Abstract

This article discusses the authority to carry out autonomous management of religious administrative policies that are denied by the central government of Indonesia where the regional government has no right to give recognition of a religion or belief embraced by the local community. The government only recognizes six administratively registered religions based on the population records. Those are Islam, Catholicism, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Confucianism. The method used in this paper is normative juridical legal researhc. Whereas in the anthropological tradition of the local communities’ spiritual beliefs, Indonesia has 187 local beliefs with its unofficial number of trustees of 20 million people. Therefore, the religious beliefs embraced by the residents are ignored in public services and bureaucratic practices. Hence, the logical consequences that have implications for the adherents of local religious beliefs are the exclusion of basic rights as citizens, inequality before the law and government, discrimination in public services, restrictions on freedom of worship and tradition, being the recipients of racism, and forms of intolerance in society. This article will focus on conducting empirical-theoretical analysis of decentralization, religious administration policies, and relation to pluralist democratic discourse.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry sector is an advantage for Indonesia's economic progress, which has prospects for development. The more enthusiasts, the tighter the competition in the beverage industry, so every business must have a competitive strategy to maintain business existence in the face of competition. Mbak Endah's Classic Nyoklat Ice is a business that still exists in the face of competition. Based on these assumptions, it is the author's interest the aim to research the Es Nyoklat Classic business, which is a beverage business that is quite well known for its existence while still having many customers and enthusiasts among many contemporary beverage business competitors and being able to survive in the face of competition. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method interpreted as a method to describe a research result that aims to provide a description, explanation, and validation of the phenomenon being studied. From the study results, it can be seen that the competitive strategy applied in maintaining existence is by looking at the business environment, creating product diversity, carrying out attractive product packaging, and determining product segmentation on Mbak Endah's Classic Ice Nyoklat.

Abstract

Consumer goals are one of the main things in a business. Because by making efforts that can be done, namely continuing to maintain and increase satisfaction with consumers, consumers will more often repurchase an item or service that has been consumed or used. Consumer goals are determined by several things, including price, product quality, and service quality. This study analyzed the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the "Belimbing Artha Mandiri" Farmer Group, Bono Village, Boyolangu District, Tulungagung Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey research type through a questionnaire. The population in this study were consumers in the Artha Mandiri Belimbing Farmer Group in the Boyolangu District. The sample in this study was 40 respondents. The results of the study conclude that: Price has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction of the Artha Mandiri Belimbing Farmers Group, product quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction of the Artha Mandiri Belimbing Farmers Group, and Service quality has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction of the Artha Mandiri Belimbing Farmers Group ", and Price, product quality, and the quality of service has a simultaneous and positive effect on consumer satisfaction of the "Belimbing Artha Mandiri" Farmer Group. Almost all consumer goals are clarified by the variables of price, product quality, and service quality. Then to be further explained by other variables or not included in this research model.

Abstract

Nowadays, criminals usually don't put their illegal money straight into the open air. They will disguise the illegal money by placing them in the banking system. Criminal organizations need to keep their illegal money undetected by the police. As a financial institutions, banks can be used as facilities for Money Laundering. There are also bank secrecy regulations, which require every bank as a Financial Institution to be confidential in providing information about their customers and their deposits. Several countries in the world see bank secrecy as a strict regulation. Indonesia is one of the countries that see bank secrecy as a relative regulation, which means that it can be disbursed for the public interest, such as for state tax proceedings, civil courts and private courts. Therefore, this relative regulation may create some difficulties for law enforcement to enforce.

Abstract

Zakat, infaq dan shadaqah sumber dana potensial yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai upaya mewujudkan kesejahteraan rakyat. Pelaksanaan ibadah zakat melibatkan sejumlah kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan manajemen pengelolaan harta benda sejak perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan terhadap pengumpulan dan pendistribusian. Oleh sebab itu pelaksanaan ibadah zakat, infaq dan shadaqah tersebut memerlukan suatu manajemen yang baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan masyarakat dan fungsi zakat, infaq dan shadaqah dalam mewujudkan kesejahteraan dan keadilan sosial. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: 1. Bagaimana manajemen pengelolaan dana zakat, infaq dan shadaqah pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Lumanjang? 2. Apakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat? Sedangkan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen pengelolaaan dana zakat, infaq dan shadaqah pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Lumajang, untuk mengetahui bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di BAZNAS Kabupaten Lumanjang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dan kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu: wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian manajemen pengelolaan dana ZIS di Baznas Kabupaten Lumajang sudah dilaksanakan sesuai program yang telah direncanakan, yaitu: Dhuafa Mandiri, Senyum Dhuafa, Pendidikan dan Dakwah, Sosial dan Kesehatan. Namun manajemen pengawasan masih kurang efektif dan efesien dalam berjalannya program dhuafa mandiri. Faktor pendukung dalam mensejahterakan mustahiq di Baznas Kabupaten Lumajang yaitu: pendistribusian dana ZIS sudah sesuai dengan syariat fiqih yaitu disalurkan ke 8 golongan (asnaf), Baznas Kabupaten Lumajang mempunyai yayasan sekolah Ibtidaiyah dan program terhadap anak yatim yang terlantar agar mendapatkan dan meringankan pendidikan.

