PAKDEMAS : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diterbitkan setahun 3 kali terbit di bulan (April, Agustus dan Desember). PAKDEMAS : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Ratu Samban adalah peer-reviewed journal yang memuat artikel-artikel ilmiah dari berbagai disiplin ilmu yang diadopsi dalam berbagai aktivitas pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan hasil penelitian terapan lainnya. Artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan di PAKDEMAS meliputi hasil-hasil penerapan penelitian ilmiah asli, artikel ulasan ilmiah yang bersifat baru, atau komentar atau kritik terhadap tulisan yang ada dimuat di PAKDEMAS maupun dalam terbitan berkala ilmiah lainnya. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of vegetable growing activities in science learning in early childhood at the ndalem kerto tour. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques obtained using observation and interview techniques. Based on the results of the research that planting vegetables can provide children with understanding related to science learning, namely the biological science of plant reproduction, the biological science that plants are living things that need food, and the biological science that plants need sunlight to grow.

Abstract

Volumenious bulky medical records are one of the problems that often occur in storage and in circumstances where the medical records of patients with certain diseases who routinely go on an outpatient basis or are treated for a long time and routinely become very thick because the patient's entire medical history is stored in one folder. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is known that the Soeprapto Social Hospital in Bengkulu Province does not have standard medical record thickness and work procedures for volumenious bulky medical record management. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to create a culture of using work procedures as a guideline for procedures or stages in managing volumenious bulky medical records. Community Service activities are carried out for 2 months, from November to December 2022 at the Soeprapto Social Hospital in Bengkulu Province with 10 participants. The method used in this Community Service activity is community education through socialization/counseling and training by demonstrating the use of work procedures for volumenious bulky medical record management. Socialization/ extension and training on the use of volumenious bulky medical record work procedures for filing officers at the Soeprapto Social Hospital in Bengkulu Province went well. Understanding in the application of work procedures can be implemented. After the PKM activities have been carried out, the Soeprapto Social Hospital in Bengkulu Province plans to evaluate the use of these work procedures in stages according to patient visits.

Abstract

This article is the result of Community Service (PKM) activities at IP Yakin Jakarta Vocational School. The team focused on PKM activities for students at the SMKS level. Methods developed in a group with the same position among members, especially based on age, status or class. The aim of PKM is to increase understanding regarding PIK-R, the impact of early marriage in adolescence on reproductive health, free sex behaviour that can cause sexually transmitted diseases including HIV/AIDS in adolescents and to know the legal basis for the PIK-R program as contained in the regulation of the head BKKBN and DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation. This PKM activity is in the form of providing health education about PIK-R, HIV/AIDS AND the legal basis of PIK-R. Evaluation of PKM activities using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The results of this PKM are in the form of increasing knowledge, attitudes, and life skills in early marriage, preventing free sex behaviour that can transmit HIV/AIDS to adolescents and being able to demonstrate the legal basis related to PIK-R.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di Desa Cipetir, Jawa Barat. Tim memfokuskan kegiatan PKM pada anak-anak, remaja dan orang dewasa. Metode yang dikembangkan dalam satu kelompok semua berbaur baik kedudukan, umur, status atau kelas. Tujuan PKM, mengurangi trauma pada korban gempa agar siap meneruskan dan menjalani kehidupan seperti sebelumnya, Meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental dan psikologis korban terhadap dampak pasca gempa, Mempercepat proses penyembuhan psikis dan Mengontrol dan mengurangi risiko peningkatan stress ke level depresi. Kegiatan PKM ini berupa pemberian penyuluhan tentang manajemen stress , jenis stress dan cara mengatasi stress agar tidak berdampak lebih lanjut pada kesehatan. Hasil PKM ini berupa berkurangnya trauma pada korban gempa dan siap meneruskan dan menjalani kehidupan seperti sebelumnya dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental dan psikologis korban terhadap dampak pasca gempa.

Abstract

The high prevalence of cervical cancer is influenced by the behavior of early detection which is still low. According to the 2018 Riskesdas tumors/cancer in Indonesia showed an increase from 1.4 per 1000 population in 2013 to 1.79 per 1000 population in 2018. Cervical cancer can be detected by IVA method but the interest and motivation of women of childbearing age to do IVA examination to detect cervical cancer is still minimal. Health education needs to be done to increase the knowledge and interest of mothers (WUS) about cervical cancer. This community service activity has the aim of increasing the behavior of women in the Kandang Mas sub-district to carry out early detection of cervical cancer through the IVA method examination. The implementation method is to provide socialization or health counseling using leaflets and leaflets about the IVA method examination material and followed by a question and answer session with the participants. The results obtained from this community service activity were an increase in the knowledge and interest of women of childbearing age (WUS) in carrying out the IVA Test. In addition, the service method in the form of counseling and question and answer is very appropriate in motivating the community to be able to foster community interest and motivation, especially women of childbearing age (WUS) to carry out early detection of cervical cancer with the IVA method at the nearest health facility.

