Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity is carried out with the aim of creating an additional learning platform by providing socialization or explanations and motivation about how important education is today, as well as generating potential in adolescents and about how to motivate them to continue their education in higher education. It is hoped that a good level of education and adequate skills can improve the quality of human resources so that development can run well too. The method of implementing this activity is to provide socialization that contains (motivation) to youth and the community in Gunung Kelambu village, Badiri sub-district, Central Tapanuli Regency. The results of this activity are expected to increase the understanding of parents in the village of Gunung Kelambu, Kec. Badiri Kab. Central Tapanuli that education is very important so that the youth in Gunung Kelambu Village, Kec. Badiri Kab. Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) are based on phenomena that occur in the community related to the low independent character developed by the younger generation through entrepreneurial activities. Therefore, education is very important as a forum for developing the talent and potential of the younger generation to be able to create products that can be produced and sold to consumers. It is hoped that this activity will be able to move the character of the younger generation by approaching education and training on entrepreneurship. The method of implementing this activity is to provide educational outreach and entrepreneurship training through the production of Kremes bananas so that they can be used as income-generating products. This service is carried out for teenagers in the village of Siporas, Pinangsori District, Central Tapanuli Regency. The results of this activity are expected to be able to improve the understanding and independent character of the younger generation in the village of Siporas, Pinangsori District, Central Tapanuli Regency. As well as motivating them that education and entrepreneurship are two things that complement each other in order to create independent characters for the younger generation. Abstract

The pandemic is indeed scary but also a challenge. In the midst of the threat of a pandemic, people must rise up so that there is no dilemma; just staying at home ends up starving, going out of the house is threatened with Covid-19. By adding knick-knacks in the mask without having to reduce the main function to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 so that consumers will later be interested in the market share. creativity in making masks with added knick-knacks such as adding crystal sequin stones, ribbons and others make it unique. With the implementation of this Community Service, it is hoped that the women of the Gunung Kelambu village community can increase their knowledge about the creativity of making masks and promising business opportunities to be applied in daily activities. The only chance to survive and continue this life is to open up new opportunities. In addition to the motivation to unite, remind each other of our abilities, together to rebuild a good life in the midst of a pandemic is very important. In a slumped situation like today, everyone must remind each other that Bali will survive in any situation. Even in a pandemic situation like today. The most important thing here is the support from the local government to support and support them, provide space for creativity for their creative work, open space for distribution or distribution of their work, encouraging that the people of Gunung Kelambu village can overcome this slumping situation. Abstract

Circulation and abuse of drugs is one of the national problems that is considered serious by the government, because it can cause damage to the nation's morale. Therefore, the government pays great attention to the handling of drug abuse. In our country, the problem of widespread drug abuse is increasing. The domino effect resulting from drug abuse is also increasingly diverse, and efforts to overcome drug abuse are steps that are not easy to implement. Abusers are people who use Narcotics without rights or against the law. When a person abuses Narcotics continuously, then that person will be in a state of dependence on Narcotics, both physically and psychologically. Narcotics dependence is a condition characterized by an urge to use Narcotics continuously with increasing doses to produce the same effect and when its use is reduced and/or stopped suddenly, it causes characteristic physical and psychological symptoms. Society has an important role in preventing and overcoming drug abuse. For this reason, community leaders can carry out the following things: Understand the problem of drug abuse, prevention and control. Observe the situation and environmental conditions. Galang community potentials that can help implement the prevention, especially parents, teenagers, schools, social organizations in the community in Indonesia. around the environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap keputusan pembelian di Vie Cafe & Ferboden Distro. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini berjenis explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil dalam pnenelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di Vie Cafe & Ferboden Distro. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa kelima variabel store atmosphere yang terdiri dari Layout, Suara, Bau, Tekstur, dan Desain Bangunan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara bersama-sama dengan nilai F hitung=6,555 dan nilai signifikan=0,001 di Vie Cafe & Ferboden Distro. Dari kelima variabel store atmosphere tersebut, variabel Layout merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi tentang pengaruh kemampuan koneksi matematika siswa dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran peer teaching. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain Pretes Postes control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI di SMA N 1 MATAULI PANDAN. Sampel kelas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 7 di SMA N 1 MATAULI PANDAN Tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan tes dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda. Penelitian ini melibatkan 2 kelompok subjek yaitu Kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Kedua kelompok mendapat tes kemampuan awal (pre-test) untuk mengetahui apakah kedua kelompok tersebut memiliki kemampuan yang sama. Dari hasil pembahasan perhitungan normalitas dengan menggunakan analisa grafik Histogram, menunjukkan bahwa model regresi tidak menyalahi asumsi normalitas yaitu berbentuk lonceng sehingga grafik histogram untuk variabel koneksi matematika dapat disimpulkan memiliki tingkat normal. Dengan demikian keseluruhan butir soal variabel X dan Y di atas dinyatakan valid. Secara spesifik dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata kemampuan koneksi matematika siswa kelas XI SMA di SMA N 1 MATAULI PANDAN sebelum diterapkannya metode pembelajaran peer teaching hanya sebesar 50,64. Rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematika siswa kelas X SMA Melati Binjai setelah diterapkannya metode pembelajaran peer teaching meningkat dari 50,64 menjadi 78,50. Dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh metode pembelajaran peer teaching terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematika siswa kelas XI di SMA N 1 MATAULI PANDAN Tahun Pelajaran 2021/ 2022.

