Abstract

Santripreneur is a program of Islamic education transformation in Islamic boarding schools. The contribution of this research is the contribution of thought in developing the santripreneur program of pesantren in the industrial era of society which requires educational innovation in the community to equip generations with hard skills and soft skills. Islamic boarding schools respond to developments by reforming both in terms of learning methods, materials taught and adding pesantren programs without losing the identity of the real pesantren to create the output of pesantren who are ready to contribute to the economic development of the society era. This study discusses how to implementation model of the santripreneur program in Islamic boarding schools. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods, researchers used data analysis with four stages. Data collection, data condensation, data presentation and conclusion verification. The results of the study showed the transformation of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools does not eliminate the dignity of Islamic boarding schools that have long been embedded. The santripreneur program becomes a forum for students' creativity in designing a product and entrepreneurship as in Islamic rules that are taught in Islamic boarding schools. The pesantren's santripreneur program is able to provide students to be open minded, productive and innovative thinking and the ability to adapt in the industrial world. Meanwhile, the students' hard skills are analytical skills, using social media, and the ability to promote the products in the society era.

Abstract

The ornamental plant business has good profit prospects so that there are more and more enthusiasts day by day, so new strategies are needed in order to survive and respond to challenges in the midst of increasingly fierce competition. One way for Kebon Godonk's business to achieve competitive advantage is to understand and apply the concept of a marketing mix strategy. The aspect used is the marketing mix with 4P which consists of product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the marketing mix strategy in achieving competitive advantage, taking into account the principles of Islamic business ethics. Researchers will evaluate the extent to which the marketing strategy has been implemented properly, therefore companies must be able to analyze to meet consumer needs so as to create consumer awareness and interest in related goods or services. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Methods of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are also applied. Data validity will be tested using triangulation techniques. From the research that has been done, it shows that the implementation of the marketing mix strategy in Kebon Godonk is very influential in increasing this business so that it can develop and be able to compete with other entrepreneurs. The strategy carried out has also implemented the concepts of Islamic business ethics such as divinity, honesty, responsibility and justice.

Abstract

In emerging nations, there is an issue with the lack of entrepreneurs. Indonesia faces a number of difficulties, one of which is the dearth of Muslim businesspeople. Islamic entrepreneurship is frequently linked to moral and social values, which are actually ways that Muslims uphold the principles of their religion. This study makes an offer to provide a theoretical framework for encouraging Muslim businesspeople to engage in Islamic social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The impact of the crisis due to the pandemic can be felt by all industrial sectors, including the franchise industry, where business actors are required to be able to adapt, innovate and collaborate in order to develop and survive during a pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of creativity and innovation on increasing sales volume at CV. Surabaya Entrepreneurial Spirit during a pandemic. The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires that have a relationship with the subject matter. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling in order to obtain 34 respondents as a sample. The following methods of data analysis were used: T and F tests with a significance level of 5% using the SPSS 25 program, Data Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Classical Assumptions Analysis. The use of secondary data gathering methods, such as observation and documentation, along with a literature evaluation can strengthen the primary data used in this study. The findings demonstrated that during a pandemic, CV. Entrepreneurial Spirit saw an increase in sales volume that was both positive and significant as a result of both creativity and innovation. The significant number that results from the value of fcount > ftable, or 3.464 > 3.304, is 0.044 0.05. Innovation and creativity are two interrelated parts that cannot be separated. Many businesses around the world have found success because of their inventiveness in developing new products, including both goods and services. Because without innovation to make it happen so that it becomes something new, ideas or creativity alone are insufficient. Conversely, creativity without innovation will not be able to compete in the current sectors.

