Abstract

The amount to which the leadership function is performed will have a significant impact on the organization's ability to achieve the company goals that have been established by the corporation. Looking into employees' creative self-efficacy is one thing that leaders need to do in order to boost employee performance. State-owned PT Pos Indonesia has the greatest service network that is dispersed over the entire nation. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is now undergoing changes related to its operations, human resources, subsidiaries, and product development. However, PT Pos Indonesia also competes fiercely with other businesses of a similar nature, such JNE, J&T, Tiki, Sicepat, etc. The purpose of this study is to examine and ascertain the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung through creative self-efficacy. The research methodology makes use of questionnaire-based data collecting, descriptive and verification methodologies, and the SmartPLS 3.3.3 analysis tool. The sampling technique combines convenience sampling with nonprobability sampling. The findings of this study demonstrate that transformational leadership significantly and favorably impacts employee performance. Transformational leadership has a favorable and considerable impact on creative self-efficacy. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by creative self-efficacy. Then, through creative self-efficacy, transformational leadership has a substantial impact on staff performance.

Abstract

PT. ABC is a paint manufacturing company that has been established since 1978. The products it produces are various types of paint, both water based and solvent based. Inside PT. ABC has a Metal Production Department whose job is to make paint packaging cans, because PT. ABC makes cans for packaging its paint products independently. One of the work stations that play an important role in the continuity of the production process in the Metal Production Department is the component manufacturing work station. At the work station, the process of making components is carried out using a press machine, namely by carrying out the blanking / punching process on tinplate sheets according to the size needed. Data for 12 months shows maintenance activities that are not optimal and cause high downtime because the machine is damaged, this study aims to find out how much the performance of the machine is using the Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method as well as the loss of machines that are damaged and reduce very high down time by implementing strategies scheduling of set up intervals on ring sheet press machines with the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. The OEE calculation results show an effectiveness value of 77.22%. There are components that are still not good and are below world class standards, namely availability of 79.81% of the standard limit of 90%. And from the results of the six big losses analysis, it is obtained that the losses that are dominant to the low availability value are set up and adjustment with a losses percentage of 10.34%. Factors that affect the high set up and adjustment time are found through fishbone diagrams. RCM analysis is performed to calculate the set up and adjustment time intervals and then make a set up and adjustment time scheduling plan. As well as given suggestions for improvements given through humans, machines, materials, methods, and the environment it is hoped that the effectiveness of the ring sheet press 1 machine can increase.

Abstract

Klanting Village is one of the villages in Indonesia's East Java province's Sukodono sub-district, Lumajang Regency. Villages in the Lumajang Regency are included within the borders of Klanting Village. Farm laborers, domestic helpers, breeders, civil servants, and other laborers are the most in-demand jobs in Klanting Village. The Klanting Village Office served as a model for this article because of its nearly identical issues with archival administration. The goal of this study was to identify the challenges the village government encountered in running the village archives. A qualitative research approach was adopted, and it is descriptively reported. The two stages of observation and interview with village employees who manage archives were used to get the data. Additionally, information was gathered through document and literature studies, specifically through books on archives, laws governing archives, and regulations governing archives. The stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification make up the data analysis procedure used in this study. The study's findings indicate that, despite the fact that it is not ideal, village archives are generally managed well. This is due to a number of factors, including a dearth of village employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle archives, a lack of facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of funding for archive management. The purpose of this research is to inform the village about effective archival management, which will help village governance and enhance community services.

Abstract

This article discusses one of the public policies implemented by the Surabaya Library and Archives Service. This policy takes the form of documentation-based archiving on social media which is carried out in the Gendis Sewu program. The social media platforms used are websites, YouTube, and an application called "Taman Kalimas". Gendis Sewu is the Storytelling and Writing Movement Sewu, a training that is held every week in “Taman Bacaan Masyarakat” (Community Reading Parks) spread across 31 sub-districts throughout Surabaya. This storytelling and writing training has a target of "sewu", sewu in Javanese means a thousand. The program's target is thousands of children and teenagers whose literacy skills continue to be developed. The theories used are public policy, technological determination, maqasid Sharia, also reinforced by the concept of Sustainable Development Goals. The method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. This study explains how the implementation of this policy in society is seen from an Islamic perspective. The results of this research: 1) Archiving policies based on social media documentation are in accordance with principle stages such as planning, implementation and evaluation; 2) This kind of digital archiving is in harmony with a number of Sustainable Development Goals points where it occurs more effectively, efficiently and environmentally friendly; 3) This innovation has the spirit of Islamic teachings, seen from the concept of maqasid sharia al-ammah, which has an excellent service orientation for citizens.

Abstract

One of the community-based health initiatives (UKBM) that actively incorporates the community in the construction of healthcare facilities is Ponkesdes. According to evaluation data from the Kediri City Health Service (Dinkes), the Ponkesdes program encountered a number of technical difficulties and a lack of coverage of targets. Analytical descriptive research was used in the study, which was carried out in Kediri City and Bondowoso Regency. The cross-sectional approach is the methodology employed. These include organizational structure, work schedule, work program, goal setting, coaching and supervision, and evaluation, all of which are based on organizational aspects found in this research. The analysis's findings indicate that the program variable (α=0.032) and assessment variable (α=0.003) of the health center are the organizational characteristics associated with how well its performance is carried out. Meanwhile, organizational variables (α=0.517), work schedule (α=0.383), compensation system (α=0.101), goal setting (α=0.618), supervision and coaching (α=0.837), and organizational structure variables (α=0.517) are unrelated to the village health center's efficacy. This is due to the fact that, although occasionally ignoring the established organizational structure and work schedules, the Islamic boarding school officers take seriously the need to carry out the programs at the school in order to meet predetermined targets.

