program Merdeka belajar, hal ini disambut dengan kondisi dilapangan yang serba mengkhawatirkan karena adanya musibah yang melanda tidak hanya Indonesia tetapi juga dunia. Musibah tersebut yaitu berupa pandemic corona yang sangat mempengaruhi sendi-sendi kehidupan termasuk ekonomi, pendidikan. Tentu program ini sangat terkait dengan adanya penggunaan dan pemanfaat tekhnologi informasi dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Untuk mendukung program merdeka belajar maka pengabdi ingin melakukan pelatihan dan bimbingan teknis pemanfaatan tekhnologi informasi dalam pembelajaran. Dalam pengabdian ini akan melibatkan para guru di Pelalawan. Pelatihan ini memberikan implikasi bagi guru SD untuk memanfaatkan TIK dalam pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Sebuah hasil belajar merupakan sebuah proses komunikasi yang terjadi antara seorang pendidik dan peserta didik yang terjadi dalam lingkungan belajar. Dengan itu disini melakukan penelitian Penelitian Tindak Kelas ( PTK ) guna meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa disini dngan menggunakan metode Make a Match. Dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 9 siswa yang berada dikelas IV SD Negri 013 Laboy Jaya. Penelitian menggunakan sebujah penelitian PTK yang terdiri diantarana yaitu pendahuluan, perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan yang terakhir evaluasi. Disini diketahui dalam penelitian PTK ini dari siklus I dan siklus II terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar mencapai 100% yang bias dbilang ketuntasan yang didapat peserta didik. Bagi pendidik dapat menggunakan metode Mke a Match dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dama mata pelajaran PKn

Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan suatu bentuk keahlian yang didapat oleh peserta didikmelalui proses aktivitas pembelajaran di jenjang pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti ingin melakukan penelitian PTK sebagai upaya meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS berbasis Role Playing. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 orang di kelas IV SDN 005 Petapahan Jaya. Penelitian yang dilakukanini menggunakan penelitian berbentuk PTK yang terdiri dari pendahuluan, perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi (evaluasi). Bentuk dari hasil penelitianini diketahui bahwa ketuntasan belajar pada siswa meningkat dari awal siklus I sampai ke siklus II sebanyak 85% dinyatakan tuntas. Untuk itu para guru dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis role playing (Bermain Peran) dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS.