Abstract

Excellent Service is an effort to keep customers always using the services of BMT Al-Hijrah KAN Jabung Syariah Wates Branch Office, Exellent Service BMT Al-Hijrah KAN Jabung Syariah Wates Branch Office is expected to be able to dominate market share in order to attract new customers to increase and maintain customers who have long used the services of BMT Al-Hijrah KAN Jabung Syariah Wates Branch Office in the world of conventional financial institution market competition. Researchers use a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, using dissected information not in a numerical framework. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting data, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of excellent service at BMT Al-Hijrah KAN Jabung Wates Branch in the Security, Customer Service, Teller and AO sections is in accordance with the concept of excellent service in financial institutions in general.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to the potential of Jepara Regency as a Muslim-friendly tourism area. The benefits of this research can be used by the government in making policies regarding the development of Muslim-friendly tourism in Jepara. This research method is qualitative, and the data sources are interviews with the tourism office, tourism managers, and observations on tourist objects. Data analysis using SWOT The results of this study show that there is support, especially for the Jepara community, which is predominantly Muslim. Various types of natural tourism areas, religious tourism, and modern tourism have been supported by adequate and Muslim-friendly facilities. The weakness aspect is that there are still many access roads to tourist attractions that are inadequate, as well as religious facilities and toilets that are not clean. The opportunity to make Jepara a Muslim-friendly tourist area is the existence of social media support, which makes promotion easier and can reach all levels of society, while the threat is competitors from other cities who are also starting to integrate tourist attractions. Even so, Jepara is optimistic that it will remain the best Muslim-friendly tourism area.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the rapid development of banking digitalization which has made competition in banking institutions in Indonesia increasingly stringent. This is because Bank Muamalat KCP Madiun must be able to create digital-based services, namely the Muamalat DIN application which must provide updates according to customer needs such as ease of transaction, this can be obtained by optimizing Muamalat DIN. optimizing the Muamalat DIN service to increase the convenience of customer transactions. the method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data sources used in this study are primary data from interviews, observations, documentation and secondary data from books, journals and supporting references. The results of this study indicate that the Muamalat DIN optimization system always provides service updates on new service products and features. The five specific strategy models are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Provide socialization, new features and security. Conduct evaluation once a week for front liners, once a month and once a year for all employees to find out how far the strategies have been successfully implemented.

Abstract

Local income is the amount of money that a region receives through its regional treasury account, either as compensation for its own efforts or as a consequence of aid from the federal government or other authorized sources. The Padang District Office plays a crucial part in managing the sub-district's financial administrative issues, including budget preparation, cash holders' treasury, bookkeeping, and financial accountability in compliance with legal requirements. This study used a qualitative technique combined with a descriptive methodology for its research. The Head of Padang District Office's Program and Budget Subdivision is directly interviewed for data gathering, and documentation is also used. The goal of this study is to assess the efficiency of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget's implementation and determine whether the District Office's preparation of the budget complies with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 64 of 2020. The research's findings demonstrate that the Padang District Office's budget preparation process complies with Minister Regulation Number 64 of 2020, and that the budget for the fiscal year 2022–2023 has an efficiency level of 92%, or is considered to be efficient. The Padang District Office routinely examines the executed budget, whether it comes from the financial supervisor or the district office budget users.

Abstract

Policies based on information and communication technology are unavoidable in the age of new media. One of the first governments to apply electronic and internet-based regulations was the Surabaya City Government. This article discusses the e-Archives initiative, a policy implemented by the Surabaya Library and Archives Service in 2017 and one of its policies. In an effort to administer archives policies within the Surabaya City Government, the implementation of the e-Archives policy is being described in this study. Technology determination and public policy analysis serve as the guiding theories. Additionally, a number of ideas, including Maqashid Syariah and sustainable development objectives, form the basis for discussion. The methodology utilized in this study is qualitative with a literature study approach, in which the literary sources serve as the main source of information. According to the study's findings, e-Archive policies adhere to the principles of information and communication technology use. E-Archives are a flexible way to carry out government directives.This initiative is in line with Maqasid Syariah Al-Ammah's tenets and the objectives of sustainable development, particularly given its ambition to build environmentally responsible cities and communities that can adapt to the difficulties of the modern world. This page is intended to contribute to the body of knowledge on technology-based public policy and how it aligns with Islamic ideals.

Abstract

The amount to which the leadership function is performed will have a significant impact on the organization's ability to achieve the company goals that have been established by the corporation. Looking into employees' creative self-efficacy is one thing that leaders need to do in order to boost employee performance. State-owned PT Pos Indonesia has the greatest service network that is dispersed over the entire nation. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) is now undergoing changes related to its operations, human resources, subsidiaries, and product development. However, PT Pos Indonesia also competes fiercely with other businesses of a similar nature, such JNE, J&T, Tiki, Sicepat, etc. The purpose of this study is to examine and ascertain the impact of transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Bandung through creative self-efficacy. The research methodology makes use of questionnaire-based data collecting, descriptive and verification methodologies, and the SmartPLS 3.3.3 analysis tool. The sampling technique combines convenience sampling with nonprobability sampling. The findings of this study demonstrate that transformational leadership significantly and favorably impacts employee performance. Transformational leadership has a favorable and considerable impact on creative self-efficacy. Employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by creative self-efficacy. Then, through creative self-efficacy, transformational leadership has a substantial impact on staff performance.