Abstract

One Stop Integrated Service is an effort to simplify public services designed by the Government to improve the quality of services to the community. The purpose of this program is to be effective in encouraging investment because it involves many potentials owned by Central Java Province. People still often express complaints related to licensing services, such as expensive fees, lack of transparency, and difficulties in procedures. This is called administrative burden. Administrative burden is any form of policy that is considered burdensome to the community in terms of public services. This research aims to describe, examine, and analyze the successful implementation of a one-stop integrated service system in Central Java Province along with the factors that support and hinder its implementation. The research method applied is a qualitative approach using a descriptive approach to achieve the research objectives. The results of the analysis show that the DPMPTSP of Central Java Province shows maximum results in quality public services because it can be proven by the positive response of the community and the implementation of services in accordance with applicable regulations.

Abstract

This research is a study implementing the profil pelajar pancasila based on project-based learning by exploring a local wisdom "Ecoprint" at MI Raudhatul Ma'arif, Bungo Regency. This research stems from the lack of insight of students in implementing Pancasila values in everyday life; the independent curriculum has not been implemented through a project-based learning model. Apart from that, the learning strategies used are still not effective for project-based learning. The model used in this research is the Kemmis and Taggart model through data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, which aim to obtain data on student learning outcomes. Based on the research results, this activity resulted in an increase in the very good category. Meanwhile, student activity also increased by 92%, with 90 students showing the five dimensions of the profil pelajar pancasila. This study contributes to the profil pelajar pancasila paradigm based on project-based learning, especially on the theme of local wisdom

Abstract

The most fascinating aspect of management studies is the study of leadership. The field's context is dynamic and always changing, reflecting the ways in which human life is developed, including the role of leadership in Islamic educational institutions. Change always begins with a protracted process of altering society's fundamental ideals, which then affects people's communication styles, basic needs, and view on life. Organizational leadership is impacted by changes in this area of life while developing the organization's vision, mission, and strategies for achieving goals. As a result, this study is primarily concerned with how Islamic educational institutions will address society's everyday demands from a leadership standpoint in the future. Research on leadership cannot be limited to quantitative methods; qualitative methods will also yield deeper insights into the fundamental issues surrounding change. It is envisaged that qualitative studies will offer a summary of the data underlying certain concepts, ideas, and tactics used in educational institution management, which are crucial for altering course and accomplishing institutional objectives. The study's findings indicate that in order to achieve shared objectives, adjustments to organizational management must be made in addition to modifications to leadership typology. As a result, future developments in the leadership typology will affect the viability and caliber of Islamic education in Indonesia. In order to adapt to the challenges of change, Islamic educational institution leaders are today required to create organizational management that can mobilize all aspects and forces for organizational success.

Abstract

Knowledge and brand image are two of the aspects that affect Sunan Kalijogo Jabung Foundation employees' enthusiasm in saving money. The goal of this study is to ascertain, partially simultaneously, the impact that Knowledge, Trust, and Brand Image have on Sunan Kalijogo Jabung Foundation employees' desire to save money. Quantitative approaches are employed in this study. There were 272 responders in total, all of whom worked for the Sunan Kalijogo Jabung Foundation. With 74 responses, the sample size was obtained using simple random sampling as the method. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method used in this study, which makes use of the SPSS 17 For Windows program. The estimated t result of the influence of knowledge on interest in saving money is 4,006 greater than the t table, or 0.677 (4,006 > 0.677), with a significance level of 0.00, according to the t test. This indicates that employees' desire in saving money in Islamic banks is positively and significantly impacted by the knowledge variable. Next, with regard to the Brand Image variable, the t-test reveals that, with a significance of 0.00, the t-calculated result of the effect of Brand Image on interest in saving money is 3,837 greater than the t table, or 0.677 (3,837 > 0.677). This indicates that employees' desire to save money at Islamic banks is positively and significantly impacted by the Brand Image variable. Based on the f test results, the value is 69.153, more than 3.09 (69.153>3.97) with a significance level of 0.00 in the f table. Thus, it can be said that it significantly influences people's desire to save money in Sharia Banks in Malang Regency at the same time.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the strategies of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers in integrating educational technology in the context of 21st century learning. The main issue studied was how teachers respond to the demands of the digital curriculum amid limited infrastructure, digital literacy, and Islamic values inherent in school culture. A descriptive qualitative approach was used with a case study method in three MIs in Central Java. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, involving eight MI teachers as purposively selected primary informants. The results of the thematic analysis revealed three main strategies carried out by teachers: (1) technology integration in response to the demands of the Independent Learning curriculum; (2) contextual adaptation to limited facilities, culture, and institutional support; and (3) reflection on spiritual values in the use of learning technology. These findings suggest that the integration of technology by MI teachers is not technocratic but rather reflects a reflective and contextual process that combines pedagogical knowledge, content, and technology (TPACK) with local Islamic values. The implications of this study broaden the understanding of value-based digital pedagogic practices in Islamic basic education, as well as encourage teacher training policies that are contextual, participatory, and transformative. This research also makes a theoretical contribution in adapting the TPACK model in a religious-based education environment. Further studies are recommended to examine similar strategies in 3T areas or madrassas with different social contexts.