Abstract

Suatu pekerjaan atau aktivitas akan memakan waktu yang lama dalam menyelesaikannya. Bahkan sering kali membuang waktu, tempat, tenaga, dan memperdayakan banyak pekerja yang tidak seharusnya. Semua itu bisa terjadi jika tidak mengoptimalkan perlakuan terhadap suatu pekerjaan tersebut. Salah satu aplikasi dari Teori Graf yang cukup terkenal dalam pengoptimalan adalah Pewarnaan. Pewarnaan dalam teori graf terdapat tiga macam, yaitu pewarnaan titik, pewarnaan sisi, dan pewarnaan daerah. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur diawali menggambar graf, memberikan label pada titik graf. Melakukan pewarnaan, dimana teknik pewarnaan yang digunakan dalam pewarnaan graf  dan peta Kabupaten Lumajang adalah pewarnaan titik menggunakan algoritma welch powell. Algoritma welch powell digunakan untuk menentukan bilangan kromatik. Bilangan kromatik yaitu jumlah minimum dari warna yang diperlukan dalam pewarnaan pada titik graf. Pewarnaan pada graf  mendapatkan jumlah yang minimum yaitu 4. Pewarnaan pada peta Kabupaten Lumajang diperoleh jumlah warna yang minum yaitu juga 4 (merah, kuning, biru dan hijau).

Abstract

Leadership is the most interesting side to be studied more intensively in management studies. The context of leadership is quite dynamic and continues to experience fundamental changes according to the context of the development of human life, including leadership in Islamic educational institutions. The basis of change always starts with a long process of changing the basic values of life in society, which at the next level changes their communication patterns, basic needs, and outlook on life. Changes in this area of life have an impact on organizational leadership in terms of developing a vision and mission statement, as well as taking steps to achieve organizational goals. As a result, the focus of this study is more on how the future of Islamic educational institutions will provide answers to the community in meeting their needs from a leadership standpoint. A qualitative study will provide an overview of the data behind what appears to be seen from ideas, ideas, and strategies in managing the management of educational institutions, which are urgent matters in changing the direction and achieving educational institution goals. According to the study's findings, based on the data, changes in leadership typologies are demands from changes in organizational management in achieving common goals. Therefore, changes in leadership typology will have an impact on the sustainability and quality of Islamic education in Indonesia in the future. Leaders of Islamic educational institutions are currently required to design organizational management that can move all elements and elements of strength towards organizational progress in responding to the challenges of change.

Abstract

Public Service is action or activity that can be offered by one party to another, which is basically intangible and does not result in the ownership of anything. One of the government offices whose activities provide public services to the community is the district office. The research method is a qualitative research method which is arranged descriptively. The location of this research is in the District Office of Padang, Lumajang Regency. The subjects of this research are the staff in the service department. The types of research instruments are observation and interviews, and the latter is in the form of documentation during the observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the services provided are related with population administration and other services related with government at the sub-district level. The systems, mechanisms and procedures provided at the sub-district office are very adequate and good, they are given to all service users. The facilities and infrastructure provided at the sub-district office are very adequate and good, this is provided for service users in order to increase community satisfaction in the quality service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari dengan menggunakan system pencantrikan dan apa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa IX-A dalam pembelajaran seni tari di SMP Negeri 5 Lumajang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Instrumen utama dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti dibantu oleh alat pendukung seperti alat tulis dan kamera. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengambil studi literatur, observasi dan wawancara. Proses analisis dimulai dengan menganalisis data dan memilih secara selektif, kemudian data ditampilkan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat belajar seni tari pada siswa kelas IX-A SMP Negeri 5 Lumajang. Peningkatan tersebut tampak pada kualitas pada proses pembelajaran yang ditunjukkan oleh antusias, keaktifan dan keikut sertaan siswa ketika mengikuti pembelajaran materi pagelaran tari dengan system pencantrikan. Peningkatan pada kualitas hasil dapat dilihat dari peningkatan jumlah siswa pada saat sebelum pelaksanaan dan sesudah pelaksanaan Tindakan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the thing that contributes the most to world economic development, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. One of the most popular is halal entrepreneurship today. Indonesia itself is targeting the vision of becoming a global halal hub in the world in 2024. For Indonesia it is not an easy matter to realize this vision, this is because it is experiencing obstacles from the Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah sector which is still a lot of obstacles in the process of providing halal assurance and The readiness of human resources is still few who are aware of the importance of halal products. This research contributes more specifically to the discussion of human resources who are aware of the halal assurance required and in accordance with Islamic provisions, as well as formulating human resources as the main capital in Halal entrepreneurship.
