Abstract

The progress of a nation is largely determined by the quality of its national character, national character is a very important component of human resources. The Indonesian National Education System Law is an important document that highlights the role of national education in helping to develop potential and shape the character and civilization of the nation's next generation. in an effort to increase the intelligence of the country's life. This study aims to determine the implementation of character education in building students' social attitudes through integrated Social Studies Learning Class VIII at SMPN 21 Bengkulu City This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique collecting data used observation, interview and documentation.The research results indicate as follows: (1) the process of implementing character education in buliding students' social attitudes through Integrated Social Sciences learning for class VIII 2 SMPN 21 Bengkulu is carried out by integrating character education with Integrated Social Sciences subjects and instilling character values in every lesson that takes place so that students' social attitudes can be formed, (2) social attitudes formed in class VIII 2 include: honesty, responsibility, tolerance, mutual cooperation, politeness and self-confidence, (3) assessment carried out by the teacher by using a students’ attitude observation sheet which is divided into four items, namely self-assessment, peer assessment, observation and journal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Talent Management and Job Insecurity on work productivity (survey of Ninja Ekspress employees in Tasikmalaya City). The method used in this research is causality through a survey approach. This research is quantitative research using the causality method with a survey approach. The sample in this research was 74 Ninja Ekspress warehouse employees. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The research results show that Talent Management, Job Insecurity and Work Productivity of Tasikmalaya City Ninja Express Employees have a very good assessment classification. Talent Management and Job Insecurity simultaneously have a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Tasikmalaya City Ninja Express Employees. Talent Management partially has a significant effect on the work productivity of Ninja Ekspress employees in Tasikmalaya City. Job Insecurity partially has a significant effect on the Work Productivity of Tasikmalaya City Ninja Express Employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of product quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions among Wift Indonesia Tasikmalaya shirt consumers. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, while the type of data used in this research is primary data. The object of this research is product quality, word of mouth and purchasing decisions among Wift Indonesia Tasikmalaya shirt consumers. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of the F test and t test. The results of this test prove that product quality and word of mouth simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Wift Indonesia Tasikmalaya shirt consumers. Partially, product quality and word of mouth have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen kemeja Wift Indonesia Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, sedangkan jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Objek penelitian ini adalah adalah kualitas produk, word of mouth dan keputusan pembelian pada konsumen kemeja Wift Indonesia tasikmalaya. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier bergandadan uji hipotesis berupa uji F dan uji t. Hasil pengujian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk dan word of mouth secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada konsumen kemeja Wift Indonesia Tasikmalaya. Secara parsial kualitas produk dan word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of NCT Dream Brand Ambassador and Brand Awareness simultaneously on Purchase Interest in TosTos Tortilla Chips snack products. The influence of the NCT Dream Brand Ambassador and Brand Awareness partially on buying interest in TosTos Tortilla Chips snack products. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. With a research sample of 100 people as respondents. Sampling uses non-probability, precisely using purposive sampling. And the analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that the Brand Ambassador is classified as Very Good, Brand Awareness is included in the very good classification and purchase interest is included in the very good classification. The test results show that simultaneously Brand Ambassador and Brand Awareness have a significant effect on purchasing interest. Partially, Brand Ambassadors have a significant influence on purchasing interest, and Brand Awareness has a significant influence on Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Data innovation has advanced rapidly through various programming created with today's tools. Special advances sometimes become more modern, we can see it in various everyday matters, for example local correspondence and public administration around the world, simply using email or other web-based media or to register candidates for city heads, interacting with the web and opening site pages creates each of our exercises is simpler and more productive. The aim of this research is to build a website for registering village head candidates through online media. This website was developed in the PHP programming language, MySQL database. This website can facilitate the registration of village head candidates and information about village head candidacy in the village because it only requires an internet connection, and registration can be done anywhere and at any time. The village-level election committee also makes recording data on new village head candidates easier because they can check registrant details directly via the website.