Abstract

Tujuan penyuluhan memberikan edukasi tentang bahaya narkoba bagi generasi muda di Desa Pagar Banyu kecematan Arma Jaya Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Metode peaksanaan yang digunakan dalam pengapdian masayakat ini adalah secara deskriktif menggunkan pendekatan survey. Setelah dilakukan survey. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah penyuluhan kepada remaja tentang bahaya narkoba. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan didapatkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan remaja menjadi lebih baik. Saran dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat seperti penyuluhan kesehatan kepada remaja perlu dilakukan secara berkesinambungan terutama puskesmas setempat yang dapat bekerja sama dengan BNN, karena melihat sangat pentingnya upaya preventif yang dilakukan dalam upaya pencegahan penggunaan narkoba pada remaja

Abstract

Pandemi covid yang terjadi selama lebih dari dua tahun telah berdampak pada kondisi psikologis masyarakat Indonesia. Penerapan kebijakan lockdown telah membatasi aktivitas fisik seseorang untuk beraktivitas di luar ruangan dan memaksa seseorang untuk beraktivitas di dalam rumah. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyak orang mengalami stres selama lockdown. Yang paling rentan stres dan paling sulit mengendalikan stres adalah anak-anak. Hal ini terjadi karena anak belum mampu mengendalikan emosinya dengan baik dan belum mengetahui apa yang sebenarnya terjadi. Dengan melihat kondisi anak pasca pandemi, diperlukan program untuk mengatasi kondisi stres yang terjadi pada anak. Salah satu alternatif yang cukup efektif untuk membantu mengatasi stres adalah terapi bermain. Berangkat dari keresahan yang nyata ini, Pengabdian Masyarakat (PKM) di MI Muhammadiyah Klopogodo, Kecamatan Gombong, Kabupaten Kebumen. Penerapan terapi bermain dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap. Tahap awal yang dilakukan untuk memulihkan stres yang dialami siswa adalah bercerita. Dengan mendongeng, diharapkan tingkat stres dapat dikurangi. Tahapan selanjutnya adalah bermain dan belajar dengan menggunakan metode Play Therapy. Pelaksanaan terapi bermain dilakukan oleh profesional atau pihak yang berkompeten di bidangnya. Dengan adanya layanan ini, stres pascapandemi yang dialami mahasiswa dapat diminimalisir bahkan dinetralisir.

Abstract

Community service activities at Posko 35 Batang Arah Tapan aim to provide Islamic banking literacy related to regulations, systems and products from Islamic banking. The methods used in carrying out this activity are lectures, implementing and discussion sessions. Community service activities apply three sessions, namely session one exposure on service activities, session two exposure on entrepreneurship and session three exposure to material on Islamic banking financing. Community service activities at Posko 35 Batang Arah Tapan were carried out in Nagari Batang Arah Tapan, Basa Ampek District, Balai Tapan. The results of this community service activity are literacy socialization and implementation activities that have an impact on increasing sharia financial and banking education. The author and the KKN team at Posko 35 Batang Arah Tapan fully understand and understand the regulations, systems and various savings products, financing and services available in Islamic banking. These findings show the importance of more intensive socialization in order to increase banking literacy and implementation in a complex society.

Abstract

Marga Sakti Village is a village located in the Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency, Bengkulu Province. Marga Sakti Village is a Village With the majority of community work dominated by farmers or planters, Marga Sakti Village has various potential natural resource wealth, one of the potentials that can be empowered is freshwater fish farming. In order to increase economic value and reduce the number of unemployment, Marga Sakti Village also has a very strategic role in terms of providing fish resources and freshwater fish productivity land. However, fish farmers in Marga Sakti Village currently still use conventional technology where they do not understand the importance of adding nutrients to feed to speed up the harvest period with optimal results. So far, fish farmers still use traditional technology due to the lack of knowledge and ability of partners so that the obstacles they face are that fish are susceptible to disease, farmed fish often experience a decrease in appetite, poor aquaculture water quality, and slow fish growth rate, thus prolonging the harvest period and increasing production costs. In order to help solve the problems of fish farmers in the village, community service activities were carried out by providing counseling on Training on Making and Using Probiotics in Freshwater Fish Farming in Marga Sakti Village, Padang Jaya District, North Bengkulu Regency as additional nutrients in feed by utilizing cheap, easily available and environmentally friendly ingredients.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Buah nanas di sekitar kabupaten Bengkulu Utara dihasilkan dari tumpang sari dengan tanaman perkebunan sawit atau karet. Tingkat kemanisan buah nanas tumpang sari cenderung rendah, sehingga kurang diminati untuk konsumsi buah segar. Solusi yang tepat untuk ini adalah melakukan pengolahan buah nanas agar ada multiplayer efects. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan dan praktek tentang pengolahan buah nanas menjadi Selai dan Tat di masyarakat Kelurahan Kemumu. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan potensi buah nanas lokal untuk dijadikan produk olahan yang dapat mendukung Program Desa Wisata Kemumu. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan April sampai Agustus 2023. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat berupa produk Selai nanas dan Tat. Sumber santan dari kelapa hijau yang berkualitas dan selai nanas lokal menjadi rahasia enak dan empuknya Tat Kemumu.
