Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of job stress on job satisfaction, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, the effect of the work environment on job satisfaction, the effect of job stress on performance, the effect of compensation on performance, the effect of work environment on performance, the effect of job satisfaction on performance, the effect of job stress on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, the effect of compensation on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, the effect of work environment on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an Intervening variable in Chemical Analyst Vocational School Padang. Research conducted in Padang Vocational High Schools , the research population is a teacher of Chemical Analyst Vocational School Padang with 51 civil servants . The sampling technique, the saturated sample, the technique of withdrawing all members of the population are used as samples. The sample is 51 people. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale model that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool using the partial least squares (PLS) program. The results of the study are there is an effect of job stress on job satisfaction, there is no effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there is no influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, there is an effect of job stress on performance, there is no effect of compensation. on performance, there is no effect of work environment on performance, there is no effect of job satisfaction on performance, there is no effect of work stress on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, there is no effect of compensation on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, the effect of the work environment on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in Chemical Analyst Vocational School Padang

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of promotion, electronic word of mouth, and perceived security to purchase intention with consumer trust as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a sample of 100 shopee consumers in Padang. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software version 3.3.3. The results showed that Promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. Electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. Perceived security has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived security has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Consumer trust has a positive and significant effect onpurchase intention. Promotion through consumer trust has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention. Electronic word of mouth through consumer trust has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention. Perceived security through consumer trust has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention. It means consumer trust is not mediate the influence of promotion, electronic word of mouth, and perceived security on purchase intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), Exchange Rate and Interest Rate Risk on stock price movements with Return On Assets (EPS) as an intervening variable on property stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017 -2021. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method on property stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. The number of samples used as many as 158 companies. The analytical method of this research is using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially Earning per Share (EPS), has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Exchange Rates have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA)., Interest Rate Risk has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Earnings per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on Stock Prices, Current Ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Stock Prices, Exchange, Risk Interest has a significant effect on stock prices, Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock prices, Earning per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock prices through Return On Assets (ROA) as an intervening variable, Current Ratio (CR) has no effect significant effect on stock prices through Return On Assets (ROA) as an intervening variable, exchange rate has an effect s significant no effect on stock prices through Return On Assets (ROA) as an intervening variable and Interest Rate Risk has no significant effect on stock prices through Return On Assets (ROA) as an intervening variable on property stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction as intervening variable at the Center for Quality Assurance of Education in West Sumatra Province. The sample in this study was taken using the saturated sample method (census) at the Center for Quality Assurance of Education in West Sumatra Province. The number of samples used as many as 76 people. The analytical method used is Structral Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). To test the hypothesis, the Path Coefficient is used, which is a test carried out to see the direct effect and the Indirect Effect is a test that aims to see the indirect effect. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Competence has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction at BBPMP West Sumatra Province, 2) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at BBPMP West Sumatra Province. 3) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BBPMP West Sumatra Province. 4) The work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance at BBPMP West Sumatra Province. 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at BBPMMP West Sumatra Province. 6) Job Satisfaction mediates the effect of competence on employee performance at BBPMP West Sumatra Province. 7) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of the work environment on employee performance at BBPMP West Sumatra Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns with Price To Book Value (PBV) as an intervening variable in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling method on manufacturing stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. The number of samples used as many as 118 companies. The analytical method of this research is using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on Price To Book Value (PBV), Debt Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant effect on Price To Book Value (PBV), Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on Return Stocks, Debt Equity Ratio (DER) is not significant on Stock Returns, Price To Book Value (PBV) has a significant effect on Stock Returns, Return On Equity (ROE) does not mediate on stock returns through Price To Book Value (PBV) as an intervening variable, Debt Equity Ratio (DER) does not mediate stock returns through Price To Book Value (PBV) as an intervening variable in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Price Book Value (PBV), Nilai Tukar (Kurs) dan Inflasi terhadap pergerakan harga saham dengan Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening pada saham indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia 2017-2021. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan metode sampel jenuh (sensus) pada saham indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia 2017-2021. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 perusahaan. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning per Share (EPS), Price Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning per Share (EPS), Kurs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning per Share (EPS), Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Earning per Share (EPS), Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap Harga Saham, Price Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap Harga Saham, Kurs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Terhadap Harga Saham, Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap Harga Saham, Earning per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Return On Asset (ROA) tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening, Price Book Value (PBV) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening, Kurs berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening dan Inflasi tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) terhadap harga saham melalui Earning per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel intervening pada saham indeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia 2017-2021.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar Pengaruh Celebrity endorser Dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Toko Belanja Online Di Tokopedia Dengan Brand image Sebagai Variabel Intervening Di Kabupaten Merangin. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi, regresi linear berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis) menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Celebrity endorser terhadap Brand image. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Promosi terhadap Brand image. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Celebrity endorser terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Brand image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Brand image tidak memediasi hubungan antara Celebrity endorser terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Brand image tidak memediasi hubungan antara Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, dan Iklan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Yamaha NMAX Pada Yamaha Cabang Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang. Metode analisis data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Celebrity endorser dan Iklan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Konstribusi variabel Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, celebrity endorser dan Iklan berpengaruh sebesar 0,811 atau 81,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 18,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan Manajemen Perusahaan dapat meningkatkan Keputusan Pembelian, dimana dalam penelitian ini variabel Brand Awareness yang mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian Yamaha NMAX Pada Yamaha Cabang Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang melalui, maka disarankan untuk meningkatkan Brand Awareness melalui peningkatan Top Of mind, Brand recall dan Brand recognition, mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian Yamaha NMAX Pada Yamaha Cabang Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Personel Kepolisian Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Polresta Padang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis yang diusulkan. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan model analisis jalur. Populasi yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota POLRI Polresta kota Padang sebanyak 747 orang dan sampel 61 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer Dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan (1) Disiplin kerja (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (X3) (2) budaya organisasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (X3) (3) disiplin kerja (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personel (Y) (4) budaya organisasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personel (Y) (5) kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja personel (Y) (6) kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja anggota POLRI di Polresta Padang k, (7) kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota POLRI di Polresta Padang.