Abstract

The library is one of the facilities provided by Muhammadiyah University. The Muhammadiyah University Library can provide various kinds of library materials such as textbooks, text books, literature for practicums, general magazines and various other collections. Some book collections can be borrowed or can only be accessed on site. Apriori is an algorithm that is well known for searching frequent item sets using association rule techniques. The a priori algorithm uses knowledge about previously known frequent itemsets to process further information. In the a priori algorithm, to determine the candidates that may appear, it is done by paying attention to the minimum support. The data collection techniques used by the author in this research are interview techniques, observation and literature study. To carry out a bookshelf search application in a library, it begins with the process of inputting the book title, author's name, and publisher through inputting search data. Next, the system will look for a match string which will be processed by the application. If each string is found it will display it as a whole and will provide bookshelf information. The conclusion that can be drawn from the application of the association rule method using a priori for recommendations for arranging bookshelves in the Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu library, is that you can find the placement of books in the library by applying the association rule method, can distribute books grouped according to scientific discipline categories, and the rapid miner application By using the association rule method, you can also read scientific discipline categories from the same book and the title entered contains the same characters but different writing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the influence of financial literacy, self-control and financial inclusion on saving behavior (survey of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya). This research uses a quantitative causality method with a survey approach. The population taken in this research were students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya who were still active in 2023-2024. With a research sample of 100 respondents. The technique for determining the sample in this research uses nonprobability sampling, precisely using incidental sampling techniques. The data obtained in this research are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS Version 25. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that financial literacy, self-control and financial inclusion simultaneously have a significant effect on saving behavior. Based on the results of the T test, it shows that financial literacy and self-control partially have a significant effect on saving behavior. Meanwhile, partial financial inclusion has no significant effect on saving behavior.

Abstract

Product quality is a product's ability to meet every consumer need in accordance with the needs and desires of consumers and promotion is an effort to offer products or services with the aim of attracting potential consumers to buy a product. This thesis is entitled “The Influence of Products and Promotions on Consumer Purchasing Decisions for Vivo Handphone at Semaku Cellphone Counter Manna of South Bengkulu. This study aims to determine the effect of products and promotions on consumer purchasing decisions for Vivo Handphone at Semaku Cellphone Counter Manna of South Bengkulu. This study uses quantitative research, the object of research is all consumers who come to buy Vivo Handphone Semaku Cellphone Counter Manna of South Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling method where the proportional sampling method is a method of determining the sample through considerations and criteria that deserve to be sampled, namely 65 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument. The data processing technique used is data processing with SPSS version 29. The value of the product variable t count 6.529 is greater than t table 0.244, the value of the promotion t count 4.312 is greater than t table of 0.244. The results of F test with a significant value of product and promotion variables of 0.01<alpha 0.05 and the calculated F count 612.554 is greater than F table 3.31. This shows that the independent variables together have an influence on purchasing decisions with a coefficient of determination of 0.295 (29.5%) and the remaining 70.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Song lyrics are verbal symbols created by humans. In expressing their experiences, songwriters play with words and language to create appeal and distinctiveness to their lyrics or verses (Awe, 2003:51). Twice's Feel Special depicts the importance of valuing oneself and finding happiness within oneself, without relying on the validation or recognition of others. It also describes feelings of doubt and uncertainty about one's worth. Therefore, the background explains that the song Feel Special has received many positive responses from fans and music critics. This Feel Special song remains relevant today because its message about self-worth is something that is relatable to many people. This song can be a source of strength and inspiration for those who are feeling a loss of confidence. This research uses a qualitative research method with van dijk's discourse analysis approach. This analysis focuses on the macro and micro structure of the song text, as well as the social context and social cognition. The results show that the lyrics of the song Feel Special contain the meaning of the importance of loving oneself and accepting one's shortcomings, as well as telling the story of a person who feels insecure and insecure, then he learns to become more confident. This message is conveyed through various discourse strategies, such as text, social cognition and social context. The meaning of this song can help its listeners to increase their self-confidence and self-acceptance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of Green Product, Green Price, Green Place, and Green Promotion variables on Purchasing Decisions. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Le Minerale Bottled Mineral Water in Tasikmalaya. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23. The results of this test prove that Green Product, Green Price, Green Place, and Green Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green Product partially has no effect on purchasing decisions. Green Price partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green Place partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green Promotion partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
