Abstract

Performance of Milenieal Guardian type is held for 7 months in Dormitory Putera Darul Hikam, Jl. Dago Giri Lembang regency of West Java. Objectives This scientific article illustrates the application of participative leadership process and its effect on the performance of the Teacher Boardinger of Darul Hikam son of the Y (Milenial) work force. The process of data retrieval using daily observation methods conducted directly by the boarding house and ended with a filling questionnaire satisfaction by foster parent. The data is processed using Excel software to produce the average value. Based on the research that has been implemented, it can be concluded that the participative leadership style applied in Darul Hikam Boarding House is in accordance with the character and able to improve the performance of foster mother millenial generation.

Abstract

Students are individuals who are entering adulthood, where at this time, students will explore many things in their life. It is not uncommon for students to experience failures, which, if not handled properly, will lead to an inferiority complex or a situation in which excessive inferiority creates a negative view of themselves. The inferiority complex in students will trigger many distractions, such as stress and frustration that will interfere with their activities and education. This article will focus on discussing understanding the basic concepts of the inferiority complex and also the inferiority complex in students. The method used in this article is a literature study from various sources. This article provides an understanding of the inferiority complex in general and that occurs in students and reduces it not to have a negative impact.

Abstract

This study is to determine the tendency of the identity status of class XI students of SMK Negeri 5 Bandung for the 2020/2021 school year. The study used a quantitative approach because it processed data to obtain a tendency for vocational identity of class XI students of SMK Negeri 5 Bandung. In general, it is revealed that students who have achievement identity status in class XI SMKN 5 Bandung are 78.9%, foreclosure identity status 10.8%, moratorium identity status 5.5%, and diffusion identity status 3.9%. Most of the XI grade students of SMKN 5 Bandung have a clear view of the future and are fighting for it and are able to control the exploration process to achieve a commitment.

Abstract

The dilatorial research was supported by the problem of moral class XI students at SMAN 5 Kota Serang. This can be proven from the results of the student needs questionnaire (AKPD) with a result of 42%. This study aims to determine the description and program design in overcoming the moral intelligence of class XI students at SMAN 5 Kota Serang. This type of research is descriptive research. The sampling technique used saturated samples or total sampling, which involved the entire population as research respondents with a total of 483 students. This research concerns the level of students' moral intelligence which can be seen through the following seven indicators of moral intelligence: 1) Empathy, 2) Respect, 3) Tolerance, 4) Conscience, 5) Self-control, 6) Kindness, 7) Justice . The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire / questionnaire instrument, and interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the level of moral intelligence of class XI students at SMAN 5 Serang City can be seen from three categories, namely low with a total of 81 students with a percentage of 17%, a moderate category with 321 students with a percentage of 66%, and a high category with a total of 81 students. with a percentage of 17%. After knowing the level of moral intelligence of class XI students at SMAN 5 Serang City, a hypothetical program can be made or a social personal guidance program design based on the results obtained. Guidance and counseling services that can be carried out for the low category can be used group counseling services, for the medium category services that can be used are classical guidance services, and the last category for high, services that can be used are group guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain a description of the narcissistic behavior of grade VIII students and to design a group counseling program as an effort to prevent and reduce narcissistic behavior. This type of research is descriptive research. The sampling technique was carried out by using a random sampling technique, with a sample of 181 grade VIII students of SMPN 3 Kota Serang. Research on narcissistic behavior is seen from eight aspects, namely feelings of grandeur and self-interest, filled with fantasy, expressive need to be admired, exploiting interpersonal relationships, lack of empathy, feeling jealous, behaving arrogantly and arrogantly, and feeling special and special individuals . The data collection technique used the distribution of research instruments in the form of questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the level of narcissistic grade VIII students of SMPN 3 Serang City was in the low category with a percentage of 13%, the medium category with a percentage of 76%, and the high category with a percentage of 11%. After knowing the narcissistic picture, then designing a program is made based on the research results obtaine.

Abstract

One of High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) aspect is critical thinking skills. It is a capital important that students must possess as a provision in facing technological developments and the effects of globalization in the 4.0 era. This study aims to determine the profile of critical thinking skills of adolescents in SMAN 1 Batujajar, especially in class XI IPS in the academic year 2019-2020, which is expected to help students achieve optimal development in the 4.0 era. The research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Batujajar, West Bandung Regency. The selected population was students of class XI of SMAN 1 Batujajar in the academic year 2019-2020. The sampling technique in this study is non probability with homogenous sampling technique, in 162 students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Batujajar. Data collection uses the form of a test instrument for critical thinking skills. The results showed the profile of critical thinking skills that students are common in middle category, students reasonably skilled in analyzing, evaluating, performing inference and reasoning when engaged in problem solving and decision making. The results of this study can be used as preliminary data for intervention by guidance and counseling teachers or other researchers in developing critical thinking skills, so it is expected to complement and strengthen previous research.
