Abstract

NAPZA stands for Narcotics, Psychotropics, and other Addictive Substances. The use of drugs is very dangerous for both mental and physical health of users. Drug users are at risk for impaired brain development, suicide and depression, memory loss, high risk for sexual behavior, addiction, impaired decision making, poor academic performance, violence, and motor vehicle accidents. Adolescent development is very vulnerable to the influence of the environment in everyday life. The transition period of adolescent development from children to adults is not only about age but also involves biological, cognitive, and socio-emotional changes. Changes in children's behavior, some in a positive direction and some in a negative direction. One of the negative behaviors is teenagers with habitual behavior of consuming alcohol. The many impacts experienced by drug abusers so that a treatment program is needed for those who have experienced drug abuse and anticipation for those who have not been entangled in using drugs, especially from the age of teenagers/students. This service is carried out on 12th grade high school students who are students of transition age to adolescence because in the next 3 years they will move into the teenage level. Through this service activity, it is expected to be able to provide understanding to SMAN 13 Takalar students about the dangers suffered by drug abuse, types and types of narcotics and how to overcome them. The method used provides a presentation of the correct understanding of drugs, discussions, questions and answers, the dangers and effective steps so that students can suppress negative behavior and abuse of drugs and harmful additives. In the activities carried out for approximately 4 hours, the children were very enthusiastic and became aware of the definition, forms, uses and dangers of drugs and committed not to use them in the future. Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity is carried out with the aim of creating an additional learning platform by providing socialization or explanations and motivation about how important education is today, as well as generating potential in adolescents and about how to motivate them to continue their education in higher education. It is hoped that a good level of education and adequate skills can improve the quality of human resources so that development can run well too. The method of implementing this activity is to provide socialization that contains (motivation) to youth and the community in Gunung Kelambu village, Badiri sub-district, Central Tapanuli Regency. The results of this activity are expected to increase the understanding of parents in the village of Gunung Kelambu, Kec. Badiri Kab. Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) are based on phenomena that occur in the community related to the low independent character developed by the younger generation through entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, education is very important as a forum for developing the talent and potential of the younger generation to be able to create products that can be produced and sold to consumers. It is hoped that this activity will be able to move the character of the younger generation by approaching education and training on entrepreneurship. The method of implementing this activity is to provide educational outreach and entrepreneurship training through the production of Kremes bananas so that they can be used as income-generating products. This service is carried out for teenagers in the village of Siporas, Pinangsori District, Central Tapanuli Regency. The results of this activity are expected to be able to improve the understanding and independent character of the younger generation in the village of Siporas, Pinangsori District, Central Tapanuli Regency. As well as motivating them that education and entrepreneurship are two things that complement each other in order to create independent characters for the younger generation. Abstract

The pandemic is indeed scary but also a challenge. In the midst of the threat of a pandemic, people must rise up so that there is no dilemma; just staying at home ends up starving, going out of the house is threatened with Covid-19. By adding knick-knacks in the mask without having to reduce the main function to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 so that consumers will later be interested in the market share. creativity in making masks with added knick-knacks such as adding crystal sequin stones, ribbons and others make it unique. With the implementation of this Community Service, it is hoped that the women of the Gunung Kelambu village community can increase their knowledge about the creativity of making masks and promising business opportunities to be applied in daily activities. The only chance to survive and continue this life is to open up new opportunities. In addition to the motivation to unite, remind each other of our abilities, together to rebuild a good life in the midst of a pandemic is very important. In a slumped situation like today, everyone must remind each other that Bali will survive in any situation. Even in a pandemic situation like today. The most important thing here is the support from the local government to support and support them, provide space for creativity for their creative work, open space for distribution or distribution of their work, encouraging that the people of Gunung Kelambu village can overcome this slumping situation. Abstract

Circulation and abuse of drugs is one of the national problems that is considered serious by the government, because it can cause damage to the nation's morale. Therefore, the government pays great attention to the handling of drug abuse. In our country, the problem of widespread drug abuse is increasing. The domino effect resulting from drug abuse is also increasingly diverse, and efforts to overcome drug abuse are steps that are not easy to implement. Abusers are people who use Narcotics without rights or against the law. When a person abuses Narcotics continuously, then that person will be in a state of dependence on Narcotics, both physically and psychologically. Narcotics dependence is a condition characterized by an urge to use Narcotics continuously with increasing doses to produce the same effect and when its use is reduced and/or stopped suddenly, it causes characteristic physical and psychological symptoms. Society has an important role in preventing and overcoming drug abuse. For this reason, community leaders can carry out the following things: Understand the problem of drug abuse, prevention and control. Observe the situation and environmental conditions. Galang community potentials that can help implement the prevention, especially parents, teenagers, schools, social organizations in the community in Indonesia. around the environment. Abstract

