Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the difficulties faced by students in economic subjects at SMAN 2 Rejang Lebong and to find out the efforts made by teachers to overcome students' learning difficulties in economic subjects in SMAN 2 Rejang Lebong class. The type of research is the type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are 1) observation, 2) interviews, 3) documentation. The data analysis techniques are 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data display, 4) conclusion drawing. The results and discussion in the study are 1) Students who have learning difficulties show an unnatural attitude (Social). Low student academic achievement (Academic). Difficulty making new understandings (Metacognition). Students are slow in processing something (Processing speed). Students find it difficult to interpret what is felt, heard, and seen (Perception). Students lack attention and focus in learning (Attention). Too many activities that are less useful that students do so it is difficult to remember the subject matter (Memory)..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Marketing Strategy in Sales of Crackers (Kuritos) Products in Linau Village, Kaur Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data and Sources of Data, Primary Data includes data obtained directly by researchers without any intermediary, data obtained through interviews and direct observations to owners and employees of the Cracker Industry (Kuritos). The secondary data used are written sources such as the problem under study, namely the marketing strategy in selling Kuritos crackers. Collecting data using observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Based on the research results obtained, namely (1) in terms of product marketing strategies are carried out by improving product quality, making innovations such as a more attractive packaging appearance. (2) In terms of price, the marketing strategy is to provide discounted prices and observe market conditions. (3) In terms of promotion of marketing strategies carried out through word of mouth and publications delivered through mass media such as (Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram) (4) In terms of distribution channels, which are carried out by utilizing more strategic locations, such as placing souvenirs in the center and tourist attractions and also collaborate with distributors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of students of the economic education study program at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu on the implementation of online lectures. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data collection used in this research are Observation, Questionnaire / Questionnaire, and Documentation, and percentage data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the perception of students of the Economic Education Study Program FKIP University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu against the implementation of online lectures does not agree with the percentage of 64.36% being in the interval 52-67 with a total sample of 50 respondents from semester 3, semester 5, and semester 7. In the implementation of online lectures during the covid-19 pandemic, many factors became obstacles, especially the inadequate signal factor, the less conducive home atmosphere, and the need for sufficient quota.

Abstract

This study aims to: To determine the effect of student social media on social studies subjects in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City, to determine student learning behavior in social studies subjects at Muhammadiyah 4 high school Bengkulu City, to determine the effect of media on student learning behavior in social studies subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is students / I SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City Class 10 and 11 Regular Social Sciences who are still active. The sample used is Total Sampling. Data collection techniques using observations, questionnaires, and documentation. Data Analysis Techniques using Simple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that: The Effect of Student Social Media on Economics Subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City is included in the High Category. It can be seen where the most respondents answered the questionnaire (Questionnaire) in the High category compared to other categories, namely with 24 respondents who received a percentage value of 0.53%. Student Learning Behavior in Economics Subject at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City is included in the High Category. It can be seen where the respondents who answered the most questionnaires (Questionnaires) in the High category compared to other categories, namely with a total of 29 Respondents who obtained a percentage value of 0.64%. There is an influence of social media on student learning behavior in economic subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Bengkulu City. This is obtained from F count> F table (43> 4.07) and the level of influence is 95%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) how the roles and responsibilities of school principals in improving the quality of education; (2) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of school principals in improving the quality of education. The results showed that: (1) as a leader in the school, the principal is responsible for all activities in the school, therefore, in improving the quality of education the principal has the following roles and responsibilities: including his role as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator. (2) the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for school principals in improving the quality of education include, supporting factors: physical development that is starting to spread evenly. While the inhibiting factors for school principals in improving the quality of education are: the level of teacher discipline that is still lacking and the lack of facilities and infrastructure. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is a research that prioritizes the process or quality of what is being studied. This method aims to understand social reality, namely seeing the world from what it is, not the world it should be, so a qualitative researcher must be an open minded person. Doing qualitative research properly means that you have a window to understand the world of psychology and social reality. In this study using 3 data collection techniques, namely: (1) Observation, is a data collection technique that emphasizes the direct experience of the researcher, observing himself, which is then recorded and recalled events and understanding complex situations. (2) Structured interview, is a systematic procedure for obtaining information about respondents in a condition where a set of questions are asked in the order prepared by the interviewer and the answers are recorded in a standardized form. (3) Documentation, is a record of events that have passed. Documents can be in the form of writing, pictures, monumental works of someone.

Abstract

In simple terms, language can be interpreted as a tool to communicate something. It came to my mind. In addition, language is also a tool or tool for interacting. Communicating in the sense of a tool for conveying thoughts, ideas, concepts, etc. In sociolinguistics, language is defined as a system of symbols, In sound form, it is arbitrary, productive, dynamic, diverse and human. Abstract

Philosophy plays a very important role in human thinking to build knowledge. Philosophy digs and everything about nature as deep and deep as possible. In this case, it is conceivable that philosophy is the source of all science and knowledge. Philosophy contributes to the study of what kind of processes will be known by people who use knowledge. Philosophy or thinking Knowledge is necessary because thinking and knowing are two things. What are the characteristics of humans? What do you know about the process? Thinking becomes knowledge. Knowledge is information that has been done Paired with understanding and possible action, then embedded in one's heart. Knowledge has the following predictive power: Results recognize patterns. Abstract

The philosophy of Islamic education as a result of ideas with a distinctive Islamic pattern, is essentially a concept of thinking about education that is based on Islamic teachings. The whole thought process is based on deep and broad experiences about life's problems and realities in the universe and oneself. The purpose of this study is to explain the foundation of Islamic education in the perspective of Islamic education philosophy. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with the type of descriptive analytic research. The result of this research is that the philosophy of Islamic education can help educational designers and people who need it to form the right thinking towards the educational process. Besides, the philosophy of education can help determine the goals and functions of education and improve the quality of education, evaluation, guidance and counseling. This is in accordance with the objectives of the philosophy of Islamic education which is essentially identical to the goals of Islamic teachings. Both come from the same source, namely the Qur'an and al-Hadith.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is communication between people face to face, each person involved in the communication influences the perception of the other person's communication. This special form of interpersonal communication is dyadic communication. DeVito argues that interpersonal communication is communication that occurs between two people who have a clear relationship, who are connected in some way. The situational perspective says that interpersonal communication specifically observes the interaction of two people who communicate verbally and nonverbally at the same time. interpersonal communication also has a fast feedback rate.

Abstract

Learning materials are components that must exist to be used as material by students as well as guidelines. The goal is to influence learning activities accompanied by elements of media and learning resources that are well designed and equipped with interesting content and illustrations for students. The method used is literature review. After the review was carried out, the results obtained, namely, development is the process of designing learning logically and systematically to determine everything that will be carried out in the process of learning activities by taking into account the competence of students. Teaching materials are a set of books that contain information or material that is systematically arranged to facilitate students in learning or finding information so that learning objectives are created and competence is achieved, then the information obtained can be implemented into everyday life. Learning media is a tool that is able to help students in the teaching and learning process so that the message conveyed becomes clearer in accordance with the objectives of education or learning that can be achieved effectively and efficiently.