Abstract

Working capital is all of the current assets that are used in the company's daily operations, such as advance purchases of raw materials, payment of wages/salaries for employees, laborers, and so on, where the funds that have been issued are returned to enter the company in a not too long period of time. a long time in through the company's sales results. This study aims to describe the working capital turnover of UD. Mak Delpi and to explain the profitability level of UD. Mom Delpi. The research method used is descriptive method with analysis of working capital turnover ratios (ratio of cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, inventory turnover). The results of the analysis show that UD's working capital turnover. Mak Delpi Lubuk Tukko in 2019-2021 based on the cash turnover ratio and accounts receivable turnover ratio is considered good or effective, and based on the inventory turnover ratio it is so slow that it is considered ineffective.

Abstract

Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin terhadap Semangat kerja Pada Kantor Polisi Resor Sibolga dengan menarik hipotesis bahwa Ada pengaruh pelatihan dan disiplin terhadap semangat kerja pada Kantor Polisi Resor Sibolga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif korelasional. Metode deskriptif merupakan uraian atau penjelasan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Hasil penelitian meliputi jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, usia serta interprestasi nilai rata-rata jawaban responden dari setiap kuisioner variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara pelatihan dengan semangat kerja sebesar 0,402 dan disiplin dengan semangat kerja pada Kantor Polisi Resor Sibolga sebesar 0,517, sehingga apabila diinterpretasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan agak rendah dan positif. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 19,852 + 0,018 X1+ 0,457X2 yang menunjukkan pengaruh pelatihan terhadap semangat kerja dan pengaruh disiplin terhadap semangat kerja sama positif. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan tidak diterima kebenarannya, dimana t hitung 0,126 > 2,0086, yang berarti semangat kerja akan berkurang sebesar koefisien regresi/ slop (0,018) apabila ditambah variabel pelatihan satu satuan, dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,457 dimana t hitung > t tabel yaitu 3,037 > 2,0086 dimana apabila ditambah dengan satu satuan disiplin akan menaikkan semangat kerja sebesar koefisen regresi (0,457). Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa pelatihan dan disiplin dapat menjelaskan variasi semangat kerja sebesar 26,7 % terhadap semangat kerja pada Kantor Polisi Resor Sibolga dan sisanya sebesar 73,3 % dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan koordinasi terhadap kinerja organisasi pada Dinas Sosial Kota Sibolga. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut digunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Kota Sibolga sebanyak 47 (empat puluh tujuh) orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, penerapan koordinasi yang dilakukan pada Dinas Sosial Kota Sibolga telah sesuai dengan teori kepustakaan dan hal tersebut terbukti memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi yang dapat dilihat dari adanya peningkatan pencapaian kerja dari yang ditargetkan. Untuk hubungan diperoleh korelasi dengan tingkat korelasi kuat sebesar=0,751. Untuk pengaruhnya diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,40%, hal ini berarti bahwa yang terjadi pada variasi variabel terikat (kinerja organisasi) sebesar 56,40% ditentukan oleh variabel bebas (koordinasi) dan sisanya sebesar 43,60% ditentukan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini, seperi variabel peranan pimpinan, komunikasi, kesejahteraan pegawai, pendidikan pelatihan dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan model regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi Y=13,273+0,780X. Hal ini berarti bahwa terjadi pengaruh variabel terikat (kinerja organisasi) ditentukan oleh variabel bebas (koordinasi) dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,780, dimana apabila ditambahkan satu satuan variabel X (koordinasi) atau nilai tertentu maka variabel Y (kinerja organisasi) akan ikut bertambah dikalikan dengan nilai tertentu tersebut. Dari uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini, terdapat nilai thitung>ttabel (7,634>2,014) maka hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Kata Kunci : Penerapan; Koordinasi; Kinerja; Organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of human resources towards improving organizational performance at the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Sibolga City. respondents. In this study, several tests were carried out which aimed to determine the relationship and influence between the implementation of the quality of human resources on improving organizational performance, namely between the quality of human resources and the company's performance at the Tirta Nauli Sibolga Regional Drinking Water Company, there is a positive influence and relationship.,From the results discussion of normality using Histogram Analysis, shows that the regression model cannot assume normality assumptions, namely forming a histogram chart and organizational performance can have a normal level, From the results of the validity calculation, each item variable X and Y Corrected Item Total value of r count is more than the value of r table (0.266). Thus, all of the variables X and Y are declared valid. From the results of the reliability test calculation, the variables X and Y can be said to be reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha value > r is critical. The calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained is 51.84% and the remaining 48.16% is determined by other factors not discussed in this study, such as leadership, motivation, infrastructure, communication and others. From the calculation of the linear regression line, the variables X and Y variables are: Y = 6.10 + 0.92 X. In this case, the X (HR quality) variable and Y (organizational performance) are in a positive direction, meaning that if the X value (quality HR) = zero, then the Y variable (organizational performance) = 6.10 and From the hypothesis test carried out, by comparing the t-count value with the t-table value, it can be seen that the t-count value is greater than ttable (7.409 > 2.009), this means that the accepted hypothesis is the alternative hypothesis (Ha).
