Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah variabel word of mouth, promosi media social, dan reference group berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan pembelian pada UMKM jajanan kuliner di Pelabuhan kamal. Populasi peneliti ini adalah seluruh konsumen UMKM jajanan kuliner di Pelabuhan kamal dan diambil sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh Nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0.374 artinya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 37,4% sehingga tergolong pada kategori moderat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variable word of mouth Secara parsial berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan variable promosi media sosial berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. dan Secara parsial reference group berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan variable word of mouth, promosi media social, dan reference group berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur sejauh mana pengaruh variabel harga dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kerupuk ikan UMKM Lamora Desa Socah Kabupaten Bangkalan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen kerupuk ikan Lamora dan diambil sampel sebanyak 40 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh Nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,495 artinya pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 49,5% sehingga tergolong pada kategori moderat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga berpengaruh negatif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan variabel harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

"This research was conducted to analyze the application of financial statements based on SAK EMKM in MSMEs Eloris Tani Shop, Marangkayu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency.This research is a qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation to Eloris Tani Shop. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman Interactive Analysis Model. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the recording of the financial statements of the Eloris Tani Store is not in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) applicable in Indonesia. Eloris Tani Store records its financial statements still simply and manually (Cash Basis), which consists of cash expenses and cash income. Researchers provide recommendations, namely it is hoped that this research can become the basis for Eloris Tani Stores and other MSMEs in starting to record financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards in Indonesia. Then, for further researchers, it is hoped that they can provide knowledge about the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) to MSMEs that have not recorded financial statements in accordance with financial accounting standards.

Abstract

The research aims to first understand and analyze the overview of Compensation, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Employee Work Productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Second, to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Third, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Compensation on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Fourth, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Work Motivation on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. Fifth, to determine and analyze the partial influence of Work Discipline on employee work productivity at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. The research results indicate that Compensation falls under the good category, Work Motivation falls under the good category, Work Discipline falls under the very good category, and work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya falls under the good category. There is a significant simultaneous influence of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Compensation on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Work Motivation on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya. There is a significant partial influence of Work Discipline on work productivity of employees at CV Robot Vape Inc Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions at UD. Jaya Abadi partially. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method using a sample of 100 consumers of UD. Jaya Abadi. The independent variables in this study are brand image and product quality with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. Sampling using incidental sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is the primary data distribution of the questionnaire. Data processing is done using SPSS computer software. The results of the validity and reliability test showed that r arithmetic > r table, and from the overall number showing the Cronbach Alpha value > 0.60 it was stated that all variables in the reliability research test were declared reliable. Based on the T-test, the results of t count 4.664 > t table 1.985 and sig value 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is an influence of brand image on purchasing decisions at UD. Jaya Abadi and t count 2.602 > t table 1.985 and sig 0.011 <0.05 which means it means that there is an influence of product quality on purchasing decisions at UD. Jaya Abadi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image and Marketing Communication on Purchase Decisions at the Coffee Symposium. The researcher uses an associative quantitative research method with a sampling technique that uses non-probability sampling and incidental sampling consisting of 100 respondents at the Coffee Symposium. The data collection technique used in this research is by distributing questionnaires and processing data using SPSS computer software. This study contains the independent variables brand image and marketing communication, with purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The results of the validity test show that rcount > rtable means that all variables in this test are valid with a Cronbach Alpha value > 0.60 which means that they are reliable in the reliability test. Based on the T-test, the results showed that there was a significant effect on the brand image and the marketing communication influence on purchasing decisions at Symposium Coffee.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the role of supervision in improving employee performance at PT. SURYA CITRA SOLUTION. In carrying out this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research. This research uses a special method which aims to explain certain phenomena in depth and the data collection technique is carried out using observations so that researchers immediately go into the field to obtain truly reliable data. The research results show that the supervisory role has a big influence in improving employee performance. Because the leader is the most dominant person and has authority and power in all efforts to create employee work discipline

Abstract

It is obligatory for everyone who is economically capable to give zakat, not only as a form of sympathy for someone's situation but also to protect them from famine or other disasters. Zakat is one of the most important factors in eradicating poverty which is a source of disaster for both individuals and society. therefore in Islam it is obligatory to give zakat to people who are able in accordance with the word of Allah SWT. "Indeed, zakat is only for the noeedy, poor people, zakat administrators, converts who are persuaded by their hearts, to (liberate ) slaves, people who are in debt, for the path of Allah and for those who are on a journey, as a decree required by Allah, and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise." (At-Taubah: 60). In this research, the effectiveness of distributing zakat funds at YBM Pln will be discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of zakat in alleviating poverty in Deli Serdang. Zakat is allocated to eight categories, including the poor, the destitute, zakat administrators (amil zakat), converts to Islam (mu'allaf), slaves, individuals in debt, those engaged in jihad fi sabilillah, and travelers in need (ibn sabil). Zakat designated for the mustahik (recipients) can be utilized as capital for small-scale businesses, often inaccessible to traditional financial institutions like banks. The process of support includes planning, execution, monitoring, control, and program evaluation, and it is administered by the zakat amil agency as part of their productive zakat initiatives. This initiative aims to stimulate economic activity, enhance the productivity of local businesses, boost income, and ensure sustainability. The research methodology adopted is qualitative and descriptive in nature, focusing on assessing the impact of productive zakat on empowering impoverished communities through a poverty index. The study combines primary data, gathered through surveys, questionnaires, and in-depth interviews with both the program managers at Baznas and the mustahik participating in the community empowerment programs funded by productive zakat. Secondary data is sourced from the BAZNAS Program Report available online, as well as various literature, articles in publications such as magazines, journals, newspapers, and the internet. The research findings indicate that, overall, the mustahik community views the productive zakat program administered by Baznas as highly successful.