Community service activities by universities must always be directed at activities that have an impact and benefit directly felt by the user community and have an orientation that is directed at solving problems faced by the community as well as directed at efforts to foster MSME business actors in order to improve the quality of the community's economy. This method of implementing Community Service (PKM) activities is a combination of financial bookkeeping training and socialization and understanding of the process of utilizing KUR funds in banking for MSME business actors in Kebun Pisang Village, Badiri District, Central Tapanuli Regency. This activity is expected to be able to increase understanding of the company actors who are present in micro and small, which have a simple place of business, and have weaknesses in simple financial records without an entry date and the company will slowly lose money. The results of this activity are expected to contribute ideas about knowledge and skills in maintaining or opening new businesses/businesses and increasing profits so that existing businesses can further develop by finding solutions in capital, namely by bringing together MSME business actors with investors in this case. banks to invest in the form of offering KUR loan funds for MSME business actors in Kebun Pisang Village. Fire is one type of disaster that is quite potential to leave large losses if it does not get sufficient attention and handling in disaster mitigation efforts. Many people still do not understand the concept of disaster preparedness in tackling the bad impacts caused by disasters. counseling on disaster preparedness to heads of families in Lereng village, district. Kuok. Which can be identified in several specific problems, namely whether there is an impact of disaster preparedness counseling on increasing the knowledge of family heads in Lereng village, Kec. Kuok. However, after participating in community outreach activities, they will be able to understand the meaning of disaster, factors causing fire disasters, disaster preparedness, activities in disaster preparedness and benefits in preparedness. This community service activity aims to grow and increase community knowledge, especially family heads related to fire disaster preparedness that is at risk of occurring in slope villages, Kec. Kuok. This activity will be carried out using several methods, namely lectures and questions and answers. Participants in this service activity are community heads of 35 people. Regarding the problems faced by partners, the lecturer as the executor of community service (PKM) together with 3 students will provide a solution to overcome the problem of high losses caused by the fire disaster. Abstract

Diabetes is one of the most common and serious chronic diseases in Indonesia today. Half of the cases of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) are undiagnosed because in general diabetes is not accompanied by symptoms until complications occur. The prevalence of diabetes is increasing due to changes in lifestyle, an increase in the number of calories eaten, a lack of physical activity and an increasing number of the elderly human population. With the increasingly advanced socio-economic conditions of the Indonesian people as well as better and more equitable health services, it is estimated that the incidence of diabetes mellitus (DM) will increase. From the survey results, it was found that the number of DM patients at the Adult Poly Health Center in Salo was the second of the 10 most diseases. Based on data obtained in 2020 the number of diabetes patients increased to 1256 patients. While data on knowledge of nutrition and eating patterns obtained 7 out of 10 patients with diabetes mellitus due to lack of knowledge of nutrition and poor eating patterns. Type II DM in Indonesia is a non-communicable disease or 2.1% of all deaths. Given the increasing incidence of diabetes mellitus and the dangers of complications, it is necessary to conduct health education and examinations about hypertension, including blood glucose levels (KGD) examinations so that the elderly in the UPT BLUD Work Area of ​​the Salo Health Center can monitor their health conditions and control KGD younger. Abstract

Stretching is an exercise to maintain and develop flexibility or flexibility. There are many people who still do not understand stretching between work hours to reduce fatigue intensity. The implementing team is a lecturer with an educational background of S1 Public Health. The implementation team is expected to be able to provide solutions to student problems. Health efforts for each individual need to be maintained and improved wherever the individual is, not least in the workplace, because in the workplace there are various factors that cause work accidents caused by work fatigue. Counseling on the Effectiveness of Stretching Between Work Time on Reducing the Intensity of Fatigue in Workers at PT JS. The aim is to increase the knowledge of workers regarding stretching activities during working hours to prevent work accidents. Interventions stretching (stretching muscles) on the sidelines of work can be done for 10-15 minutes with 16 exercises for each participant, and is expected to be able to restore the freshness of worker participants, increase work concentration, stimulate worker creativity. Abstract

The purpose of implementing this PkM activity is to increase student interest in learning and the quality of student education at SD Negeri 104212 Marindal II through free tutoring courses. Considering how the tendency of children in grades 1, 4, and 5 to have decency, and self-interest, and lack of literacy knowledge, it is hoped that this activity will have a positive and significant impact so that an orderly, safe and comfortable school environment is created. for all his students. The implementation method is carried out from February 2 to 28, 2022 at SD Negeri 104212 Marindal II. After the PkM implementation was carried out, the PkM Team students stated that there were several positive impacts on students at the school, such as: 1) Experience directly the benefits of community service activities through a series of activities that have been carried out, 2) Can help teachers in teaching students, and also 3) Add insight and improve new ways of thinking in solving problems in the school environment. The author hopes that this community service activity can increase the confidence of each participant in daily communication, especially in the school environment as one of the positive activities for the self-development of the participants.
